I would give the store a 10 out of 10. Initially I contacted the owners son Bryson. He was knowledgeable of his product prompt and you could tell genuinely that he enjoyed what he was doing. the next day we went and bought a piece of carpet from him with my fiance both of us were genuinely impressed. the price was fair and he had a machine to do the binding of the carpet.I went to pick it up today and it looks fantastic! Very shoddy work carpet never attached to tack strips along one wall .carpet going into doorways crooked had vinyl laid by front door they never glued it down its bubbling up . called called the very same day and then went there showed them pictures told us they would get back to us and make it right havent heard back a week later.. steer clear..$900.00 down the drain. scraped paint off walls we painted 2 days earlier. Lookup up the license of the subcontractors they use theyre not licensed.
