In response to the stolen credit card post above...why didn’t you report this to your credit card company which would be the standard procedure? I just went through this myself and never did I think to reach out to papa John’s 5000mi away since the point of the credit card is you aren’t responsible for unauthorized charges. Credit card company was happy to remove the charges. It’s not like the seller was in on it.Very strange.

I’m sharing the Details of my experience with Como audio. My credit card was stolen and they purchased a Bluetooth turntable from Como Audio. Como Audio apparently did nothing to verify that the card was legitimate. They said the delivery address was my house address yet, nothing was ever delivered here. When I contacted them on July 6th they were very accommodating. They said they would file an insurance claim and return my money. I gave them enough time and when I contacted them again on September 22nd the answer Brice gave me was the same. They had not done anything to recover my money or prove where the package was actually delivered. BE VERY AWARE when using this company because they do not follow up with customer service.
