Great Service and Prices! Worked with Bill and he was so helpful and easy to work with. Told me how long it would take to arrive and it actually was ready early. Will go back again and recommend all my family and friends to Bill.

An over all great experience. On time and respectful when it came to them setting up in my personal space. Very clean and attentive. If there were more stars id rat a 10!!!

I have shopped there few times. Price is great but dont trust Bill on his word when it comes to delivery and quality of product. My last two order each took 6 months. Last time he claimed he had the stuff and I purchased but next day when I went to pick it up for some reason he doesnt have all the product. Gave me run around for two weeks and finally decided to cancel my order. If you like good price and willing to wait for 6 months minimum. go for it, otherwise not worth the headache.

My wife and I got married in July and we bought a queen sized mattress and frame, a couch and a love seat from Bill and the whole experience was great. Since our furniture was in stock it was delivered to our house within 3 days! We love our furniture and recently bought a full size mattress and frame for our guest room. Our second experience was just as good as the first.I recommend this place for people looking for great quality, budget-friendly furniture.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The owner is a conniving and a liar. If there was an option for 0 star I would have given this place a 0. I bought furnitures from this man for $3567.34, he told me I could pay every two weeks until I finished paying the total cost of $3567.34. He never mentioned a third party company with which he does financing with. Months later after paying almost $5000 worth of furnitures I called my bank to put a stop payment. Few months later, I find out my name went into collection because I was supposed to pay $3567.34 by 3 months. If that amount wasn’t paid in full within the 3 months, the cost of the purchase would be doubled. That information was never relayed to me ever. In fact Bill said oh this is America, you can buy credit and pay over time, only with a small interest. I never signed a credit/financing paper. I never signed or initial next to any term, because he never discussed that with me.. so this transaction was done without me knowing and now they are claiming I still owe them some $2000 and change more to close the account. This company needs to be investigated and closed because the owner is a thief and a con

Bill is the guy to go to he made it happened in one day went in the store I payed and the next day I had my funiture. Right before the holidays I was shocked with all this covid/ pandemic going on he had funiture in stock.

Good deals on furniture, not a huge selection but they had some nice pieces, if it was up to my fiancee we would of bought a couch. We may go back and the sales person seemed like he would be willing to work with you on prices. Many furniture stores since covid have months long wait times for the furniture to be in stock and available for delivery, this place has things in stock for same week delivery. May go back to purchase the couch we looked at, the only thing I didnt like was the color.

Bill the owner is one of the biggest liars I have ever dealt with!!!Ordered 2 Chests for a bedroom on Tuesday April 2.The gentleman in the store said if they have any in the warehouse I would have by Friday. He was not allowed to check to see if there were any (all he could do was take your order and Money). On Wednesday April 10 I called to check on my order. Was told I had to speak with Bill! Talked with him and he said it would be in on Friday April 12. Never heard from them. I called again on Friday and was told to call Bill on his cell phone. I called and he said “oh yes they are in” asked when I would get them. His answer was “when do you want them?” I said today or tomorrow. He said the delivery truck was out but he would check to see when he could have them delivered and call me back.I never heard from him but a few hours later I got a call. It was from the guys on the delivery truck and they were outside my house.Handles needed to be installed on the drawers. The screws were less than 1 1/2” and one of the guys used a power drill to screw them in. Well he stripped all the screws and broke one of the drawer pulls! They told me I would hear from Bill!I could go on and on with Bill never returning a phone call.Well here it is May17 and still no drawer pull!I have threatened to sit in the showroom and let everyone know.I am now at the point of contacting the Better Business Bureau and the TV station “Iteam”Do not buy dirt from this place!!!!

So dissatisfied in this place. I went in there with high hopes but was disappointed as soon as it came to delivery and assembly. The process was quick the guy bill wasnt much of a help so I helped myself and went through the book and the electronic book. After buying the furniture I told them my move in the day of August 11. August 11 comes and I have NO FURNITURE no call no text no nothing. I didnt get anything till the Thursday of next week after failed attempts of delivery on there part. Not only did they come at 8PM AND DIDNT LEAVE TILL 10 they were missing my Bed I didnt receive my bed till 2 weeks later. Its not worth it

This store is amazing and I highly recommend it. I told my family about it and they all purchased furniture. The service is amazing and so is the delivery. The manager is great and so were the delivery men. My furniture got delivered sooner than a week.

