VERY nice and hardworking crew and I found some great items at an awesome price!!

I purchased the standing fan and I could not locate the center rod so I called the store...Honestly I do not know why but took a chance and MR. Chandler answered the same gent who check my items out for me.He explained he had purchased the same unit and explained exactly where to locate the inner rod which is tucked away into the top half of the mechanism and I just used a pair of scissors to wiggle it out.I began my savings on using the air condition and have been super happy with my purchase and with the above and beyond service I received from Mr. Chandler.Take a visit they always have cool new items in stock and store is always organized and the staff super helpful and polite.5584 Cortez Rd W, Bradenton, FL 34210

The worst on cortez. UnProfessional didn’t put correct phone number on file, never got an for furniture was in. Manager was very nasty and didn’t want to take responsibility on there mistake on my account.

I recently purchased a bed and a recliner due to a Big Lots promotion, get a $10 reward for every $100 spent. I earned a $50 discount to be applied to the recliner. My credit should have taken a few minutes to apply as I had my receipt for the bed. There was a problem. Neither the furniture salesman nor his manager would help other than writing done the HQ phone # for me to make the call. They both refused. I spent the next hour on the phone with their rewards dept. Since the store has such poorly trained people, they get a poor review.

Dont go there and think you going to spend $10 you would end up spinning 10 times that.

Big Lots is always great when stocking up on certain items like canned and jarred goods, rice, beans and other pantry items. You find a lot of good deals here and they had the most paper items during the pandemic. Would highly recommend this store on Cortez BLVD.

Nice store. Usually have many cute items. Shelves were empty being after Christmas. They were restocking shelves. One minus, the restrooms are FILTHY.

The customer service is pretty low and almost non-existent. The most interaction Ive had with the staff there was when a drink I had picked up was leaking and an associate came to do a clean-up. Ive had the same cashier check me out the last several times Ive been there and he doesnt utter more than one or two words to me.

Asst manager didnt care if we made a purchase or not. Seemed like we were bothering him.

Reasonable selection, good prices. If you see something you like, buy it. If you dont it might not be there when you go back.🙂🙂🙂

It wasnt the normal one I usually go to, much smaller.....but I am surprised that many of the items are pricier now than Walmart......not paying $79 for an outdoor basic lawn lounger when a similar one at Walmart is $49

I was very disappointed because I went there for the free item that I was emailed to receive and they were out of it and didnt offer anything in its place. If you are offering free items to get people into the store to shop it works and then you dont have the free item and thats really unfair

Kind of pricey for a discount store, but I always go back looking for a deal.

Always good deals to be found at Big Lots. While some items are regularly in stock, other times the supply is limited because perhaps they bought out the stock of a bankrupt retailer and there will not be any more on the way once what is in-store is gone. So I recommend that if you see something you want, buy it because it may well not be there tomorrow. I also recommend enrolling in their rewards program. You can earn discounts on future purposes, plus you will receive e-mailed of upcoming special offers.

A variety of lots of different things. Kind of like a K mart but better quality and prices. No clothes tho. Their T.P. is very soft and only $4.88 for a 12 pk of double rolls. Right now is their patio and outdoor clearance including lights very good deals

Went in to purchase another cuddle recliner and did not see it and asked salesman who intern asked his boss and she said she has been there 6 years and they have never had the recliner. Like I was lying to her. Showed her receipt and she still didnt apologize. Said they never sold that chair i looked up on their website and showed her they did. Will never buy from There again. Customer service is not at this store should retrain staff.

Clean store, out of stock of a few necessities like dish soap. Went to get a displayport to hdmi cable that was listed in stock on the app, big that wasnt in stock either.

The store has various items from food to house hold items with very reasonable prices . The store always keeps the bathrooms clean . Staff are friendly and helpful.

I do not live in Florida I live in Brooklyn NY but I just wanted to say how huge and wonderful this store is. The staff was awesome and even though they did not have the charcoal I needed. I just want to say that the cashier with the light blue hair and striking make-up is the coolest person Ive seen in Florida. She rules!!!

Price is better than any other store, however the facility in general needs serious deep cleaning. The bathrooms are unbelievable nasty. I give 3 stars for price. Management should put some attention to how dirty the place is in general.

Ive been going to Big Lots for a very long time and I can tell you that this location is one of the biggest Big Lots stores I have ever seen.This store is always so clean and kept very neat. Everything was good but they are getting rid of their frozen food its all 50% off and they got rid of the bread. And I was told by the cashier they are changing the store around. So hope that is a positive thing.
