2.15$ to print a return label seems to be a bit overpriced but the people working are trump supporters so I gave it one more star

This UPS store is the best I have been too! They go above & beyond to help. From printing, to packaging to simply dropping off they are so helpful!

Noami was super helpful when I had multiple Amazon returns with numerous scan codes.

I mistakenly dropped off a package that was supposed to be sent through the mail, when I called to check on it the staff had kindly sent it off with their outgoing mail. I have always had good experiences sending out packages with this office.

This location opens at 10:00 AM US MAIL & UPS DELIVERY ARE LATE! Ask them what time the US Mail are delivered to the store. You guys should be open at 6:00 AM . However the staff that work there is cool

I waited inline and when it was my turn, I was told to wait. So I stood off to the side. After 3 other people were helped that were behind me, I spoke up and asked if I could be helped. I was told that their shipping customers come before fingerprints. I then asked, “so I can’t be helped Until every other customer is helped?” And she said, “yes.” I couldn’t believe it! I was also a customer. They offer the fingerprint service for background checks that I had to pay for, and that is the only place in my area. I waited with my daughter for over 20 minutes before being helped. When I was finally helped, it took about 3 minutes to complete.

I bring all my important time sensitive packages here. They box them up, make sure they are packaged correctly and they get where they are going. I have never had to wait and all the employees are friendly and know me by name! Thank you!

This store offers a lot of services besides just UPS shipping. With that said you have to understand it might take longer than expected. Every time I have went there they are assisting a lot of customers but always goes faster than expected. Great Service and much easier than trying to ship yourself.

I have been a customer (box holder) since 2001 when it was Mail Boxes Etc. on other side of 210 (Washington) Let me tell you about the staff of the Brainerd UPS Store in 2 words TOP NOTCH!!! These people will go the extra mile for your needs, friendly and fun! Absolutely love the UPS store in town. Their printing, packing, and shipping services are all amazing!! And the customer service is great. Theres a girl who works there, Ariel, who is always laughing and smiling, joking with customers while she is still getting her work done. She makes it a pleasant experience any time I need something packed and shipped, or printed for my business. I recommend their printing services to everyone I know!

I am so frustrated by UPS, since we have moved about a year ago, they cant seem to deliver at least half of the packages I have coming.I have called numerous times over the year to explain where our place is and then they will come back and for the most part have been able to find it.FedEx has no issues, USPS has no issues..our place is incredibly easy to find, we have a mailbox right on the main road with our address, it is impossible to miss.Thanks to UPS, my Christmas gifts that were to be delivered yesterday (the 21st) are now rescheduled for the day after Christmas, because incorrect address - No, it isnt an incorrect address. Thanks for ruining Christmas presents for us because you guys are too lazy to do your job, really appreciate it.

Every time I have utilized the UPS store, Pam and her wonderful staff have helped me out tremendously! What a great experience at a shipping/printing store, and it does so much more: passport services, business cards, large signs, you name it! Great place to do business!

Every time I go there I have to wait.It’s nothing like the post office. At least there I can just pay and not have thirty questions.I have been here 4 times now and every time it has been very unpleasant.I’m not at all impressed about this brainerd store.Use at your own risk. I would have put negative stars if they would let me.Ken

I checked the store hours which stated they closed at 6:30. After driving 45 minutes, I requested to get my fingerprints done. The lady responded, “We are done doing those for the day.” It was 5:45. Would’ve been helpful to know that they don’t provide all services during their posted hours before I made the trip.

These folks are wonderful. Alot more pleasant than going to post offices around here and guess what you dont have to figure out when they close over lunch hour. You get a receipt for everything which some post office dont give you because they have to work to do it. They people care and if there are people ahead of you everything moves along. I had to have notory done and Pam was so kind to copy everything for me at her suggestion. Just found out I can handle post office items there in most cases. I will be back many times.Guess where I will be going. Thank you to all at UPS STORE.

My mom and i went to get a notary and they were the nicest people ever. I wanted to get a poster made and the computer was being funny so we got to chat while we were waiting. Highly recommend!!

Stopped in to ship multiple items, didnt have anything in boxes and all my addresses were scribbled on scratch paper. Pam helped me package my stuff up at a very inexpensive rate, and shipped out. It took me from looking like an unorganized flustered person, to appering much more put together to my customers.

I have been going to that store since 2015, doing all my office work and printing. I never had a problem even after the change in management. I could never use the computer it was never available due to software problems putting me in a bind with school and late for work. I never complained until today. My package was sent to the wrong state to start, when it arrived in Brainerd I wasnt home. No ticket was left. I went to the UPS garage where all packages have gone prior but not this time. When I went to get my package they asked for my ID as I was looking for it I asked the young lady to get the owner and I heard her say,I dont have time to go up front. WHAT I am a customer and you are training new people and you couldnt bother with explaining why my package was there?? And what the hell was the mixed up?? Or be aware that every single word that comes out of your mouth is heard throughout the store. Never again, if my package gets delivered there I want it sent to the depot. Wont set foot in that store again.

Got there a few minutes before closing time to mail a package. The lady said they close at 6:30. I let her know it wasnt 6:30 yet but she said she had already shut down all systems and said she couldnt help. Going to USPS instead

Ive shopped around in the past and I use multiple services at this UPS store and they are less expensive than other options. The people that work there are always fun to see and remember my name when Im checking my mailbox or dropping something off.
