I had a Lids card from years aGo ..it didnt earn any points like I was told it would. Hoped for more clearance deals ..its what I go there for... Mainly

My experience was great because of staff member Alex. She is so helpful with giving suggestions on designs and has a great sense of style/fashion. I like how approachable she is and willing to answer questions and shares her knowledge. The reason I value her customer service is due to a bad encounter I had with another staff member Sammie. Sammie was unprofessional and inpatient. I asked for a hat to be customized and he used a lighter causing my hat to become defective/damaged from it being burned. After I left the store I noticed the burn and I had to return back to the store and resolve this issue in getting a new hat. Alex was the staff member to resolve this issue. I hope this company values and acknowledges all of her hard work and great customer service.

Always a great selection of teams. Wish there were more fitted choices. Way too many snap backs. Guys dont wear that, they want fitted. Also prices are too high for a hat. The Lids rewards program used to be much better too.

Many different varieties of your favorite sports teams caps. Im a size 8 cap. Very hard to find. Lids had it. 3 cheers for Lids ! Be going back there many times ! They also do monogramming.

Purchased 5 hats here the guys working here are very out going and funny! Just dont ask about other places in the mall? 😆

Great place for hats

Had a shipment of 3 hats that came from this store. Only one was in the box. I guess they didnt think Id notice that 2/3 of my order was missing? Or maybe counting to 3 was the problem. Either way, never buying from Lids again.
