Id rate them higher if they didnt lose my information in their computer. I called to check on previous purchase to check on warranty and they couldnt find me in their system. Awfully convenient if you ask me. To make it worse I had just bought parts from them recently and somehow I disappeared in their system already. I shop online now. Quite a bit cheaper anyway for high quality parts.

Constantly give me the wrong parts even though they need to know everything and anything about my vehicle, and still end up getting the wrong parts. Went there yesterday to return my parts, the ignorant old man wouldn’t let me because I didn’t have a receipt even though the first time they let me. He gave me attitude about it and eventually I got upset and threw my parts in the trash since I couldn’t get my money back. Definitely will not be going back to this place. Never had disrespect at napa and they never gave me the wrong parts. Spent way to much money at auto zone for the the disrespect I got. I understand mistakes happen but I should of never gotten any attitude from this miserable old man

Better quality parts would be nice, duralast Ford ball joints and bearings are of low quality and dont last a year

Always good to help get our parts quickly, and have a surprisingly vast selection dating back to early years to my surprise! Repro parts for sure, but many items still available that we previously were not aware of, like a brand new mirror with support for our driver side 78 Chevy square body! And always happy to return any mistakes or un-needed purchases. Local parts stop well worth the few minutes if you need many items!

I took my father here to pick up parts. The parts were in stock which really helped because we had to be in Bradford anyways. They are always friendly and ready to help.

I get all my parts here when I can. Occasionally, they dont carry a particular item but its rare. Staff has always been courteous, helpful & knowledgeable. Their Loan a Tool program has come in handy many times, saving me a lot of money.

Absolutely awful service, I had to yell at somebody just to get somebody to pay attention for some assistance first of all. Second of all after I purchase the item they didnt even offer to help assist me put a simple windshield on my vehicle. I will never visit the store again. And I certainly dont recommend it to anybody else.
