Needed to purchase a few items - pillow, toothpaste, soap, disinfecting wipes - and another team member assisted there. At checkout, Anne was warm, wonderful and so welcoming. Note: The 1st team members names are unavailable because my view of their name tags was obstructed. Note duex: Like most all places nowadays, they didnt have any disinfecting wipes in store.

Went to the store yesterday to exchange an item purchased 2 weeks before the stores forced to close because of covid 19, I have an infant so i was not going to show up at the store with him just to exchange a hairdryer, tried calling customer service and was on a 4 hour wait so i waited until now to go to the store and get the exchange because the covid cases are lower. When i go to the store the cashier told me it was past the 60 day return window and could not exchange or return the item that the store has been open for 2 month and i had the chance to bring it before. I told her that on the website they extended the return period and it should apply to the hairdryer that i just wanted exchange because it was defective and was not going to risk my health going to the store. She was not helpful and the other lady she went to ask(Maybe the manager) said no returns after 60 days.I took my hairdryer home called over the phone was helped by someone that actually knew the extended return period and got my new hairdryer on the way.TLDR - Online customer service is much better than this store’s customer service.

I will never shop there again. Bland selection of overpriced home products. 2 out of 3 items I purchased were defective when I opened them.

I havent been to this Bed Bath & Beyond and probably two years I usually go to the one in Hingham. This one is absolutely amazing I have never seen such a selection of bedroom and bathroom and all kinds of fun and decorative items in my life. You could easily spend an hour here just walking around the store looking at the selection. Checkout is extremely well organized and very very fast even on a busy Saturday afternoon

He took care of a large nursery purchase for us that we were unable to do online as it wasn’t accepting a coupon and was the nicest guy really went above and beyond for my mom and me. One of the best in store purchases we’ve ever made.

Place was under construction on one side (looked like maybe expansion?) but still had everything we were looking for. It wasnt busy and we got asked several times if we needed help. Cashier was quick and the manager was right there at front to address any questions. Overall, quick pleasant shopping trip, just a little bit out of way for Boston college students need (hey but nothing was out of stock!)

I wish companies would value prospective customers. I was looking for a natural deodorant that I usually buy online. The deodorant companies website listed several bed bath and beyond locations as carrying the product. I often shop at bed bath and beyond. I went to one bed bath and beyond and a whole foods location and they didnt have the product. I decided to call the Bed Bath and Beyond at this location before making the trek there. The rep that answered the phone was not helpful at all. She didnt offer to check to see if the product was available. She only stated that not every store has a beauty section and this store does. Okay ... I ended up taking the trip there and they didnt have the product! A waste of my time and a disappointing experience with bed bath and beyond. I think customers/ potential customers that call on the phone should also be valued! Great customer service would have been. Before you make the drive here, let me check to see if we have the product in stock. This would have been a positive, memorable exchange. Instead I was left with a memory of a rep that was not helpful. Also, isnt the inventory computerized? Is it as simple as checking the stock in a computer and not having to walk to the actual aisle 🤔? If so, that would make this experience even worse.

Bought a few great items tonight. Was trying to keep my visit short to grab just a few things I needed, but it was tough because I kept seeing other neat and useful items I wanted to buy. 🤣

I came in especially to find an item that Google Shopping indicated was in stock at this location. But nay, nay, no such luck. As I was poking around in the sharply reduced display area, a fellow came and offered help. I told him what I sought, and he called a woman over, who knew that their stock of this line was being discontinued. However, she grabbed a ladder and brought down three baskets of items from the line that were destined for return to the distributor. Huzzah! There in one basket were several of the item I had come in to buy.The man then went on to check his computer and told me the three other stores in the area that do stock my item. He added that they would ship to me upon request.These helpful, cheerful people not only treated me with friendliness, they displayed a collegiality and team spirit that is a rarity today. I have noted this attitude in this store on more than one occasion. I will shop there again, though another BB&B is closer to me.Three cheers for the management and staff at the Braintree store. They have the secret sauce that keeps customers off the internet and coming through their doors.

I have never had this type of experience at a store. My husband and I went to exchange something off our wedding registry. We were being helped by Bri, one of the cashiers. She seemed pretty annoyed that we didn’t have our receipt (how could we-it was ordered by a guest off our registry). She wasn’t initially able to help but called another cashier who eventually was able to help us. She asked for my phone to scan our registry barcode and I didn’t notice when I left the register that she had not returned my phone. After picking things up in the store, we then returned to pay-this time at a cashier next to Bri. I quickly realized I didn’t have my phone on me and in a panic sent my husband around this enormous store to look for it. He called it multiple times with no one picking it up. At this point, I noticed Bri had realized I was frantically searching for my phone but she said nothing. I then turned to ask her “did I leave my phone here” and she hands it to me and replies “I was waiting to see if you’d ask me for it”. I was shocked by how unprofessional she was and how long she would wait to see how anxious I got. I can understand holding onto phones when you don’t know who the owner is, but I had handed her my phone a few minutes prior so she knew it was mine, she saw me searching for it AND my phone background is a picture of me and my husband. Really unprofessional.

Steer clear, staff here are incapable of customer service. Very disappointing experience, do yourself a favour and don’t go here!
