Ive had family that bought a home through these guys. There is no communication. My familys house is in shambles and its less than a year old. They punctured the siding with the heavy equipment, shingles werent nailed down, lower siding not complete. The windows leak with any amount of rain and now with the winter, its drafty af. Half of the light fixtures are now water stained and electrical is compromised. The gas still isnt connected to the fireplace.Check these guys out on the BBB before you decide to work with them.

One of the biggest upsets of my life that keeps me up at night. There is not one single thing in the home that I ordered that looks anything like the model from online. Never been so financially screwed in my life.

Our experiance with Iseman Homes has been complete disaster! They are there to make the sale and forget about you and your home after! There is a 7 year warrrenty on the homes and they never call/come out and check on the status of your home and when you call with issues they argue and are not helpful or caring in your regards, there is no follow up and the repair guy has no personality and absolutely no customer service skills. If you are wanting a great home with much follow up and follow through with your home....FORGET these guys.... I highly recommend the guys next door up the road. My family and several friends purchased through them and I have seen from my own eyes how great they are and they check up on the homes several times a year without a phone call from you regardless if there is issues or not! I wish I wasnt the dumb one that fell for Iseman, Please go next door, you will be way happier!
