Tried to rent a golf cart for Labor Day weekend (admittedly it was 20 minutes to close) but we were immediately shut down because it was too late. Fine, totally understandable, im sure they have plans for the night and we dont want to inconvenience them so well come back tomorrow and rent one in the morning...Nope, she made it clear that theyre only open 10 - 2 pm, but theyre not doing rentals AT ALL.I get that their primary business is selling carts, but why would you turn down easy business, especially if they have a lot full of carts doing jack s*** and could easily rent them out for the weekend.

Was looking to rent a cart for an event at BIR. Versatile Golf Cars requires proof of liability coverage on our homeowners insurance. Sounds simple but almost ALL insurance companies will not cover a golf cart on a homeowners policy unless its on your property or a golf course. Check your policy before doing this!! According to Versatile, the owner does not want to offer a rental policy to its customers. Sure would make things easier for race fans when coming up to the races. Lost sales...

I’ve seen some of the 1 star negative reviews. From what I gather it is based on some people who just want to rent a golf cart to do what you want, when you want & do anything to it! Sorry, when it comes to dealing with Jerry & the crew & if you are passionate about your cart this is the place for you. The crew & Jerry are an extremely customer service, family based business! If you just wanna have a little fun with a cart I suggest you visit the go carts just north of BIR!

Dont waste your time here. I tried to rent a cart from him, but he needed to be listed as a Certificate Holder on my car insurance, it was on a Saturday so that wasnt going to happen in a timely matter. I offered him a cash damage deposit, but the guy working was rude and wasnt willing to work with me, so obviously he doesnt need the business. So I just bought my own cart for the track now since these guys clearly dont want your business.

Worst business Ive ever been to. Evy was extremely rude and aggressive, and she wouldnt accept my proof of insurance, even after speaking with my insurance company about my coverage. Awful business. If I could give negative stars, I would.
