In November 2020 I was Pawning over $4000 worth of Jewelry for 2 Guns. My Background was slow coming bk and we Never Completed the Transaction. I no longer needed the Hunting Guns so I informed them. They told me that they were going to have to Contact one of the Owners n find out what todo and that he would call me! When I talk to him he said my jewelry would b in the safe! Today I go to get my Jewelry and they Sold Them When the Transaction was Never Completed and NO money was Owed. I never even got the Firearms!!

I went in today to pick up my stuff I was given a price Monday ended up paying an extra hundred dollars today when they told me a different price they cost me an additional $12 to pull money out of my bank account at an ATM machine because they gave me the wrong price then when I was there I was told by Doug that I was trying to scam them when he gave me a price I wish I recorded it I will never ever bring anything back to this pawnshop ever again and I will tell people to go to a different pawnshop it was rude to treat a customer that way andto be told that you come up with all kinds of excuses I’m happy to have my guns back I will not be returning at all I am staying out of that pawnshop because of the way I was treated And I have let my family know not to come into this place along with friends

Bought a gun (Remington 710) about a year ago maybe a little less regardless it’s a good gun for a decent price my only complaint being that the bolt lock was chipped super bad and failed to completely lock the bolt in place it was only a 5$ fix as I was able to order the part offline and luckily the gun was super simple as the only parts were the trigger system which was attached to the barrel, bolt, bolt lock, and the body

My mom has been going there since I was a kid. Nice people and will get you taken care of. Got a switch that didnt work and they got me sorted and satisfied.

Very rude people I brought in some jewelry and they wouldnt even give me an offer.. basically demanded that I give them the lowest price I would take... I took it over to t and b pawn and they were very helpful and gave me the loan I was looking for. I wont be back to this store again.. I would recommend anyone wanting a loan go to t&b pawn

These days, people seem to get the impression that pawn brokers are equivalent to mega retailers. Theyre not. What a pawn broker is, is a small employee staff who deal in merchandise within a particular scope of expertise. Given the broad range of items both the Brainerd and Pine River locations work with, people can *find* some very unusual and rare merchandise. Especially speaking for the Brainerd location, if it isnt there one day, tell Mike or Doug about it. If it is something youd like to find, theyll keep an eye out for it.Myself, and my family have worked with Mike and Doug for decades. Like all pawn shops, you get what you put in to them. Dont sell them phony or stolen merchandise, and go in and talk to them once in a while. Theyre people like the rest of us -- and at that, theyre very humble and friendly -- a little goes a long way. First time and last time I would come in to this pawn shop. I resell online for a living and was looking up prices for resale. After owner noticed I was on my phone looking up prices, he asked what I was doing. Told him I resell and buy for my own collection. Owner rudely said I couldnt lookup prices using my phone. Already had a pile of items to buy and I decided he doesnt need my business or anyone elses.Funny how he buys thing cheap from customers and sells high, but when someone can make a buck off him, its unacceptable. Think twice before you give this owner your business.

I understand the business of buying and selling used merchandise, you never know how gently or rough used it was, nobody makes you come in, if you are in a pinch, its your choice, ive always hads a pleasant fair experience here, and if im ever short on cash, would/will go back, i see alot of snivelers here, grow up, it aint a bank, its a business

Rude people who try to con u out your stuff, I prefer t&b pawn they try to negotiate with u I bought in a 1000 dollar pistol he offered me 250 when asked for 500, an was gone resell it for 900, he automatically printed a receipt an tried to hand me the money without me confirming it, I grabbed my stuff an walked out
