Had them tent my windows told me $200.00 for the sides and back and put a black piece across the front window. Went to go get it did not get the the tint across the front window and he charged me $220.00 said he never said that. a very rude man will never go back

Horrible place, horrible people, didnt even do part of the work that I asked they had my truck for a week, parts werent put on correctly, rude, called and told him that I would be there Friday and they were closed so I was back in town stuck with no vehicle They basically told me too bad. I would pay more to have work done than ever think about going back. Gave him one star because I cant give him a negative star!

Very rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment for 8AM to get my window tint done. When I made the appointment I was told it will take 2 hours for the tint. When I arrived to have the service done I was then told it will take 5 hour!!! No I cant leave my car for 5 hours. He told me I was never told it only take 2 hours how would he know what I was told????? THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESSI was never rude until you became rude. Please let me hear this phone recording that you have..... I even asked to reschedule and you said NO

Dustin was extremely helpful! I had troubles with a small part of my window tint (due to the type of car I drive- not any fault of the employees) and it was fixed properly and looks great. Premier is a great business that cares for their customers.

Premier tinted the windows on my 2016 Nissan Maxima and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! They were professional and efficient. They went above and beyond to make our experience awesome! I got my truck undercoated for $250. I didnt think that was too bad at all. I picked up my truck the next day and saw that the leaf spring got sprayed. Everything looked good at first. When I got home, I looked under the truck a little more and found that some of the bottom of the truck didnt get sprayed. I was a little upset with the undercoating. Maybe I am crazy, but I didnt feel like this was a good job at all. I went back to the store and talked to them. They said they must not have had their light in the right spot and they would respray the truck. I had to wait about a week to get it in. My wife dropped it off sometime in the AM and i didnt get a call to pick it up until 5:30pm so I had 30mins to get there before they closed. When i go there, my truck was outside so i turned on my phone light and started looking under the truck, which wasnt to bad but I could tell they just sprayed the spots I pointed out to them and that is it. I was thinking they would go above and beyond considering this is the second time i had to take it to them. When I went inside I was told, here are you keys have a good night. Thats when I asked if I could get a discount for the inconvenience. They said no and that they are human. I do understand people are human, but I would have been happy if they acknowledged that they wasted my time. If they told me here is $25 for your inconvenience I would not be on here writing a review like this. Its the little things that count.

Been going here for awhile,the guys are very friendly. I’ve had from getting truck detailed to the windows being tinted, floor mats, badges removed, tonneau cover, never any problems. I wouldn’t take my truck any other place. Next up will be new headlights, keep up the awesome work.

Premier did my lift, wheels and tires on my jeep and I couldnt be more happy with how it looks and the service I received from premier. I have dealt with other accessory stores and in my opinion premier is the only way to go. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the prices definitely the best I could find.

Had a leer 750 tonneau cover, bedrug, and undercover swing toolbox installed here on my f150. they made sure everything was installed correctly and Im very happy with my purchase and with the great service they provided. i highly recommend them. their prices were also reasonable compared to a couple of other places i checked out. worth the drive from joliet for sure.
