I just bought some soil. I ask them are they good soil. Because I bought some from TLC in Quincy and those are junk . It was max with rock and sand. So the guy said it is good soil. So I believe him. .When I got it . It is even worse. They like glue and stuck together. Also a lot of rock. Look like used drive way max together. I am really regret.. I dont even want it on my yard.. I dont even know what to do with those junk ..
Jayson from the Braintree location is professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.Old Colony Masons highly recommends D&D.This company is very well run. The team will go way beyond the call of duty to ensure their customers are happy and receive supplies on time & when needed. They earn a 5 star rating and more everyday.
Placed an online inquiry for a small amount of loom and received a response the very next day. They said it would be more cost effective if we ordered a little more than we asked and it certainly reduced the price. It was raining the day of expected delivery and they called to ask if we wanted to postpone since the loom would be wet and more difficult to move. We didnt mind and they were there within a few minutes. The loom itself seems hearty and theres no rocks or anything mixed in. I also saw a few nightcrawlers in the mix which made me happy.Overall, customer service was great and everyone we spoke to was super friendly and helpful.
Paul (the owner) and the entire D&D crew are amazing. The crews pay great attention to detail and take pride in their work – something that I’m sure flows down from Paul. Paul is very passionate about landscaping and takes pride in all the materials he uses – for instance – the mulch D&D uses they grind twice – so you get none of those giant sticks/cut up pallets you typically find in the store purchased bags. Same high quality applies to the loam, rocks, and other materials they use.D&D added a secondary retaining wall to my yard to correct some horrible grading that my builder had done. The team quickly built out the new wall, re-installed my fence, re-graded, applied loan, hydroseed, and supported the work of the electrician and irrigation system. The crew leader, Sebastien, was amazing and very easy to work with. Overall a great team at D&D.
I placed an order on-line for 4 yards of mulch to be delivered on Saturday from the Raynham location. I was paying by check upon delivery. When the delivery did not happen, I called and had to leave a message inquiring what had happened. Jay called me 1st thing Monday morning and apologized. He was open and honest and did not make any excuses. He admitted they messed up and somehow my order was dropped in the system. He said he could have the mulch delivered right away and offered a significant discount . The mulch was delivered by 11 am by a very professional courteous driver. Mistakes happen and when a business owns up to it and responds in a positive way, I think they deserve a 2nd chance. I was very impressed with the way this was handled and I will use D and D again.
