Great work on our window. Fast, efficient, & friendly.

Hopefully I get a discount for having to go get tools and finish the job myself. Its always nice when you show up to pick up your vehicle in the pouring rain and your windshield wipers havent been tightened and dont work. Since everyone had packed up and went home early I had to get a ride to get sockets to finish the job so I could get home.

Safe light are great. The staff are aussume. Thanks safe light for the new windshield.

Safe lite out of Bradford pa was AWSOME! They kept me up to date information on my window replacement. Showed up on time, and very friendly. Andy did a great job changing my side glass and was really concerned about making sure it was professionally installed. And another great job to Randy he even saved me money on the installation. I will use this company again in the future. And will recommend them to everyone I know.Thank You!

Warning make sure you watch them put your window in. Mine broke 2 weeks later hadnt even drove the car yet. Mustve chipped the bottom and hid it under the molding

When Dan showed up I wondered if hed be able to replace my windshield before the rain. I was sure hed have to cancel and reschedule. Mid way through the install it started to sprinkle and to my surprise Safelite had a contingency. A portable canopy went up in minutes and kept everything dry til the job was done. Now thats good.

I drive a LOT and have had to replace several windshields through the years. The last few times exclusively with Safelite as their technicians seem more experienced and well trained, and the quality of their windshields is definitely better, as I can typically see optical anomalies with other brands. As a Master Auto Tech and former car dealership owner I can have very high expectations!This particular shop: everyone was extraordinarily friendly, helpful and courteous. The waiting area is large and comfortable, with complimentary soda, water, coffee and other beverages/snacks.No customer WiFi, not a biggie.Great job, easy to work with, pleasant to deal with. Makes the whole process easy and pain free!No need to shop around, just call Safelite :-)

Horrible time management. Cant show up on time or call to let you know they will be late. Pretty sad when you are only 2 minutes away from the safelite shop.
