Been my hometown music store for a billion years. Always fun to go in and snoop around pick a guitar up and play.. just got a lil Ibanez acoustic for the house. Very fair price.

Couple weeks prior to COVID-19 I stopped at Bridge of Harmony looking for that needle in the haystack. Just after walking in the store about five feet a very bubble young gentleman came over asking how he couple help me. You could tell right away he ment every word of what he said. ( this is why I love shopping local and not going to the cold big box stores ) I explained to him that I was looking for guitars to use as wall art. I went into detail what I was looking for. This was not something that someone asks for every day. Payton stepped away and when he came back he then took me to a room full of peaces of guitars.After seeing that we hit the Jack pot, Payton then explained that for what I would spend on peaces I could buy new guitar cheaper. Payton then took me back to the sales floor and proved it. Well I had to go home and think about everything he showed me and said. I was totally in shock to the attention to detail and then delivering it blew me away. I couldnt believe the amount of time Payton spent to only end up with no sale that day.Well last Saturday I went back and to my surprise Payton was the first sales person I seen when I walked back into the store. Payton picked up right were we left off and by the time I walked out of the store I had everything I needed to start my wall, and also play from time to time.Because I dont know how to play the guitar Payton took the time to play the once a like so I could hear what they sound like. I cant thank Payton enough. His professionalism, salesmanship, loyalty to everyone is impeccable. Thank you Payton

Well, very recently I bought a $900.00 Ibanez guitar from the store which did not have a whammy bar, but, Jon the owner of both franchises said he would order me one, yet on the day I put it on layaway, he said he would have a whammy bar put on it as soon as i got it out of layaway,, well its June 22 now and I bought the guitar a couple months ago and still havent heard back from them,..which makes me think about the time they lost a guitar I had in layaway about 11 years back, a fender stagemaster,.which was a one in a 1,000...since when I was asked to look through the the order catalogue there wasnt any other like it, that I put on layaway,..I have done business there since i started playing 25 years ago, and to be treated like this, I am now thinking of ordering online for what i need,...Im not really calling this store down but they are very helpful and knowledgeable, they do what they do, and everybody is human,...yet I do work for a pawnshop and when I didnt know how to rewire a guitar I recommended the pawnshop to bridge of harmony, and when they turned our representative down saying they couldnt do a custom job like that, I was plainly bummed out about it, well since then my very good friend at the shop Arlyn had offered some helping advice of what I brang up to him about the Mustang...and since then I have been rewiring the guitars at work and putting all my 25 years of experience into the guitars at Mille Lacs PawnShop in Garrison Mn, where I re-do and recreate guitars at work,..and I can and will do custom rewiring of guitars, basses and amps, for the public at any time,...we are always helpful at the shop, if we cant do it, we will recommend someone that could,...right now, follow me @ Dren Garbow, on Facebook to see how my work has become my lifestyle, I love guitars like I love Life,...and to learn how to rewire and custom rewire has got me in a state of helping everyone, plus I will also give guitar lessons for free,..just hit me up on messenger or Facebook....I am always here to help

I will never come here again. First time here and will be the last. I had $8000+ to send on an upcoming show. The older retailer disrespected my wife so I took my business to the local pawn shops and amazon. They dont deserve any stars. Hope covid puts you out.

They allowed me to sound test some percussion peripherals so I could get the one that sounded best to me. Very helpful. They also strung and tuned a childrens guitar for me. Awesome.

All the employees are very friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable about products that involves the music industry. You cant beat the prices, service, or atmosphere. This place is the real deal.Update 11/7/20Ive been back to the store many times since my first visit. There is something about the quality of service and the friendliness of everything there that just makes you feel welcomed and a part of the family. So much so that you really dont want to leave.

Great store! They have lots of inventory and are very fair priced. Like everyone, I buy online sometimes but I found theyre very close or the same and your talking to real people who know their stuff. So I prefer to shop that way when I can. It makes a return a lot easier too. Kudos Bridge.🤘

Came to this place for the first time last week and everybody working was super helpful and asking me if I wanted to try anything. After spending a bit of time messing around an employee brought me upstairs to see the owners incredible vintage guitar collection I highly recommend checking thus place out if you get the chance

I made my first visit to Bridge of Harmony a few minutes ago. I was sincerely impressed by the kind and cordial greeting and pleasant help I received. I only needed to pick up a small Fender amplifier to use, for practice, while my larger amplifier will be in for repair. However, I will definitely return to Bridge of Harmony to explore the array of fine instruments that they have on display.

John and his staff at Bridge of Harmony are great to work with! I have been buying guitars, amps, and accessories from them for years. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently went in to upgrade one of my microphones and after talking to one of the staff I ended up going with a high end Sennheiser mic that is super clean and does even more than what I was hoping for! I would highly recommend Bridge of Harmony for your music and instrument needs!

Repaired my daughters violin and at a very reasonable price. Have done business for years here and they always are friendly, helpful and have a good selection. Recommend checking them out.

The staff here are AMAZING!! They are so helpful and went through the store and let my son try out instruments that my son is interested in. He is left handed so this is not always the easiest thing to accommodate and they could not have done more to keep him interested in everything music. What a wonderful store!! ❤

Expert staff helped me select the perfect guitar for my needs (a sweet Taylor), very friendly and not at all pushy. I went in a couple times and they let me try as many guitars as I wanted; they have a really great selection.

I drove 60 miles there, I wanted a new amp & cord, and some Music books. The staff was horrible, barely gave me the time of day, ended up buying from a pawn shop. My wife and I were talking later in the day about our terrible experience, she brought up, I was wearing a tump 2020 hat. I had to think about it, they were helpful and courteous to others, just not us. I dont care what side of politics you are interested in, it has absolutely no place in business. I ended up bringing my guitar to Riff City in St.Joe. Riff only carried about my guitar and my needs. I will never step foot into a bridge store again

My wife is from a little town near brained, we now live in Indiana, and Everytime we come back I have to go to this shop, it has everything you need, and things you didnt know that you needed or just wanted. The staff is great, and they have an incredible inventory. Just left and Im looking forward to coming back next time.

Instruments, amps and sound gear, lighting, just about anything you need for your music is available at the downtown Brainerd store or their St. Cloud store. Ive done business mainly in Brainerd for years. Good people to work with when you need instruments or gear.
