Love the order-ahead option. It is nice to be able to see all possible add-ins and substitutions -some of which I didnt even know were options before (i.e. add malt powder). Also, the staff is always very quick and competent.

I have severe asthma- I was inside wearing my mask properly, but pulled the nose piece out a bit so I could catch a breath, and was scolded by the barista to put my mask on properly. She continued to watch me the entire time. I’ll keep my business on the Edgewood strip- just thought we’d give this one a try.

Horrible service. Wouldnt let our family sit three to a table and the staff was very rude and arrogant. They also didnt bother to tell us that our order was done.

This is my favorite place to get coffee. However with the mask policy’s there I do not care for their business. I’d like to know why I can wait inside with no mask to order and spend my money but as soon as I do I have to now wait outside even tho I’ve been standing inside for 5 minutes with no mask or anyone asking me to put one on... that’s rude and disrespectful. Thanks for being inside maskless and for the money but now you have to stay outside and wait for your drink... by the way this is the 2nd person you have done this to that I know. The first you told to stand and wait outside in -30 below weather. You lost their business and now mine. Not satisfied with customer service at all!!!!!!

While the service and products here are top notch, I am only giving four stars because they cannot accept Google Pay here even though they are listed as an accepting store. Tried to make a purchase in store with Google Pay and they were unable to process it at all. Please update your store systems or remove your store from the list of accepting locations, as it is incredible inconvenient to try to make a purchase using Google Pay and be told that you cant after the fact.

I live for Caribous chai tea, hot or cold! Its much better than Starbucks. The people at this location are always friendly and pleasant. Theres usually little wait for your order because theyre so quick behind the counter. Tables are always clean and tidy. I would recommend this Caribou to any coffee or tea lover!

This place was wonderful. I needed to sit down and take a pre-employment coding test for a software engineer position. They let me sit at a table for something like 2 hours without harrassment.

I was there once when I was 20, never returned until this morning. I just recently got into drinking coffee. Was greeted with smiles from Mandy and Steena. They recommend a drink but saw the look on my face when they said something about that one -forgot what they said, Im no coffee expert- I was really hesitant on trying the biscuit because most places serve them way over done. These ones werent hard, they were nice and moist. When I was done I asked Melissa if the cup on the counter was for tip, she told me it was and she hopes to see me again with a smile one her face. Most places have horrible service but this place is excellent! Its great to walk into a place with great customer service. Will be returning, making this a regular stop!

I went to caribou around noon and order a caramel high rise. I took a sip of it when I got home and instantly had to throw it out. I poured it down the sink and saw milk CURDLED at the bottom of them cup. Check your milk dates because that’s disgusting. You could smell the sour milk when the lid was off. Not going there again.

I would give it 5 stars. But it is a little cramped and loud in there. Same great coffee and atmosphere.

What a joke. I was 5 minutes early. So I waited. Lady came to open door, I walk in to register and manager comes out and says we are closed. Huh? OK what time do you open? 630 she says. I Said Your CLOCK On The Wall Says 632. She said ya but my machines say 625. So we are closed and than said the door should be locked. WOW! Really? Ive been coming here every Friday for 6 months!

Terrible attitude of the woman at the front. No one asked what i would like to drink, wanted a dark roast french press and she said they would not make it. Get people who actually want to work.

Over the years I have become less and less impressed by Caribou. When I first came to Minnesota it was novel and I really liked it. The coffee now though seems second rate. That said, they have other beverages that are fantastic.

Second time here in 1 week and terrible counter service...bad attitude. Coffee was good but shorted...love the Caribou’s in Baxter.

Coffee is delicious. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The place is relaxing. Yup, Caribou Coffee Brainerd is one of the best places to hang out and get a cup of joe.

There is a blonde with some cool tattoos. She is amazing, knowledgeable, accomadating, polite, very strong qualities in customer care, training and excellent example to other employees. I am sorry her name escapes me.

My go to for dessert in a cup coffee.
