When I called for an estimate the woman I spoke with unfortunately wasn’t very nice. Then we scheduled an estimate for today, February 6th at 11 am and nobody showed up. I called to cancel and she said “well if you weren’t home they would have still taken a look and will email the estimate” my husband and I have been home all morning bcz of the appt in addition to 2 other appts we had. I typically do not write 1 star reviews but it started with the 1st impression on the telephone and ended in a no show. Hopefully the owner can get his staff on board bcz this isn’t good for business.

HIGHLY recommend Panorama Tree Care! We had previously gone through 2 other local tree care experts before contacting Panorama, both of whom charged hundreds of dollars for chemical treatments that failed to cure our horribly diseased ficus tree. The guys from Panorama came out, took one look at the tree and quickly identified the problem (that the other two certified arborists had mis-diagnosed). That very same day, they applied a chemical treatment that finally worked! Really wish I had called Panorama first!
