Took a long time to come in from Polaris, (no fault of Leisure Time) but staff was helpful and kept me updated on the build and shipping progress.

Will not go anywhere else to buy parts or machines. Best customer service and always gets me in ASAP.

Drove three hours to buy a used 2017 Polaris. Picked it up and went on my trip. Half way through the ride my brakes start grinding. When I get home I go through the whole machine and found both lower ball joints bad. Rear control arm bushings loose. And the bearing in the cooling fan was bad and the fan intermittently would stop working cause it to overheat. Called to say something about it and they said they would call me back. Still no call. If I could give negative starts a I would. Would not recommend buying anything from Bradford pa location.

Hate this place I took my four wheeler there 4 different times only once did they fix the issue. Just took my four wheeler back there a week ago got it back Saturday I’m missing my 30 foot tow strap and my bike went in running and came out non running and didn’t even say anything about it

Was told to come down to look at a Honda during the day. I headed straight there after a 2 hour ride. They sold it and tried to upsell me a 2020 Sportsman and were really pressing the time to drag the whole process out when I had 2000 to put down on the wheeler. Then I asked for my cash back and they handed me a check. Which I had to wait a week and a half to get my money back. Not impressed.

Highly highly recommend NOT going here. After trading in a side by side and purchasing a new one off the floor I found out this is the worst dealer within a 100 mile radius. They will not deal with you, you will sit their awkwardly for hours waiting on someone. And better yet even after making a sale happen they will say they’re delivering and you won’t get it for a week or more past the agreed date. They will text your wife and you different times and dates leaving you both waiting around. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real dealer, not a strip mall 3 vehicle showroom.

I love this place because it’s close and they are good people but I can’t give five stars since they are closed Monday. We ride on weekends usually and if something breaks we want to call and order it ASAP so we can try to get it fixed for the next weekend and we can never do that because they are closed until Tuesday.. I would love to even see an online ordering site for parts with expedited shipping options so we could order parts ourselves when you are closed.

Some friends of mine purchased a hammerhead off road vehicle. Brandi and Brian were great to deal with from what I observed and I would highly recommend them. It was well worth the 2.5 hour drive down.

Only giving 3 stars after finally recieving a title this month for vehicle purchased in May. After numerous calls trying to make contact with this place regarding a side by side sold to us with a bad clutch, I took it to a local dealer who put a new one in and it runs great now. With no assistance from leisuretime. Thank you Dunlaps!! And shame on leisure time for knowingly selling this without fixing it first.

The absolute worst customer service and sales team Ive ever come across. One salesmans desk was with in 10 feet of the front door and he didnt even bother to look up and even say hello. Stood in plain view of the guy looking at a machine for a few minutes, then approached him to ask about it and he stood up put his head down and walked away into the back area. So went to Jamestown and spent my $20k cash at Hectors.

My experience with leisure time was confusing when I was trying to get a problem solved for my general, I had a battery problem and CarI was very experienced and very patient with me . And in no time the problem was corrected. He also set me up with the heater and the side doors for my 2016 general he has been a great guy leisure time is lucky to have a guy like Carl working very knowledgeable and I’m very appreciative of guys like Carl handling my problem thanks again

I was recently down to the limestone polaris dealership and let me just put this out there for anyone thinking about getting a power sport toy this dealership doesnt try to pull ur leg to get you in the door nor do they try to just get u to sign for something u dont want or can afford i went down with an idea what I wanted to pay a month an they did everything they could to hit that number if it would have been of another dealership telling me lies to get me to there store I would have signed an I plan on going back down soon and getting the wheeler I want

My grampa bought me a Polaris sportsman.The cv joint went out in a week. My dad was looking it over and they did no service work at all. My grandpa has bought 4 machines from them.he said never again.
