The store at Copley place has a beautiful kitchen with cooking classes. My son attends the summer cooking camps and he learns how to cook delicious food and desserts.Very clean place with experienced chefs and exciting menus. He has done these camps for the last 4 summers and well keep going back.

Rude staff. I was testing a pepper mill (grinding into my hand) and some grindings were falling on the floor, as they will do. One of the staff came over and started sweeping from around my feet and said that I could grind into bowl glued at neck-height to the shelf. I then asked about price-matching and got No, absolutely not rather than a courteous, Sorry, no. Promptly left and ordered from a certain giant online retailer instead. Thanks for being a showroom, though; you get 2-stars for having no pepper on the floor.

Ive always loved coming to this store for years. Its a shame the store is closing in a week.

We just left sur la table without a purchase. I was about to spend $300+ on a housewarming gift, but apparently all the associates were too bothered to help. 6 people were working and when I politely asked for assistance it took 30 seconds of disgusted looks before I was able to get help. After the associate Brianne (or brianna) came over, she proceeded to be rude and unhelpful. I walked out.Ill never shop here again.
