Clean and staff is nice. Over crowded and not enjoying the removing of representatives helping customers check out. We usually shop for most things we need for the next couple months like 2 carts full of items. Self checkout is a real pain. We stopped going as often due to that. They should have at least one open lane for customers with that many items. I am not a trained cashier it takes forever to do it yourself. We should get a discount for doing the work for the employees!

This is the best Walmart I’ve ever been to. It definitely has the ones in Lake County IN beat. Plenty of stock and brands.

I would have given 4 or 5 stars because the store is clean and well stocked BUT they were not enforcing the use of masks. Normally I wouldnt have cared except that it was crowded when I went.

Ive always liked shopping at Walmart however their rival Meijers has a much better variety of food items. Walmart needs to step their game up. Also, more of the registers need cashiers instead of having so many self checkouts.

Everything that I had on my list that showed in stock actually was in stock. Everything was were the app showed it to be. Team members offered help without me having to seek them out or ASK! Wow! This has been rare, especially as of late in most Walmart’s. Customer service was great!!!!

Dirty store and very unhelpful employees. Asked to get a bottle of cologne from locked cabinet and was rudely told I cant find the man with the key, try again tomorrow. Most employees standing around talking while shelves are empty and the shopping carts have so much human hair caught in the wheels you can hardly push it....I would recommend going to k3 store

This place just gets worse everyday, you have to find stuff on your own no one to help, dont stock stuff anymore they tell you that things are ordered by something that drives through the store yeah right. Its a joke dont go there to often at all. Sorry people.

The vegetables were very nice looking in this Walmart. The cashier was very helpful. The self check outs were moving along great. Good store!

Dont usually shop at this Walmart but was in the area. The layout was different than the usual Walmarts that I use. Didnt have as many frozen vegan meal options and some other options as my usual stores. Lots of empty shelf space. Much of the bagged salads were expiring within a few days. Store was generally clean. All of the checkouts were self serve. I dont usually mind this, but I was doing a monthly stock up trip so it was more time consuming.

USE TOO BE WELL STOCKED. NO MORE. CHECK OUT (SELF FOR MOST) IS BAD NEWS.

I enjoyed shopping at Walmart, one shopping experience, I could find everything I needed right there.

This store location DOES NOT enforce the State of Illinois mask mandate for its employees or customers. I find this reckless and irresponsible and the reason we are still fighting this horrible virus. I think boycotting businesses like these is in order to stop this madness. Money talks.

After dropping off a prescription and being told 10 minutes came back 5 minutes later windows all shut down workers on break stood and waited with a group of people for over 20 minutes then told to sit amd wait because its not done yet over 30 minutes after I dropped it off. This place is a joke.

The store was clean and organized. Had what was needed, in and out with no issues.

Horrible time... Used a mobility cart, battery was supposedly charged. 5 minutes later it died mid aisle. Changed carts, this one randomly stops and sets for a few minutes before it decides to go again. Apparently the store is changing the layout, I had difficulty finding what I was looking for. Store shoppers- shopping for pickup- had their carts in it seemed every aisle. Finally after what seemed liked hours there was only one check lane open, and 3 carts ahead of me. Shoppers quickly followed in line and at 1 time I counted 5 behind me. Im sorry I dont work at walmart, Im not going to self check. Isnt that what your employees do? I probably will NOT go back, its not the first experience similar to todays.

Woman selling deer permits didnt know the laws. She told me she refuses to sell them to anyone who doesnt have a state idea, even kids.

Service is horrible, when you can find someone. They never answer their phone. Out of stock on allot of things. Three times now Ive purchased online to pickup that day, waited hours, no email, no one would answer the phones. Drive there only to be told they dont have it.

The usual get in get out walmart experience. Spent about 15 min in electronics waiting on help

Very irritated with customer service here! I tried to sign up for a wedding registry and I was brushed off and treated rudely. Educate and train people in this dept! This will eliminate headaches for customers! I went to target instead . Very friendly and knowledgeable people at target! You should take a lesson from them shame on you !

No cashiers! My wife and I have RA plus she has a broken arm. Had no cashiers to ring up or bag! Not planning on coming back anytime soon!

No one works here, they are all on break. Serious inventory control problems, tried using the Wal-Mart app because items arent priced, scanned the upc and it tells me 0 in stock & doesnt give you a price. Even though Im looking at 8 of those items on the shelf. Finally found an employee, she used her scanner and then proceeds to tell me they arent in stock. Even though she has just scanned the item and is holding it in her hands. This is why I shop Amazon.

What a disappointment this store has become. Better to order what you need from Amazon. Employees that are left really dont care if your there or not.

Do not like self check design. Small belts self check much better and faster flow. Very disappointed in changes.

As clean as Id ask for in a walmart. The employee that opens the fitting rooms couldnt be found after being paged and waiting 5 minutes so we couldnt try a shirt. I dont expect good customer service at Walmart so this did not lower my rating. If you go to Walmart you want to save money and find everything you need under one roof. It is what it is and all my expectations were met.

The new check out is much easier more room to put our groceries in the proper bag.

I had to wait forever to finally get someone to okay my beer purchase. Either hire more real cashiers or get more people to work self checkout!

