Lots of foot traffic in peak season so be cautious. Usually they re pretty quick, the chilli dogs are stacked, and they re nice enough workers. The people that drive through here dont understand the concept of moving forward once theres room, it drives me crazy. The line would move faster if it wasnt for them.

Took 25 minutes just to get to order through the drive be cause people would park and get and to the window and got served first. I just left when they told me I had to wait.

Thia place is absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered a blizzard with extra cheesecake and I get no cheesecake at all, and barely any cracker crumbs. If I wanted vanilla ice cream Id go to the grocery store and buy a tub of it for a better price, highly dont recommend.

Garbage. Ordered a small berry cheesecake blizzard, I asked and paid for extra cheesecake because thats the only way you actually taste the cheesecake....what I got =The cup was only 2/3 full right from the get go....maybe 4 Pieces of cheesecake and perhaps 3 berries mixed in. The blizzard wasnt even mixed properly either as the bottom 2/3s of the cup was plain vanilla soft serve. Total rip off.I basically paid $5.25 for a cup of plain ice cream. Im just gonna get a pint of Ben and Jerrys next time Im craving ice cream.

Feels very exposed to fast moving traffic and there should really be a cross walk from north Brainerd to dairy Queen. Its very dangerous getting across Washington with small children.

I loved my Orange Julius triple berry. The customer service was great. The young man who recommended my drink helped me make the perfect decision.

This place has been around since before my wife was young. Still has great service and one of a few that dip their own dilly bars in house. Finally getting new location on Sunday.

Bad experience this time. We waited forever in the drive through so when I finally got my blizzard I didnt even look at it until a few miles down the road. I shouldve taken a picture because it was about 1/2 to 2/3 full. On top of that it was purely vanilla soft serve in the top half of the ice cream, and the bottom was all of the mix-ins for my blizzard clumped together.Usually they do much better than this.

Its good on a hot day. But they normally add way to much cookie dough to the blizzard

Very poorly made. Not impressed. Flamethrower burger had way too much sauce and the large fry was only half full

Was a very humid night and VERY busy. Line wrapped around Dtw and people out front as well. The staff looked to be all young adults and even though they were very busy remained calm and pleasant to all the guests! And our ice cream was delicious as always!💕

Today, I called DQ in Brainerd at 9:30 am because we needed a birthday cake before heading back out to our cabin for the day. The location didn’t open until 11, but they answered the phone and were able to get a cake ready and customized for us within 15 minutes. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating! Thank you for your help!

My blizzard only had a little brownie on the top and the rest didn’t have any, and this happened last time too, disappointed

Since when did Dairy Queen get so chintzy with the ice cream? Service was great. Ordered the triple brownie deluxe. Brownie was fine, where the hell was the ice cream. Was there some sort of national ice cream shortage I havent heard about? Be awhile before I go back to that shop.

Food and ice cream were great. Like being able to sit outside. But the bees were bad that day. Could have a little bit better location.

Great ice cream! Parking very limited, very tight drive through lane and kinky loudspeaker, and very busy street to exit out onto. Service was great!

This is a great and old fashioned location. It doesnt have a full menu, only icecream, frozen treats and some snack items. Its seasonal and small, with limited parking and eating space (outdoor only, no bathroom), but great costomer service and plenty of smiles!

Great place with delicious ice cream. I wish they would expand. Can be hard to get in and out of parking lot.

Advice get some employees that know what they are doing and arent rude kids!!! We waited in line outside it took 15 minutes to take our order another 10 to get our ice cream and they got both of our blizzards wrong they didnt even turn them upside down because they were melting so badly 😡 not happy and employees are dude kids

Love love love that this Dairy Queen had a drive thru. Do not like that the parking is so limited, and that people get stuck in the parking lot because the drive thru live blocks them in. I also really wish we had a drive thru DQ with hot eats, instead of just cool treats. They do have some snack stuff and hot dogs, but sometimes I could really go for a chicken strip basket on the go. Still doesnt stop me from getting ice cream!

A good place, but small compared to how many customers they get. Should expand along with their parking lot.

Expect a wait as it gets very busy and hard to get through parking lot when many cars are in line because it is such a small space. Service is always great and of course ice cream is delicious!

Nice dq is town with outside seating.

Got a blizzard and two chili cheese dogs and they were pretty darn good.

Service was good, no inside seating.

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes with 5 of those sitting at the menu before I was even asked what my order was. Not to mention I was only the fourth car in line. It never should have taken that long.

Not very accessible. Can only enter from one side of the divided road. Also, the drive thru is very tight and not a big parking lot, hard to maneuver when busy.

Girl was not easy to understand, though she tried. Products was great, as expected.

There was a employee ordering in front of us, and its took 7-10 minutes, the longest we have ever waited.
