Called and was on hold for 20mins. I actually was stillOn hold when I walked into the building. Then it took them another 15 minutes after I rang the bell for them to even acknowledge that I was there. When I asked the wait time she didn’t answer me. And then I waited 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change. I will never do that again and I suggest anyone who thinks about going to Walmart to get an oil change to go somewhere else it’s not worth your money

Useless! I have been trying for months to get my tires balanced and rotated. I purchased the lifetime service warranty. I see what they mean by lifetime warranty, itll take a lifetime to get them to honor it.

My husband put new tires on my Audi Q5. Only took 40-45 minutes. Young lady who was at the counter was very helpful and courteous. Tires come with lifetime rotation and tire pressure checks.

Avoid this place there are 5 real auto shops in the area that know what they are doing. I removed the cap they stripped myself instead of bringing it back to this hack shop and brought it to a real tire shop. This walmart originally did the tires, unfortunately since then quality has gone through the floor.

Customer Service is unreal!! They need more people working there!!!Paid for a rotate and balance, didnt balance my tires. Drove away with my car shaking after 55 mph. Never did that before. All tire pressures ranged from 29 psi- 42. Obscene!

Our car leaked all its oil after a change. Brought it back and they got it right. Gave them another chance because of a discount coupon they provided and it leaked oil again. Brought it back and they got it right. Go to Tuffys (or anywhere else) for your next oil change.

I got an oil change done, while I was happy with the oil change, I was unhappy with how long it took. Personally I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for my oil change and another man waited 2 and a half hours before me for the same job to be done. Just think on a Saturday they should be moving faster. Maybe Walmart should have more staff on such a busy day because they have like 5 bays available. Still giving 3 stars because customer service was good and quality of work was good as well.

My car was held hostage by Walmart. Please read if you plan on paying anything other than cash or card. (Including Apple Pay which they do not accept.)I drive a car that my dad services due to it being his, so when I had to buy new tires, he told me he would. He got online, paid for them, and then sent them to this place from Saint Louis MO. When I went in to get this done, I made it more than abundantly clear I would be paying over the phone, not one of the three workers I talked to had anything wrong with me doing this. When I came back to pay, they informed me that I would have to pay in store, and that they do not accept over the phone and them at they thought I meant Apple Pay, which ironically is NOT accepted either. Being as late at night as it was, I could not transfer money with my bank closed, so they kept my car overnight after REFUSING 3 types of payment. I offered to do over the phone, an online invoice, and via Apple Pay, which they informed me they do not accept. This was a horrible experience and quite embarrassing for me, as I had to walk out of there without my vehicle. They the. Tried to sell me a Walmart Credit card, which has a nearly criminal 26% interest rate. After a call from the manager, they explained that they can not verify the card owner unless it is in store, so they can’t accept my over the phone payment. Here’s the kicker, they don’t ask to see any ID in store either so they did not Verify my card ownership. Overall they have lost a customer and I am more than willing to go elsewhere to meet all of my Other needs.Terrible experience, inflexible management, terrible and unethical business practices. If I could give Zero stars I would.

The service manager wad very helpful in finding our tire rim and tire that we had ordered lady week. He went the extra steps to help us get the tire/rim on our vehicle. The employee who ordered the items assured us the items were ordered and would be in on Monday and would call us. That call never came.

I pulled in with brakes operational!I left with no breaks and a “you should make it to a shop.”Screw this place and the workers for trying to cover up their mistake of breaking my brake line when they couldn’t t get the tire off that was seized on.This endangers me, my kids, and overall anyone on the road!I would heavily advise just paying a little more for tires somewhere else because safety is NUMBER ONE!

My mom got her oil change here on Oct. 21, her car began acting funny the first week, but we shrugged it off because if the weather changes and the fact that her car has a number of miles. Earlier this week her car has finally reached its breaking point and is undrivable. Upon inspection of the vehicle the engine is bone dry, the vehicle needs a whole needs engine. A manager informed my mom that since she drove the car almost 2000 miles since the last oil change they dont feel responsible. There is no way her engine should be bone dry after a not even 2000 miles unless, a.) you didnt get change the oils to begin with, b.) you installed the oil filter wrong, so its been leaking since she left the shop, c.) Anything else that can happen due to improperly trained staff and management that doesnt want to take the fall so they talk around and ignore the issue.

Extremely slow and a bit pricey. Counter guy said they would get me in in ten minutes that they were just finishing the only car in front of me. They did get me in within the ten minutes but took them almost 2 hours for an oil change

Depends on the day You go, sometimes they dont have enough employees to cover customer requests, they wont do a oil change if they dont have a 3 hour window before its time to go home!
