My Miele upright vacuum was not working properly. I really like my vac so I took it to South Shore Vacuum on a Tuesday and got a call to pick it up the following Thursday! It’s all spruced up and ready to work!! It had a clog! Thank you Bob for fixing it for us! Bought bags for all our vacuums when I picked it up! So glad to have a local business when we need repairs or bags!! Recommend highly!!
This company lacks people skills and basic, common customer service. Dropped off my Dyson Vacuum for repair 12/05/2019. Its been 11 weeks and several phone calls for an update. Ive heard, it takes a couple weeks, the part is ordered, back ordered, here, not here and everything in between. What I didnt hear was We appreciate your patience or Were sorry for the delay. I call again and get the unpleasant experience of speaking with Josh whose tone was defensive, unapologetic and tells me the part is on order, the store is closed and I can pick up my still defunct vacuum on Monday. 11 weeks, Not a single courtesy call, status update or apology for poor service.
Shipped out the wrong product in the first place, refused to let me speak to anyone else in the store in order to get assistance. Staff person seemed like they just didnt care at all about helping me. Would recommend buying a new vacuum instead of dealing with this company.
