Vanessa Beverly was the first person we met at GVF. She was very knowledgeable and helped us custom order our dining room set. It even came in earlier than exactly expected! Dwight and Garl delivered it and ensured everyrhing was level and properly situated in the dining room. They have the best quality furniture and staff. We are strong supporters of Gallatin Valley Furniture. You can buy furniture elsewhere for less money, but it will not be the same quality, nor will you get the level of service that GVF provides.We recently relocated from one Bozeman house to another, which according to my wife, required new furniture. Everything we bought we bought from GVF. Because construction was delayed as a result of COVID they stored the furniture for months until we were able to make the move.The furniture was delivered professionally by Dwight and Chris H. They even spotted a slight mark (which we could not even see) on the dining room table and initiated their repair person to come out and take a look.So if you want the best in terms of quality furniture and service we strongly recommend Gallatin Valley Furniture.

We recently had to refurnish our entire home because the inside had to be gutted due to the Bridger Canyon fire. We are on a budget and could only spend so much money per piece of furniture, Plus we couldn’t wait for a long delays in shipping that are happening right now with Covid because we literally have a home with no furniture. Vanessa and her team went above and beyond to find pieces in their show room that Matt our budget and that would either be available soon or that we could take home right from the show room. They also took the time to arrange pieces that they thought would go together nicely so that we could visualize what it would look like as all of this was pretty overwhelming to us. Dan, when we had our items delivered, Zach, Chris, Dwight, and Cody did an amazing job. They all stopped and set the furniture down on our porch while they took their shoes off because they saw we had brand new carpet. As they were carrying large items in the door, there was always one guy who wasn’t holding anything that was just guiding to make sure they didn’t touch the furniture on any of the door frames or walls. It was all just perfectly executed. They even put felt on the bottom of our dining room table so it wouldn’t scratch the floor. GVF Will be our go to from here on out. 🙏

My husband and I went in a month ago to choose some carpet to be cut and sewn into a custom sized area rug. We were in their with our two year old for about 20 minutes without being spoken to. We eventually left and were getting into the car to leave when someone came out, apologized, and helped us. We picked an in stock carpet to expedite the time of getting it home as we have a baby due. We were told it would take a week, possibly two weeks for them to get around to doing the cutting and sewing. It has now been a month and we still do not have our rug. My husband stopped in two weeks ago when we were originally told it would be ready and was told we would have it last week. We have also called since then to which we were told someone would call us back and we havent heard anything yet. This is our first experience as a customer here, and so far it has been very disappointing. About ready to ask for a refund and go elsewhere. I hope others have a much better experience when working with them.

Worst experience EVER !! I purchased wood flooring on July 13, 2016. They make alot of promises and cannot deliver. Installation was to take place at the end of July. Incorrect trim materials were ordered and three months later, I am still waiting on my floor to be completed.They continue to lie about the installation and misrepresent themselves.There are too many other more reputable companies to do business with in Bozeman.Worst experience EVER !!!
