Ive only been with this company a short time. But this year I ran into some big problems. Calls to the company were returned the next day. And the technicians they sent to make repairs were very knowledgeable and no matter how frustrated they became their personalities never changed. Always pleasant. I would and have recommended them to other people

Great place, honest service.

Their sales rep, Keith Miner, blew off a verbal and email confirmed appointment without apologizing, the office person seemed unfazed by it, too. Attempts by email to re-schedule have gone unanswered. Interesting, because they knew the job would have run about five thousand dollars since we needed to replace our heat pump pool heater and a few other items.I wonder how they treat people with smaller jobs?

Very disappointed by their service !Inferior sales and don’t back up their warranty and sell products at 700 percent mark up.It’s one thing I’d say If service is worth the price !But that’s terrible !No phone call returns when they say they will.Truely disappointing.

Called in the beginning of April to have my pool opened ASAP. To be told, ‘great, we will fit you in the calendar and call you next week to confirm time’. Never received a call so called two weeks after the original time asking when the appt was. Was told I would be called back. Never received a phone call back. Called back a couple days after that only to be told there is no way they can get out to open up the pool until June.If you can’t handle the business. Tell the prospective customer up front. And return a call so the customer is left scrambling during busy season...

Stay away from this place, over priced spa supply’s, today I went in because I was out of chlorinate so I had to back a stop there, the young kid behind the counter says where are you from I said Holbrook, he says to me if I had said Braintree I would of got 20% off, what a arrogant little punk, I will never spend another dime in that store, I will plan on buying my supply’s through the internet, I bought my Nordic hot tub off four seasons spas 5 years ago, the reason I bought it there because it was 2500.00 cheaper, shop around folks this company is way to arrogant an comfortable with where ways of doing business. 1. This company quoted two different prices but sent me a bill for an even higher price.2. Instead of fixing my problem on the first or second trip, it took a third trip which ended disastrously. They broke my pool.3. Service tech left cigarette butts around my pool.4. When I called to express my unhappiness, the owner did nothing to resolve the problem.5. 300 dollars later, my pool is worse than it was before.I will never use this company again.

Hydro Tech hase been servicing our hot tub for the last 5 years . They are very good at what they do.Steve is outstanding and always shows up on time witch we were not used to before with our last company.We recomened this company to all our freinds
