Great prices and great tools. Carpenter pencils stock is always running out. But theres a lot worse to deal with than a lack of pencils. Great store and deserves a 5 Star Business Rating.

Stopped in to Harbor Freight for an 8 bench top drill press, the drill press I was looking for was sold out. Instead I went with a floor model that they were discontinuing. Went I got the product home it was not in proper working order so I returned the product easily and hassle free. Even though I was not able to get what I was looking for it was a pleasant experience as always at Harbor Freight!

Amazingly low prices on sturdy but not particularly refined tools. Great place to get the basics and something is always on a crazy sale thats worth it. Also a great place to get that tool you might need for one job because it ends up not being too expensive to do it.

The cashier was so slow taking care of each customer it was pathetic 20 to 25 minutes it took for the person in front of me to convince her to take something off a shelf out back in their stockroom she seemed to have way too much to handle just checking people out it truly was very aggravating Ill never stop at this harbor freight again they just dont have their stuff together chaos would best describe their checkout process

HFT (and staff) is A-W-E-S-O-M-E...dangerous, but awesome!! HFT is a gearheads/toolheads D-R-E-A-M, so...as a suggestion - make a list, check it twice, or yo spendings gonna be naughty....not nice!! Consider wearing Horse Blinders or one of those Cone thingys for Dogs...that may help your focus as you shop HFT . Just sayin...dont say I didnt warn you! = )

Ive been to other locations before and have been happy with almost all the visits. But this location was very clean organized and well stocked . And the young lady who checked us out was very friendly,helpful,kind and funny. I will definitely recommend this location. And will be back for future purchases

I like your shop. The price is ok but your employees services is so unwilling to customers. I asking for help but look at his faces unhappily. Its why I have less come and buy at your shop unless home depot or Lowes dont have it. There are employees is very welcome helped me when they see me look around something they get over ask me wanna for help.

The customer service I had at this store was terrible. I bought a drill master circular saw. I tried to return it as the recipe said a 90 day return was available for the original tender cash or credit. I had it for three days and I didn’t like it because the saw cut into the plastic safety. I tried to return it and the manager said I broke it and would not let me return it. It still works, I was very unhappy with the quality of it as it was $60 so it should be decent. What happened to the saying the customer is always right? He said he wouldn’t even give me a store credit as it was under the mangers discretion to refuse exchanges or refunds. Nothing was resolved and I feel very disappointed with the customer service. The manager was also transphobic and condescending using terms like “sweetheart” and “honey” to a trans man. I personally have a beard so it is very obvious that I am a man. Lowe’s is the place to go if you are in the LGBTQ+ community.

In a bind as a contractor decided to put my job off to start another project!His excuse was he was behind. So I was able to get the tools I needed at Harbor Freight at a reasonable price and I did the job myself! Glad too as I saved a ton of money by not hiring the contractor!

I absolutely love Harbor Freight tools that is all that I should say but I will say when you need something really bizarre or random done to your vehicle that you thought you would never capable of doing such as removing the leaf springs in the back of a Ford Econoline van or for instance even just taking the bushings out of those it seems easy but no puny depart and they have it and its under $30 and that saves you about $500. Harbor Freight Tools is like the best place ever

I’m a regular customer to Harbor Freight for my business. I travel and use Harbor Freight when I need things. I went into your store, I believe, August 10 looking for texture sprayers. I found one on the shelf and asked Amanda, an employee, if there were any in the back. She radioed someone but never answered me. I finally had to ask her and another lady employee she was with, again. They said they checked and there weren’t any. When I got to the register I asked again. The gentleman at the register looked and said yes there were 7!!! My thanks goes to this man. I needed these sprayers for a job that night! These two employees did not want to take the time to help a customer! I know Harbor Freight holds higher standards than this!

We drove an hour and a half to get a generator from here as everywhere closer was sold out. The employees were extremely helpful and assisted in loading the generator into our truck.

I have frequented this harbor freight location for years now. Staff is usually very friendly and helpful but now with the addition of Ronald to the staff its that much better! He welcomes you when you walk in even if busy checking out another customer or doing something else. Makes the checkout process enjoyable with his upbeat attitude and conversation. Great hire HF!

I called ahead to this location looking for a hydraulic lift table I desperately needed last night for work today after I was put on hold for 7 minutes they picked it up and I told them a part number to look up for the table I wanted she’s answered back saying they had 2 in stock I was like great. So after spending 45 minutes in traffic on the way there I got to the store and asked for the table as I didn’t see any displayed on the showroom floor they went to the back after pacing around the store for 20 minutes they come back and say sorry our computer lied to us. Seriously -.- after wasting my whole night for something I really needed that’s what I get next time actually read your computer properly and take you time what an inconvenience and waste of my personal time that took one whole night away from my life they didn’t even offer anything they said sorry have a good night there seems to be a lack of proper management at this facility.

I really like Harbor Freight because they carry everything you could imagine. You definitely need to call before going to the store if you are looking for something specific as they don’t always have what they advertise. Make sure you have the item number when calling.

Im so impressed. The supervisors are so helpful and professional. I bought a weedwhacker that went wacky on me. I brought it back with no issues cause now I was afraid of it. Not only did they take the time to show me a few things but I also end ended up exchanging it for the same one and felt confident thanks to their help

Good store with a large selection of tools to offer. Power tools, hands tools, gas powered, hand tools, electric powered, a big selection. Many tools have a very good price. There are some that are priced just ok, so you have to be in the know to get a good deal. I have purchased many tools from here and Ive been happy with all that I have purchased.

How can anyone be impressed with this store? They sell junk and when you go in to replace a part, they ignore you. Just today I went to the Braintree location and tried to buy a replacement hose for my Central Pneumatic air compressor. After a few minutes, the salesman on the floor shrugged his shoulders and called the manager. The manager came over and pompously tried to explain why their parts wouldnt work in an attempt to conceal the fact that he really didnt know what he was doing. The manager got a call from a cashier and walked away. He said he would right back....but, I never saw him again. I grabbed the first salesman and he tried to help me but couldnt. At least he tried. As I was walking out of the store in disgust, the manager was standing idly by the cash register. Afterward I went to Home Depot to order a different part and when I told the Contractor Specialist about my poor Harbor Freight experience, he just asked, What kind of junk did you buy there?

Good old Hazard Fraught, home of tools youll only use three times and $10 torque wrenches. Where else are you going to go when you are bolting cylinder heads to your tired old engine and need some wobble sockets to reach that stupid bolt jammed up against the firewall?My apologies, neighbors, I did not intend to drop the property value by re-assembling my car in front of my home. Dont worry, Ive bought a Harbor Freight propane torch here - more like a flamethrower than anything - to burn weeds away with so it looks nice for you. This ought to make up for my obnoxiously loud car exhaust at 4 AM.
