First time visit. The inventory is massive. Well organized and clean. The associates we passed by were pleasant. Good place to shop for almost any hobby.

Supply selection is great, but it’s classic Hobby Lobby for checkout. Why is there always an incredibly slow line for checkout? I’ve just changed my mind and left for Michael’s so many times bc checkout takes as much time as shopping. Sometimes longer.

They have got some of the most unique items of any store around. A knowledgeable polite staff. A great in-stock condition. I enjoyed buying things there and just walking around

Educating and training your employees in sensitivity would be an excellent idea. No one asks to be belittled and embarrassed - especially without just cause - but thats exactly what went down today. Plenty of other craft stores out there leaving Hobby Lobby with one less customer to abuse.

I love this store. I found unique items that I havent seen anywhere before. I really enjoyed shopping here. I appreciate being able to pick up quality faith based items without having to order them online. This will definitely be a place that I go to first for gift ideas, home decor items and other things that I need.

Chain hobby shop had what we were looking for. Putting out Christmas stuff in August is a bit early. The Holloween stuff was already taken down and that holiday is still more than 2 months away.

First time went there, I was amazed. This store has a lot of stuff. Household items, crafts, lot of variety of silk flowers. Love this place.

Honestly its a great store and they have alot of inventory and the people are friendly and helpful.. my only issue is they make it obvious that there watching you lol witch I feel like is uncomfortable But it is what it is .....

It was fun. So many craft stores have closed it is nice to have this one within travel distance. The fact it also has fabric is a plus everything under one roof. I am impressed that they are closed on Sundays they dont cave they stick to their beliefs.

Thank you to the good person that found my ipad on the parking lot last Saturday and instead of keeping it (he or she) decided to bring it to Hobby Lobby as a lost article. Also I want to say thank you to the employees for keeping my tablet safe for 2 days until i was able to pick it up.

Was able to purchase what I was looking for and a few other items.

Sometimes they have slow workers, but the selection and cleanliness is very good

I wanted to get a map framed, so I came here to get some information with map in hand. Went to the custom framing section, tang the bell for service and waited. After 5 minutes I called the store and asked if they could send someone over. They made an announcement over the PA system for someone to come to custom framing. I waited for another ten minutes for a store employee, one walked by I asked if anyone could help me and she was polite and said she didnt think the framer was in on Mondays. Seems unorganized, at least the woman who walked by and talked to me was nice. So that is my first, and only impression of hobby lobby.

Standard Hobby Lobby filled with a gaggle of ladies purchasing non-functional items. They have it all im pleased to say. Worth the thirty minute drive.

Lots of empty shelves. Didnt find what i was looking for. There was a nice selection of holiday decor and flowers though.

Some product like zipper replace dont have in stock very disappointing should have another store in Boston area like Somerville assembly roe so I dont go from Everett to briantree by train for nothing

Cool store ! 1st time but amazed at everything have & had fun with wife and daughter exploring everything ! Also friendly staff.

Very little product left on shelves (Christmas) but lots of customers still wanting to shop...too expensive...my cashier was not helpful, friendly, would not even make eye contact with me and turned his back on me to have a chat with another employee without even giving me my bag. I had to interrupt his conversation to ask for my purchase!

My first time visiting. Its more than a craft store. Love the solid wood furniture. Wish the baking section was bigger. Went to grab a donut cutter listed on their site, only to be told they know of such thing since a donut cutter wasnt found in the baking section so it must be considered a party item but this location doesnt have a party dept 😔

If youre looking for general crafts supplies theyre fine. I went looking for American/patriotic items and they had approximately 3 items available. Disappointing.

This is the first Hobby Lobby store that know of within the parameters of where I am in Massachusetts. I visited a couple of times and this store is great if youre a crafty individual or if you love painting and if that doesnt suit you then you have the option for some home decor. Theres a little something for everyone. In my case my department is the jewelry section and they have some pretty decent amount of items there but Im still finding it hard to find certain items I need. Im sure I will be making a stop there again for something at some point.

Huge store in Braintree MA. Went there today for supplies and their price was better then my supplier. Store was clean and well lit and I was helped out by a very friendly staff member. When I checked out I was told about a 40% coupon I was able to get on my phone and the cashier used it on the highest price item I had. Now thats service. Its my new place to shop.

I found they had a fairly good selection of jigsaw puzzles. Friendly staff.

Management left a young gentleman that very much wasnt comfortable with the process of taking returns behind the returns desk while also blatantly and opening refuaing him any sort of aid. Several staff members, one of which was the manager, were milling about at the front of the store doing nothing, not even cleaning or disinfecting in the middle of a pandemic, while the line continued to get longer and that poor kid sat there uncomfortably floundering in his job. The employees were blatantly being mismanaged and made to feel uncomfortable and treatment towards customers was much the same.
