Late delivery of birthday flower bouquet. Not only late, they were delivered to wrong address. Thankfully the woman who received them was truthful enough to deliver them to the correct address. Ordered on 8/6 for 8/9 delivery and still didnt finally arrive until almost 10pm. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

Nila Patrick, (the owner) was extremely unprofessional with my flower delivery. Took my money and never delivered flowers.

Put money down and she kept her word and worked with us for additional services such as flowers and shoes for my wedding day that I can also use in the future.

Was there with my best friend, and the owner didn’t listen to anything we had to say. It was either her way or the highway. She (the owner) wouldn’t let the bridesmaids browse to look at the dresses, and she didn’t have my best friends interest in mind. Very overwhelming experience for everyone. Wouldn’t give this place my business with a very pushy owner.

The only thing bad about my wedding day was Nila she made us return the tuxedos the same day we picked them up and it had to be before they closed so we only had the tuxedo for a few hours

I did not have a good experience at vip wedding. She was pushy and aggressive. She was trying to get us married in her chapel and hounding my dad to buy decorations and a tux. She was also having my bridesmaid try on dresses even though I had told her on the phone before we had even gotten there that all I want to do is buy a wedding dress. I was willing to buy it that day off the rack but instead when she asked me what style I was looking for I told her I want a puffy dress she in so many words called me fat and refuse to put me in a dress like that! When you go for your special day to buy your forever dress dont go to Vip wedding save yourself the sadness and frustration and go somewhere else! My experience was ridiculous I waz feeling very bad about myself afterwards and didnt even want to look for a dress after that point. If I could give her 0 stars I would.

The lady was so pushy and wouldnt listen to anything I said. She kicked my MOH out of the dressing room with me. Wouldnt let me pick out my own dresses. Overall, the service was quite annoying.
