My mother had issues with her Miracle Ear hearing aids while visiting from another state. Scott Benedict and his staff were so very helpful and assisted us so she could hear for the rest of her visit!!!! Thank you, Scott and Miracle Ear!!!

No Customer service at Brainerd Mn, been waiting all day for a return call about my refund. Scott, the specialist in Little Falls does not know how to wear a mask covering his nose. Not happy

Mike is fantastic. I have had hearing aids for 6 years, but until I worked with Mike I never derived the benefits of a finally tuned hearing aid. Crazy that other companies just want to sell you a hearing aid, but are not knowledgeable enough to get the results by fine tuning them for you

Mike helped me out earlier this ear when my ear was plugged - ...he is a great doctor and so caring for people and their hearing issues. I will be using him as my resource this fall for testing and making sure my hearing is in tact as I progress in age!

My experience here with Mike and Melanie has been very good to say the least. Hearing loss is a drag for me and also for everyone around me that has to put up with it. After a number of attempts to correct it, it is the Mike and Melanie show that put together a package that has been very successful in restoring my hearing to a point that it is not an issue and man, I and my wife could not be happier. If you suffer from hearing loss I strongly recommend that you make a visit with Mike before you pull the trigger anywhere else. If you take a few minutes to do some research you will see that Miracle Ear comes out as a top in all regards and Mike Kuck along with his staff here in Brainerd do an excellent job.I do not take the time to share this kind of thing much, but here, knowing just how bad hearing loss can mess up your day and how well this outfit corrected it, I simply had to take the time to punch this out.....Thanx M&M

I recommend Miracle Ear of Brainerd to anyone who has a hearing problem. They do know their stuff and are a big help! Mike Kuck gave me a hearing test which I flunked big time, he fitted me with hearing aids that I could afford. They have many kinds and styles to fit your needs. I love mine, can finally hear things that I have not heard in years ! Got my husband to get some too, he needed his as badly or worse! Now it is much nicer at our house, no blasting tvs or radios. We can hear each other. I just received my $100 Visa gift card today, with another coming. So if you need hearing aides, give them my name and you will also get money off yours too. Melanie is at the phone or at her desk to help you out. Very good place to go !!!
