I used to go here for all my car troubles with no problem. He knows me by name and number. I really enjoyed his services. Today I referred my mom and Guam whom was very rude to her. We dropped off her car at 11:30am, and by 5:00pm he still had not looked at the car. My mother explained to me when she entered the store to get an update he ignored her and told her to take it to the dealership without an explanation. I was confused and contacted him myself. He told me he did not like my mother and he did not want her business. He would not admit he didnt look at the car, he just said she already picked it up. She picked it up at 5:15pm, after it had been there since 11am. It was nice while it lasted. Any mechanic referrals in the Braintree area?

They never looked at car and was rude saying “go to dealership”!! I wish he had said that 6 hours ago.

I am very happy with the brake work I had done there. The owner asked me if there was any noise or symptoms. I said no I just knew that it was low. He test drove my car and inspected all the brakes and let me know that the fronts were low but I could go for another oil change, the backs were 50%. I decided to replace the fronts. He checked the price for both OEM and aftermarket parts and let me choose. After the work was done, he tested drove again to make sure it was good. On the way out he showed me my old rotors which were totally rusted. He said although I chose aftermarket parts this time, it shouldnt be rusted like the old ones.I highly recommend this place for repair services that they say they can do.

Super friendly, and willing to lend a helping hand. I had an unexpected windshield wiper malfunction, and i stopped by and Guang fixed it for me right there! Highly recommended!

This place used to be good. Lastly I went there and they said I need to change the rotor and brake pad. They buy two rotor but they changed only only and kept another. very strange. Next time when visit there again to change the bearing they open and all exposed. Even he didnt do a good job in changing the bearing.
