I bought a brand new student violin a few weeks ago. The store and staff seemed fine at the time of purchase. Preparing my daughter to start violin lessons today, I took the violin out of storage for the first time. I found that the handle was cracked (to the sellers credit, it is in a way that could have been missed by the seller). Also, the tuning pegs were very loose and don’t hold the strings taught for very long. I called the store this afternoon to discuss my options and immediately the woman (owner I believe) became defensive of her products and tried to give me many reasons of how this couldn’t be her fault. I just wanted to exchange it for another higher quality violin-I wasn’t upset at all. After she twice accused my daughter of dropping it and saying she “has no idea where its been”, rambling about their return policy being 7 days she said I had no options there because the damage that my daughter caused might make the item unsellable. What poor business etiquette. She chose to defend the sale of a $109 violin rather than her reputation and all future sales of a very musically inclined family with 4 kids. From the other comments I read it seems this store doesnt have sales that can sustain it and theyre attitude is to get money right now, rather than create a lucrative business with a future.

I honestly cant rate this store high enough. We have been coming to this store pretty much since they opened. The staff has been absolutely awesome and they retain their employees. We have bought and sold from them, and the pricing for selling and buying are more than fair and competitive with online and local stores. I check online at the store before I buy anywhere and purchase as much as I can from them. I encourage all to check them out. Thanks to everyone over at Bradenton Music Go Round. Love you guys.

Seriously, these stores rule! They had a Yamaha John Patiticci signature 6 string bass for like 2 grand, talk about a bargain ! Anyway, tons of cool modern type guitars. There was a staff guy I clicked with, he was a huge Gentle Giant, Bruford, and Rush fan, so that was please thank. Anyway, great place guys!

Awesome prices on awesome gear. Got a mint used Headrush 112 frfr powered speaker for lower than anywhere else. Im glad I checked them out. Privately owned franchise with really nice staff. Ill be doing all my local dealings with them! I suggest checking it out if youre skeptical, its very nice inside! I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Played three instruments and all three had issues. Speakers have holes on them. The employee told me he knows nothing about ampsThey have no knowledge of their inventory. Selling used instruments at the brand new price. Better to buy new somewhere else at least you wont have issues or over pay. Stay away!!!!!!!

I ordered an Ampeg PF800 amp from this store online, and had it shipped to California. The manager answered my email questions the same day, and they shipped via FedEx (which was my preference). It was expertly packed and the amp looks and sounds brand new. I’m stoked!

Super nice lil store. I had stopped in hoping to find a USA Dean ML but didnt have any luck. They have a great selection of lower to mid price guitars so if that is what you are in the market for this is your place. I decided to play around on a few guitars they had and the part that impressed me the most is all of the guitars are clean, in tune, and set up well. I dont think Ive ever been in a shop before where the guitars werent tuned to double drop Q, set up poorly due to said bad tuning, and grimey. If I am ever in the market for something in the range they carry I will definitely be back! This place is definitely worth checking out.

I purchased a used guitar online and had it shipped across the country. I was nervous about what the guitars condition would be as a result of being used plus being shipped. Im happy to say that I received the guitar in PERFECT condition--Im actually questioning whether or not it was ever used. The packaging was top-notch and arrived super fast. I cant speak for the store location itself, but could not be happier with the online experience.

Took my guitar and violin to get restringed, they have no knowledge or whatsoever of their trade, String Pegs are missing so strings came out.I dont only dont recommend this place but I will suggest you to try a different place to take your precious instruments.Peace and let music flow.

I bought a used guitar two weeks ago and a piece of it came unglued. I returned it back to the store, they gave me store credit toward another one . They were very nice about it, they gave me no problems with trading it in. I would highly reccommend them and I will definitely go back. I like my new guitar very much.

Absolutely wonderful place. My daughters cello broke and she needed it fixed in a hurry for school and a concert. They got it fixed for her quick and were extremely helpful and nice. The staff was very knowledgeable. Ill use them again for any future needs. I would definitely recommend this place.

I have been visiting this store since they opened and I am thrilled with my experiences. I have sold unused equipment and got a decent price. Today I bought new strings and they installed them for free. In addition, they cleaned and conditioned the instrument. ALL FOR THE PRICE OF THE STRINGS! Great place and great people!

I am not a fan of shopping online however I have been looking for this exact Peavey amplifier and microphone set for a couple years . A friend has an old one, we all share it and love it, It operates on battery power if needed and is great for open mic poetry etc. I found it on the website for “Music Go Round“ in Bradenton, Florida . I took a risk and called and spoke to Melinda who is co-owner as it turns out .She was so nice and helpful . She told me I was going to be so excited about this equipment because after pricing out the additional accessories such as mic, cable and electric adapter it turned out they were all in the box! It was s complete system! The amp was all that was advertised yet she gave it all to me for the price of the amplifier in the original offer! I couldn’t believe my good fortune . I am buying this out of pocket for use by grassroots peace and environment minded citizen groups and we have no money. When it arrived, to my delight, it is in such pristine condition as promised, it works perfectly and I am so Impressed with her integrity and importantly very happy to be able to recycle ♻️ reduce and reuse ❤️✌️🌎Thanks! This place is nothing more than a pawn shop. They require you to fill in PAWN FORMS and pay out low ball offers the same as a pawn shop. I not selling you meticulously maintained equipment at rock bottom prices so you can make a large profit.Items for sale are OVER PRICED, so you are paying nothing to buy it then over charging the buyer.Place is a joke.

While I havent been @ this store, Ive bought from a (closed) one in Lakeland and found good deals on parts for my drum stands. Bass pedal prices are good also I noticed. Im still looking for the holy grail of drums. A SONOR HLD 590.
