Called for a quote on a paint job. Can’t remember the gentleman’s name that I spoke with, but he asked me what kind of car it was. When I told him he said “Oh boy you’d probably want to try a different shop” when I asked why he said “my paint jobs cost more than your car is worth”. This car is my project show car so I just wanted a good quality paint job. Needless to say I won’t be bringing my business here. I’ll probably try Caliber Collision or Maaco.

I never write reviews, but my 2 minute phone call was all I needed to know I’m never going to bring my car into this business. I asked for a simple repair on my car and the employee on the other line did not seem willing at all to help me. He made it seem like it was too much of a hassle or a burden on his end to help me. Any question I asked, he tried to find a way out of it. It was shocking to think that he would push away any potential paying customer. Awful customer service, I am more than happy to go to a different business that is willing to work on my car.

I couldn’t be happier with Robert and Ron. They took such good care of me and my car. The work they did on my car was Perfect! Got it looking brand new again. I highly recommend Brandon Body Shop.
