Convenience is good, location is unbeatable, cool and professional folks. However the products they sell are way overpriced and some probably are questionably legit.

Buys items from eBay and then opens up claims saying they are DAMAGED AND BROKEN In order to get money back! RISKY BUSINESS? Shady BAD Business! Rename your shop, con man!

Too much $$ for a product that costs literally less that 1/4 of way I paid here some other places. I feel I was put up to pay too much because he knew he was my only option under the circumstances and he didnt even open the register or give me a receipt. I thought con . . However it is a WELL BLOWN APPARATUS, VERY NICE . I am pleased and impressed w/the work......so in response to ur response, did u just mansplain me? Well it only took almost a YEAR...however the apparatus broke literally the next morning the very first time it was used...SSsssoooo......WTFE RIPOFF!!!!AND NOT COOL! btw I paid cash WoW really?

I bought a product a couple of weeks ago. I didnt use it until a couple of days later. I followed the instructions and no matter what I did, I couldnt get it to work, so I took it back for a replacement. They said the product had been used because there was water in it. Well, the instructions said to put water in it, otherwise it wouldnt work. So, there you are. They could see that it wa new. I had the package and the receipt. I wasnt asking for my money back. I was asking for a replacement. All this said, they wouldnt do it. They simply would not replace a defective unit. The cost was s$40.Ive been a customer at this place for nearly a year and have spent a few hundred dollars at this store...but not any more . Ill not be returning. What kind of a company does not stand behind their product? In my view, not a very ethical one thats for sure.

Definitely not a top notch place. Went in with wife and and another couple just for laughs and looked around. Selection seems outdated in many areas of the store and as can be expected its overpriced on a lot of items. But still a fun little laughable visit.

Weas only inside for a short time but the odor (incense/lotions/candles?) was incredibly strong and was too much, it made me feel nauseated. I will avoid this store in the future because of this.

The sales guy pushed a product we werent asking for and acted like I was an idiot for not jumping on this deal. My wife ended up not liking the product that he put in her hands saying just get it, seems like Im not an idiot and I know what Im talking about although, Im a fool for letting this happen. I hope this review is worth the $4 extra that he made.
