They are super with customer service. Never had a bad experience. I wish they sold everything. I also wish I knew how they get their people to be so customer focused. These days its hard to find staff, let alone great staff.

Upon my recent and final visit to Owenhouse Ace west, the customer service that I was greeted with was absolutely horrendous. Quite honestly the most difficult and inferior customer service I have ever received in my time. I had a paint project so I required help for my project, while waiting for what seemed like eternity, eventually help had showed up. During my time at the paint counter another customer had showed and another employee had came over and helped. While waiting for my paint I had happen to over hear the conversation between the other customer and employee. The way that the employee was treating this customer was absolutely vile and horrendous, absolutely degrading the customer and making me feel as if I was small even though I was not part of that experience. I was fortunate enough to catch the employees name, Colleen Cook. To whomever is reading this DO NOT waste your time with this ace, most importantly not with Colleen Cook. This was the most awful shopping and customer service I have ever witnessed and received. If there was an award for worst customer service it would go to Colleen. My business will be going somewhere else

I uselessly use usually . Unless under ultimatums, umbrellas or upper mezzanines . Im on to almost always as an action agenda all ma motto, anti gravely hows grandma shes gravity for will . My brother got to see him to. Grandfather take a hands on approach wouldnt it be nice if I found in the ilse shelfless behavior . Theres something I need from someone who knows nothing if me. I wish to be Like a well stocked shelf.providing those with only what they choose to reach out and take. Everything thats Good and true is almost free from me. Until it becomes what our Truth validator verbatimistically ventures us to take as certainty self evident as doctrinal remedy . Color blinds, sexiest self sacrificed. Next is Mr clean inside a temple who is the owner. Knock knock who is it, who I am . Not a question.

Checked the prices on some of there productscompared to their store in Belgrade and the one in Bozeman was waaaay more. Must be because its in Bozeman and they think all the outta staters will pay that. Wowzer. I will be shopping the one in Belgrade from now on

Was looking for a Honda 3000i Inverter. (for those that want to call it a Generator) They had the only one I could find in Bozeman/Belgrade area. Also had the cables for pairing two of them, which I now have. Great service and outstanding people.

This was my first time shopping here and I am beyond impressed with the friendliness of all the employees here. I wish I knew the name of the employee who helped me in the plumbing aisle. He saved me hours of trying to figure out a solution to my kitchen faucet installation. He knew which flexible hose and adapter pieces I needed. I was so excited to get home and finish installing my new faucet without having to make extra trips to the hardware store!

Bozeman Owenhouse is one of the best run hardware stores I have ever been to. Quality service. Clean store. Well stocked. Good product for the most part. Carry Stihl and Milwaukee. Only complaint is that they should stock more quality American made product outside of their power tools.

I recently purchased an item that had a part break within 2 days. The manufacturer offered to send me a replacement part, but it was on backlog and would not arrive for 3 to 4 weeks. When I spoke to the staff at Owenhouse, they came to my house the next day and replaced the part from another unit, and now my item works perfectly. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product without being pushy. I was very impressed with the service received.

Okay, so it was my fault I did not check my simple, on-line, 6 item order that I picked up from Ace on W Main before heading home (2 items were wrong and one was missing). Upon returning, and after negotiating the 3 people it took to figure out the order, I remarked,  l am surprised at how difficult this all seems. Big mistake, as Colleen Cook screamed at me, We are doing the best we can. Well Colleen if this is your best, you certainly dont deserve a job working in the service industry. I have been shopping at Ace (E and W Main) for 40 years, in part because of the great customer service, but Colleen takes the grand prize for being unbelievably rude and extremely unprofessional. Very disappointing.

They always have great service, and all staff and most customers were masked up, which makes me feel more comfortable shopping there.

Dirtiest bathroom I have ever used. Aggressive customer service, I think they thought I was a shoplifter. The same guy followed us through the store and asked us 10 times if we needed help. We were in the store for about 15 minutes.

Found what we needed with decent prices. The registers were not working and staff did not know how to run a credit card without the terminal. No supervisor to assist. On the plus side, free flower seeds at the counter!

I absolutely adore this store. For starters, parking is always a breeze. The housewares section of this store is lovely. The variety and quality of home goods is impressive. Le Creuset of the first quality is always on the shelf, along with many novel items and color themed sets.The home repair is adequate, and many of the little extras are available. Pricing is not the best if you want to buy a TON of something - say the jumbo pack of picture hangers - but for most things in usable quantities, you can get what you need.I most appreciate the loose odds and ends section. I can usually find what I want if I look long or hard enough.

I frequent the huffine store and l am always treated with respect. Customer service is a hard endeavor yet the employees go the extra mile to offer help, feedback, and opinion in areas I am lacking. One employee took my key phob, disassembled and checked the battery then put back together for me just to check battery. Unfortunately people take these extra services with a smile for granted these days but good luck getting this type of service at at HD. Thanks Ace.

The guy who cut my key was fantastic. He was able to make a functional copy of my car key which had been broken and warped at the break point. Definitely would recommend.

Great place to get your goods. I dont know if Ace is more locally owned than the other big box stores, but this is where I go before I check out the competition. Their kitchen selection of small appliances and accessories is second to none. I just picked up a Le Creuset pepper grinder, and with their reward coupons, there are plenty of good deals to be had!

Dependable customer service. I never have to hunt for help here. Always someone nearby to help. I prefer shopping here than going to the big lot hardware stores in Bozeman. where its impossible to find what you want, or help to find it.

Pretty good selection. Helpful staff. Ill still prefer the other local hardware place if I need in depth help or esoteric pieces. However for the typical things this location is quite convenient.

Great place to shop for all things that you would want from as Hardware store, lot of people who want to help you find what you want.

The difference between Owenhouse and the bigger places is the staff. They seek you out to make sure that you have what youre looking for, and when theyve answered your first question, they ask you whats next on your list to show you where that is too. I am in and out of that hardware store lickety split!

Aces customer service is far better than Home Depot and Lowes. They are more expensive though and dont have as much of a selection of products.
