Excellent selection of furniture, best in the area & better than a few stores in the cities (we looked in many, many other stores). Bob gave us great, detailed information to help us make the big decision! Very excited for our new furniture & will definitely shop there again!!! BTW, their delivery guys were top notch!!! They took away our old furniture & moved in the new! Great service, people & prices!!

We have bought more than an entire homes worth of furniture from 371 north over the past few years. White glove service, awesome employees, responsive, and they care. You will get better quality and service purchasing from them than any other furniture store. We keep coming back because we are never disappointed.

Large showroom and great selection!

We purchased a couch that was marked down and had it delivered just to realize it wouldn’t fit through the small doorway! They were super great about taking it back no problem. We went back in to find something else (with a tape measure this time) and couldn’t find anything. They refunded our money so we could shop around. We looked all over and everywhere else was MONTHS out on furniture orders so we ended up back at 371 furniture and bought a futon that works perfectly! And it fit through the door! The staff was really super nice even though I’m sure we were a pain in the butt. Definitely would go back for future purchases and would recommend to anyone looking!

Great! Took us 10 min to find what we were looking for at a great price and then found out we could get it delivered later in the week! Previous store was more expensive and a 12+ week wait for it.Definitely recommend !

For us its a little spendy

After buying a new home and always wanting a sectional sofa my husband and I went furniture shopping in the Brainerd Lakes Area. 371 Furniture was by far our favorite, we were not bombarded by sales people or pushed into loop hole deals and the furniture selection was wide, in-style and high quality. Purchasing the sofa was easy and the staff were very helpful. We were allowed to take sample fabrics home for a reasonable amount of time and did not have to make a $50 down payment and have them back in 24 hours like another store down the street. We were not sure of what size to order even after much deliberation and the staff urged us to buy small because you could “always add a section”. However, after the sofa was delivered by two very nice gentlemen, it was clear it was too small. The sectional was delivered on Friday and on Monday I went in to order another piece to make the sectional longer. To my dismay the fabric we had chose had been discontinued and another piece could not be made. This was extremely upsetting, and 371 Furniture assured me they did not know that fabric was being discontinued. They later called me at home and said that I could order the same couch with the new section in a different fabric and they would take the current couch back, at no extra charge (besides of course the section I had planned to order)! This was the right thing to do, but something they didn’t need to do, now a days it is hard to find that. They even let us keep the old couch until the new one was delivered so we had someplace to sit. I love my sectional and couldn’t be happier.

Great place to shop for furniture. Locally owned. Its a lot bigger than it looks from highway 371. Its great that they dont hover over you while youre browsing, they let you shop on your own.

Went to go shopping for a dining room table and we are about to purchase and someone comes to get our sales guy and he just bails on us.. needless to say he lost our $1200 purchase.. poor service

Terrific sales and good regular pricing. Dont forget to check them out when looking for a good deal on furniture. Only suggestion would be for them to carry more fabric couches and chairs because they offer mostly leather and faux leather choices.

First time I ever bought brand new furniture......When it was delivered to my house it wouldnt fit in the front door so I went back to pick out a new couch it was more expensive than the original but they gave it to me at the price of the original and didnt charge me for the extra delivery fee they werent pushy with their salesman very much appreciate it!!!

This place was wonderful. The low cost for such a high quality product plus the customer service was amazing. I originally went in to get a new couch but ended up getting my beautiful couch, new bed, coffee table & bedroom end tables. I wont shop anywhere else now.

Good selection of couches. Salesman there was helpful but not pushy in any way, let us explore and try out couches on our own. Financing was available and was pretty quick.Edit: Just wanted to add this after finally receiving the furniture. When ordered we were initially told it would be very quick for them to get our two couches in. We ordered at the end of November and they told us we would have them well before Christmas. We did get one couch in, the Friday before Christmas. The other couch we finally got in the middle of January! They were very quick to push the blame elsewhere, very unprofessional. When questioned about the timeline after we got the first couch all they said was I dont know why we told you that, it usually takes 4-6 weeks. Ended up being a very disappointing experience dealing with this company.

I was looking for a new sectional and was having trouble finding one that felt right in my living room, and for the right price. I had stopped at places all over the cities, but I was coming home from a friends place near Brainerd when I saw the store. I figured, what the hell, and stopped in. I fell in love with a tan/cream/brown sectional there and bought it the same day. Im glad I stopped in! If youre shopping around, give these guys a shot. Now if I could just quit falling asleep on my couch and make it to my bed!
