They cant keep stuff stocked on their shelves. Numerous times Im in there and large portion of shelves are empty in common items. The last few months they cant even keep the wraps stocked. I have to go to Olean to get wraps. The picture of the empty wrap shelf is at 1pm and again no wraps to be found. The other issue is they start blocking isles around 9 at night to where you cant get around and get to items you need. I shop at night normally because thats when I can get there and the store is a mess. The other pictures of the items in the isles are a little after 9:30pm. I was told originally this isnt supposed to start until after the store is closed to keep shelves full.

What a beacon in the night! After a long days driving and running into some heavy rain, there was Walmart! Thank you so much for the respite in your parking lot overnight in my RV. I just cant tell you how much I appreciate it. Thank you again!

Eh...its a wal-mart. Many choices. Many things not available. Mostly clean...but when there was a broken glass jar on the floor, they could have cordoned it off with 3 shopping carts, but NO! One young man employee was kind-of hiding a distance away from the mess while kids n seniors made their way around it. Can you say lawsuit? Then, this lady wanted a certain specific tool, for items that they sell, the counter person never looked n said they dont have that anymore. I found her a whole tool package for $14. She was happy. The counter person said, oh, I didnt know we had that...ugh. One more thing...who decided to away with all the clearance items? The clearance prices are not all that great anymore. $2-3 off is just markdowns. Ugh.

Being a NY state native. What a surprise to visit a Walmart store with kind and polite staff! Bought 4 tires for our vehicle. The automotive staff was informative and very courteous. I recommend shopping for all your needs at the Bradford PA Walmart!

Pick up order is unattentive and the ppl have no idea whats going on. Unaware of time of closing and very disrespectful greeter. The long hair boy is very harsh and disrespectful

My family fills all of our prescriptions at your pharmacy. We would like to acknowledge Shayne Saunders and Kim Mason for their excellent service to all of us. They are so kind and compassionate all the time. Shayne explains everything about our medications in a way we understand. Love to see their smiling faces on the other side of the counter. Walmart grocery pick up is amazing!! Need to choose fresher produce and check dates better, but overall is fantastic!

It looks like the place is going out of business. There are no vehicles in the parking lot. I came here to get service. Almost everytime Ive tried I could get service that day. The dealership is dated and needs a makeover.

Went to eye doctor there, great pace, well organized and efficient. We are in and out in no time and continued to do some shopping for essentials.

Walmart used to be a great place to shop, Their job is to sell general merchandise not tell me how to run my life, Im getting totally fed up with their political correctness, more and more Ive been taking my business elsewhere.

I love being able to pull in and have everything ready for me. The guys were super nice. They e en got a treat for my dog while they were loading my supplies. Made a friend for life.

Its not the best walmart but its certainly not the worst, seems like whoever designed the item layout wasnt sure what they wanted to do. Aisles are much skinnier than normal for no apperent reason, often a pain if more than one or two people are in an aisle at once.

Since Covid 19, this place shuts down at 11pm instead of open 24hrs. They now stock shelves in the evening which is highly inconvenient for disabled customers.The security isnt very subtle either. If I can tell Im being watched, your security is obvious. Otherwise its fine.Thanks!

This Walmart is stocked much better than the one in Olean. Plenty of selections and clean.

Its a joke. Only 1 self scan register accepts cash payment. Staff are rude, no help at all.

I forgot my mask in the car and Im disabled and can hardly walk. The man at the door said dont worry mam, I have masks here, would you like one? Of course I said yes, got in a ride on cart, and did my shopping. When I was done, he followed me to my car, helped me load my bags in to the car, and took the cart back in for me! I wish I would have gotten his name, because he deserves recognition for going above and beyond his normal greeter job!

Go ti this location between the hours of 10pm and 6am. Any other time, its filled with people who leave their carts in the middle of the isle while they browse. Its located in bradford pa, so that explains a lot. Very uneducated town.

Walmart has become the embodiment of the big brother state that we find ourselves in.Walmart security should be installed in prisons - for thats how it feels to shop there. They control the least amiable among us so well.Unfortunately, this overwhelming control results in the feeling that all of us have joined the least common denominator of society.I prefer not having someone breathing down my neck and suspecting me of being just another street urchin when Im spending hundreds of dollars in their stores.Yes, they have plenty of cheap goods from China. (I remember when Sam Walton was alive that he went out of his way to buy and support American goods. Apparently, dollars are more important to Walmart than upholding American ideals.)Ill support a local firm first that believes in buying American and believes in Freedom before Ill choose Walmart.If the local firm has happy employees, so much the better.

Its walmart. This one kind of suffers selection-wise because it was upgraded to a super center later on but Ive seen much worse.

Customer service stinks! Power went out and came back on & an hour later only half the items in my cart would ring up & they werent allowed to ring it up manually. The stuff that did ring up could only be paid for in cash. They have been telling us for months not to use cash! So of course I didnt have any on me! 3 hours worth of shopping & I had to walk out empty handed. Worked with 4 different employees and not one of them said sorry for the inconvenience or had an ounce of compassion. Also, they never made an announcement about any of this. You had to stand in line for 15 minutes to find out the hard way.

This store is filthy, very few of the staff is friendly, as far as the self ckout, it needs to go! Bring back the jobs!

Ive been to nearly every walmart between NY, PA and FL.And these were some of The most annoying and NOSEY employees Ive ever had to deal with. Everyone of them seemed to be breathing down my neck! Both inside the store and in groccery pickup, they were Very Intrusive and bothersome!

Great place to shop. They are usually fairly well priced and the staff is usually very helpful. Wal mart has done a decent job at becoming the premier retailer.

Jake in electronics was very helpful setting up our new note 9 phones. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They engage in friendly conversation but also keep it professional. Jake had a lot to do to set up too phones after explaining the deal to me several times. He never acted like I was a pain. He smiled and was happy to make me and my husband happy with our new phones. Other staff was helping with a phone case. She was pleasant. More staff in the electronics was friendly and engaged in conversation as they continued to work. It was a pleasant experience. We also got our oil changed. The men in that department were pleasant and professional. Our car was ready and waiting when we were done shopping.

Twice now I have purchased a kayak from this store. I called to confirm the kayak was actually there to pick up. I was told that it was and I had till 8 pm to come get it. (2 kayaks advertised mind you.) I live an hour from Bradford and wasted my time going to get something they never had. They refunded my money and sent an email stating the kayak was no longer available.My second try....same thing. Kayak was advertised, called to confirm the kayak was actually there, they stated it was. IT WAS NOT. My money refunded and no kayak available. What a sh*t show.
