Nice large grocery store with good variety

This is usually my go-to for smaller items I cant get at costco, I was pretty bothered when I went a few nights ago. They have clear signage saying they enforce the mask mandate, but I saw at least 20 people walking around in the store with no mask.Cub obviously doesnt care about their compromised customers.

When it comes to food they have everything you need. Isles are wide, and probably the widest Ive seen in a long time.

Produce was not good. I picked up some oranges that I thought looked good, turned out they were mushy. Same day I picked up raspberries and the next day i notice they were growing mold under the fresh ones which were on top. One time that I was there I got a wonderful check out lady, next time it was a teenager with a bad attitude because I went to her line right before she was supposed to leave. How was I supposed to know?

Super convenient to use Google Pay at the register to make payments, and the store staff is always helpful and knowledgeable about the services this location provides. Been a customer here for over 25 years and never had an issue. Great Grocery store all around. Only gripe is why did they take the best parking spots away and reserve them for InstaCart? Other than that, A+

We just did the pick up groceries .thank you for this great service.. very easy to us. I have never liked grocery shopping. Was especially hard when I had 3 small kids. This service makes life so much easier. Love love love.

Love this place and the food

Not once but twice have I bought expired food. We didnt realize it until we had already eaten some. We purchased apple juice for our kids and it had been expired for 3 month. Also some yogurt that had been expired a few weeks. I can say I will never be buying food from here again.

Love going at night when I am like the only one there or at least very few are there. Easy to find whatever you need and if you cant easy to find someone to help you. Prices are as expected. Fresh foods are always fresh. Great place to shop.

Theyve really got to fix this website. Its one of the worst that Ive used. Most of the time I cannot find common items like kidney beans or oat meal.

East 2 find things but stuff is highly price.

So I havent been to brained for a while but this Cub Foods is really great. The service is fast and they accept checks. Most stores dont nowadays and the prices are very reasonable also good deals as well.

I miss the Maple Grove Cub Foods. I spent all my food dollars there. Now that Im in another town, grocery shopping is limited. Its sad to see everyone carrying Smithfield pork products, they are sub par if youre looking for good pork.

One of the friendliest and well maintained Cubs Ive been to. I had to ask where a couple of items were and the staff made sure I didnt feel like I had inconvenienced them for asking. The whole place is clean and fresh. The bakery selection was good and the hotdog isle was 👌, great chat with the cashier.Thanks guys! Ive learned to not expect good service from large stores these days! 😀

Store has a great selection. I ordered a custom cake from the bakery. Jessica in the bakery did a beautiful job on my cake and the customer service was stellar. I highly recommend Brainerd Cub foods.

Deborah who work a register has no common sense or customer service. Myself friends and family will no longer be doing business with the cub foods in NE. Rather drive 5 miles for better costumer service

Called twice to make sure they carry the product I required. When I asked the lady at the service counter, again, if they stocked it, she said Yes, and gave me the aisle number.After searching, even for a bar code, there was No item, nor code. Feel sorry for people who dont have other means of transportation.Boo.

Quick trips are great. BUT everything is so expensive I avoid if I can.

Its a nice Cub. Same Cub pricing as any other Cub. Its clean & I noticed that when i walked by the sea food area that it didnt smell like old fish & that it looked clean & freshIts open 24 hours is handicapped parking, carts, & entrance. We went there to get a frozen pizza since everything shuts down by 10pm 11pm in Aitkin.

Ive had a few sour experiences past 5PM and onwards with the employees, but the morning/afternoon staff are nice. The produce is usually fairly good as are the baked goods. All of that said though, the product selection is limited, and even with a Cub rewards card the prices are extremely steep.

I love the variety in the deli and the grilled and fried chicken. So great for a fast pick up and easy dinner. Wonderful flavor as well.

Produce is good and the quality of most meats is reasonable but I am upset that I bought frozen shrimp and when I got it out of freezer to thaw out it was spoiled. I was told that they put items like that on sale quite often and I no longer trust their quality. Also prices are higher than other stores. I am also not fond of bagging my own groceries.

Clean store and Staff has always been helpful when Im there. Their prices are higher than other options in town so I only go here to get one or two things because its closest to my house.

Can get some good deals.But, cant get past the rude employees that work there. And im talking higher ups on the food chain. Rude, unfriendly, dont smile or greet you. HELLO i am one of the reasons you have a job. I am talking managers assistant managers especially the women ones and ones working the floors..Cub better have more training on how to treat a customer starting with the top employees..cart pushers, deli, backers, meat department, produce, dairy ALL FRIENDLY! ..but those ladies up front working the floors and manager ones.. NEED PEOPLE SKILLS cause they suck!

Good people especially at night very helpful and friendly almost always clean and mostly reasonably priced items love the sales on pop but they do cycle them a lot and fast but always a good deal on most common items for food products I would choose here more than Walmart in this town

Never shopping here again. My significant other and I were blatantly profiled here and followed around the store. I assume because we were wearing sweatpants and jackets/looked poor. A woman in a white shirt stared at us and followed us at every turn in the store, then a man started following as well. We wanted to buy a PlayStation card and a few other things. However being aggressively followed by 2 people led to just buying a soda and leaving. They drove us out of the store. They will never receive my business again.

My favorite place to shop for food in Brainerd. Lots of sales items weekly keep my cupboard full of food for the kiddos.

Some one ate 2 or 3 green grapes and possibly 2 chocolate candys and was told TO LEAVE THE STORE they could not come in and eat the product, the customers were going to buy grapes and candy anyway, but when they tried to set the record straight was TOLD TO LEAVE ( they were NATIVE AMERICANS)

I love Cub Foods in Brainerd. They have real butchers! And the staff is A+.

Shocking. They dont require their customers to wear mask! I even asked a Manager. Half the customers are not wearing mask.

Everything is expensive compared to other options in town.I dont shop with coupons but with mobile apps and the major apps support Super One and not Cub. (It is probably due to their cub rewards program monopoly)Frozen grocery items at a minimum are like 20 percent less at Target. Milk and eggs are low cost at ALDI.Lean cuisines and hot pockets are like $2.29 off sale at target but they are over 4$ off sale at cub.This place is all about LOCATION and they charge for it.I still shop here but it is only when other options are too far away or closed.24 hour shopping seems to be the redeeming quality about this place.update 8/19/18Talk about decptive advertising their new Sale signs are an absolute scam and are taking advantage of people especially the visually impared. If you dont read the fine print you WILL pay more at the checkout. What a scam!!!! Make shopping fast and easy with sale prices not coupon/target items to buy scams!

I’ve walked out empty handed because I got disgusted with the items I had wanted no longer on sale. Trust me, I’m not the only one having done this! I’ll go to Walmart and get it at the price you had, or less. You’ve lost sales because of it. I suppose I’ve wasted my time and energy on this because I doubt that Cub will view it!

Stores products are very high priced. Hard to find any name brands and when you do the price will scare you. Its the most expensive grocery store to shop in.

Terrible customer service. I was in on Memorial Day, visiting from outside the area so I had a few questions and everyone I encountered in this store looked at me like I had two heads. Disappointing.