SO where do I behin went in thought to see a sales person but found the owner instead, I think he is the only one there anywasy my point is for one guy he shore does a lot was repect full and know his stuff he know the diminations of the furniture on the top of his head and found out that furniture I bought from somewhere else could fit through a complicated 3rd floor issue and it worked I end up buying the same furniture piece which was a sofa and he match the price.

Bill was extremely helpful from when I stepped into his store up until my furniture was delivered. He was unable to locate the SKU # for an item that I found listed on his site and was very proactive in calling his manufacturer so that it could be located, and when the customer service reps were making it hard for him he kept calling back so that he could get the information he needed. He was able to get my furniture to me in 2-days as promised, just in time for my move. He even convinced my angry 1st floor neighbor to let me keep 1/2 of my sectional on her floor until it was moved the next day. The delivery driver was very pleasant and got all of the pieces to my table and chairs upstairs with no problem at all. I would definitely recommend this place and would shop here again.

I found a sofa sleeper I liked and we negotiated/discussed current sales for a while before I told him I would be back after thinking it over. (I always need time before making a big purchase to weigh my options and prices)I left the store and did some online research of Ashley Furniture and other peoples prices in case I decided to buy direct or go somewhere else. It turned out Billys price was much cheaper than other stores and even Ashleys price. I went back into the store a few hours later and decided to move forward with the purchase. I even found the sleeper a little cheaper, before the sales discount, on the Furniture Gallery Website (which Billy respectfully price matched).After the sale:Some things you need to understand before you continue reading this part of the review. Youll realize that Furniture Gallery isnt a big corporation or chain. Because of this, they cannot be as quick or agile with shipping/delivery as the big stores. I decided to continue with the sale because Billy seemed like an honest good guy and the price was right for the quality of the product. The delivery time estimate to get the sleeper from Ashley Furniture to their store was about a week and ultimately it ended up being about 1.5 weeks. The delivery from Furniture Gallery to my apartment took a few days extra due to other scheduled deliveries (I think they have only 1 delivery truck/crew). This wasnt a huge deal for me because I understood they have a smaller group of people working for them. I was really happy that every time I called Billy for an update (even on Sunday) he picked up his phone and talked to me. Again, he was always very nice every time. That made this transaction better for me.Day of Delivery:The delivery people showed up in their unmarked white truck and were very nice with great attitudes. It was raining outside but the sleeper sofa was packaged really well and the rain didnt get to it). Before delivery, I had measured our buildings elevator and found it was too small for the sleeper sofa. So, I guided them up the stairwell to get the sofa up into my apartment on the 3rd floor. It was a tight fit after the stairwell to get the sofa into my apartment but these guys knew exactly what they were doing and made it work. Once they got it into my apartment within about 10 minutes they had everything setup. They hung around for me to do a personal inspection of the sofa and mattress. I noticed that Ashley Furniture (not Furniture Gallery) made a mistake and included a very thin and weak spring mattress in the sleeper sofa instead of a memory foam one (everywhere online it says this sleeper comes with memory foam by default). I then called Billy and he had me take some photos of the sleeper sofa and the serial/model numbers. He ordered me a replacement mattress from Ashley. I thanked the delivery drivers and they were on their way. Fast forward a week later, I exchanged the spring mattress for the foam mattresses at no cost and all was good. The quality of the memory foam mattress was far superior to the spring.Conclusion:These are honest guys. If mistakes happened, they took care of me. They gave me a great deal on this sleeper sofa and even beat the price of the manufacturer. Everyone I met or talked to during this was very nice. Like a previous review, the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to call them about delays instead of them reaching out to me first. I feel like if they can improve on that and have more accurate delivery estimates then it would be that much better of an experience!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! My fiance and I ended up buying a sectional and coffee table. Couches were delivered by a man who works for Macys (not even his employee) couches were damaged and the delivery man couldnt take them since he needed to pay him for an extra trip to return the couch. Gave us so much problem on replacing it. And he didnt even replace both sides of the sectional one piece is still broken. The owner is the one that Ive been dealing with since the begging and he communicates through text at 11 pm. Do not give him business!

My girlfriend and I visited this store last week and we were really interested in buying new furniture for our new apartment. HOWEVER, after looking at all these bad reviews, we noticed that there were several accounts were the company was very unprofessional and the owners could be potentially be SCAM ARTISTS! We have personally known a couple of friends who have done business with this store but received terrible service and false financial information. DO NOT BUY THEIR FURNITURE!

Beware of these crooks ...my bed had a buldge not even a month later and the guy is giving the run around...i will never buy from here again