When are you going to start lowering your prices??? It takes 2 to 5 minutes to find a cart that actually rolls with out struggling. You get what groceries you can find because the shelves are either empty, or a mess. Then you have to check out, bag and pay ! So since Im doing all the work with out any assistance when you going to start lowering the prices?????

We were in a hurry to get the things we were going to buy,but the registers were down .the managment said they were able to work but they didn,t .we had to leave at 1100 am they never came up

I went in today with the hopes of my husband and myself getting out within the hour. We stood in line for over 25 minutes, talked with one CSM before moving in line only to be told “It wasn’t her problem”, someone else was “covering” it. She was training people. We finally got to head of the line, only to be told by another CSM she couldn’t help us, we were to just wait. We went with hopes of cashing his payroll check, we spend most of it in your store. Thanks to today, we will no longer.

My experience stems more from trying to call the store. I placed an online order for pickup and was notified via email of items they were out of & substitutions they would offer. Well 2 items they did not offer a substitution for. Those items were: Grapes & bacon. YES. grapes & bacon, unbelievable! They are saying they are out of them, seriously??So I tried to call the store, 3 different times back to back. A total of about 22 minutes. The 2nd call I got disconnected. The third call after 12 minutes, get the automated voice saying they are unable to answer my call at this time please try again as in later.I highly doubt they are out of grapes & as for the bacon they could have offered a substitution like they do & I could accept or decline it .Utterly ridiculous that you cant even get anyone on the damn phone either.After posting this Im going to try giving them yet another call. Well see what happens this time.

I like this store but hate the new arrangement of the store. It doesnt make sense.

This is for their new pickup kiosk service, or whomever packs the orders for that service.It was my first encounter with the kiosk pickup service and my large order of drapery panels and sheers were shoved into 2 single bags; not even double bagged.It had just snowed and it was a slushy mess outside. I took my bags out of the kiosk and by the time I looked to check the order, one of the bags ripped and the contents spilled out. I was really annoyed because there was no one around, nor any additional bags available without walking all the way back around the register area. What an unfriendly set-up. (Target has a pickup service with a very nice, heavier duty bag with shopper friendly handles., given to you and checked for accuracy by a customer service specialist)And if you have a larger item that you are purchasing they have no large bags at all! What kind of giant corporate franchise expects everything to fit into a small grocery bag?! Like they cant afford big bags, or something! Was less than impressed.

Its kind of hard to ask a question about paint when the department doesnt pick up their phone, worst customer service when it comes to actually getting someone on the phone to ask a question.

Clean and neat store offering a large selection of products, including groceries. Plenty of lanes to pay for items when checking out. A much better store than the Bourbonais store.

This Walmart is garbage price tags and items are in wrong places everywhere. They are completely out of alot of stuff. They staff doesnt care and it shows.

The clothing sections for women was quit messy. It was difficult to find what I needed, and tryi g to find packages that had not been opened by previous customers was a little difficult. Shopping in this section was a little frustrating but doable.

This Walmart has it all and Its great on prices too. Of My friend was upset because no Orange Hostess Cupcakes. But Beautiful Christmas tree when you walk in.

Poorly stocked, relaxed covid standards, got what I could find and checked myself out. Placed a pick up order a few days later and items were canceled while I sat in the parking lot waiting. This is the most local Walmart and its disappointing to having these continuing issues.

Im short, i needed help to reach something on the top shelf. The young man stopped what he was doing to help me. Then he put some more of them where other short people could reach them.

These stores have gone downhill. The hired help is just as bad! Dont like your job get a different one DONT take it out on customers!

Returned an item that didnt use. Other then the long line for returns, the process was smooth.

Clean environment. Friendly customer service. The employee that I asked for help; did help me with a smile. I asked him where the price scanner to check a price was located at and he stopped stocking groceries and said he would do it for me. He scanned my product and gave me the price, I thanked him and he said it was his pleasure. That made my day. Store was being stocked while I was there so a bit difficult to get up and down isles. Masks required, although I did see a few customers without them. Employees were all wearing masks. Bathrooms were clean. Shelves were not as stocked like before covid but thats understandable, there is still a wide variety on the shelves. I do self checkout so it went quick for me. Parking lot was well lit and clean. Worth the drive and I will return so support the business.

No one ever answers the phone. Just waited 10 minutes for sporting goods and no one answered. Just trying to get my fishing license. At least the other walmart in the area has the decency to answer. Never shopping here again.

They have added entirely too many self check out lanes. I dont work for Walmart, I already have a job that I work 50+ hours a week. They have lost my business.

Im not fond of extra to compensate the loss they incur from their self check-out where you always have issues with their machines outside of the fact that if I wanted to be a cashier and grocery bagger I would have pursued that as a career instead of a contractor theres no personal assistance at all left in Walmart in a prices didnt go down even though their labor rate goes down and they pay no benefits no overtime for employees I think all Walmarts should be boycotted

Waited very long for supervisor to approve the mistake and our first checker machine broke down so had to move to another cashier and didnt have 3 of our items in stock today. I went to tell a girl in yellow gear that we needed help and she was very rude to me. We might go to another Walmart from now on.

Construction and moving a lot of the aisle to different places Couldnt find some of the things I went there for.

Online shopping and curbside pick up was very easy and convenient.
