Today I went to this location and a employee had to ask another employee for help. The employee who helped was so rude she pointed her finger in my face and said if your laying about a warranty that she could find out as if I’m a child and need to lie. I hold my composure and the other employee noticed how rude she was and apologized for her.

I think the quality of there jewelry is not worth the price. The jewelry is cloudy, only some parts of the jewelry is real, but yet they want to charge you thousands of dollars. There awful. They want to take advantage of the covid situation, and play people like they are clueless. Very unpleasant and unpredictable. Just wrong, and some of the people that work there should be fired for playing the damn game.

Abraham, the manager had given me full disclosure on pricing and the delivery for a custom design. I could not have been more satisfied especially when he was able to deliver the product on the date needed.His response and knowledge on purchasing a diamond in my budget was a smooth success and the engagement ring is stunning with our collaborative design.I could not be more excited to share my experience working with Abe!

Customer service was awful! I stood around for at least 20 minutes and no one said a word to me. I finally walked up to an employee to ask for help, but she told me she was busy. I continued to wait for 5 additional minutes then decided this company did not deserve my money and left! All they had to so was say someone will be right with you and they could have had a sale. Shame

Just got a couple sets of Stunning Diamond earrings for my daughters the sales women was very nice and helpful would highly recommend Kays at South Shore Plaza.....

I read a few of the reviews and I have delt with a little bit of it all. Thats why when I walk in Im sure my salesperson is gonna be there. Shes kind friendly and doesnt pressure me into things I dont want.Shes calm and has patience. Shes very respectful and the only female of color in the store.. Im not rating the store but the help I receive from her while Im there oh and my fiance digs her. My time spent in that Kays is always good.

Went into Kay at the Braintree mall yesterday to get my engagement ring and wedding bands inspected. I was treated so poorly was they found out I wasnt buying anything. I dont even think my rings were inspected. Im taking them to Kay in Plymouth where they treat all their customers wonderfully.

I forget the ladys name that helped me and my brother but she was very helpful super nice and knowledgeable, (Cape Verde lady) thanks again

I will never buy anything their ever again. So unprofessional. They don’t call you back to inform you if your rings are ready. My ring size came back way to big. Would not recommend this store!

Got my girlfriend her engagement ring and the staff there was so awesome... strongly recommend... Spent about 2 thousand and got a ring that I had apprasied for 4 k so I feel I did well thank you Kays for making buying a ring easy..

I wish no star was an option! I will NOT be coming back there. The staff aren’t helpful, I will do him the justice and not call him out by name, but I definitely remember his name. All he cared about is money and rushing me. I was told my jewelry would be ready in 2 weeks. It’s been 3 weeks and I have called the store a few times and was told it would be at the store on Friday, come Friday, I called and it still wasn’t there. The last lady on the phone was very rude when I asked her when it would arrive. Do your self a favor and spend your money else where!

Getting a ring fixed, for free for about the third time. I originally bought the ring from Belden Jewelers 6 years ago. They were able to look up the warranty for my ring by name in their directory. My lifetime warranty was definitely worth it 6 years later and I can still either get it sized or fixed whenever needed as well as getting a cleaning every 6 months. Luckily I do not have to wait long for my ring back either.

I went to Kay Jewelers in Braintree to see if they sold ring adjusters since my new engagement ring was a little too big. I was not greeted or made to feel welcome at all but my big issue is the piece they put on to adjust it scratched the band on my ring. Im not a perfectionist by any means but Ive only had the ring for 3 days.

The company should be ashamed of themselves. They prey on the less fortunate. Sell you garbage jewelry and will lie to your face just to make the sale. The Kays located at the Braintree Mall these crooks should be put under the jail cell. Kay Thieving Jewelers should be on the sign.

In November I went in to order a gift for my wife’s birthday and i was promised that it would be on time and it wasn’t. The Manger and his staff were giving me the run around. They said they would call me back with the status of my order, but never got a call back. I always had to call them. This is not good business or customer service. I figured I could get the order by Christmas since the order wasn’t ready for her birthday, so I gave them a second chance . I was told I would have it before Christmas and it was not ready, so I was empty handed again. This experience was bad since I have spent a lot of money and time at Kay’s. I think after this experience I will cancel my credit card and shop somewhere else.

The staff is so lovely. My fiancé bought my engagement ring over there, I love it ! We went there 3 times to resize my ring because I have an extraterrestrial finger :)
