Keenan was amazing! I don’t know anything about anything sold here. But he was so amazing at directing me to what I need. He even installed the windshields wipers for me and signed me up for the reward system. Such an amazing guy! Definitely coming back to this location next time. I hope I have the pleasure to cross paths with him again:)

I came into the store to purchase a specific type of wipers I needed for my SUV that no where else carries. Since they were out of stock of the less expensive brand for the item I needed, they price matched the more expensive brand so I was not inconvenienced. I really appreciate the service and empathy shown by the store associate when he assisted me with my purchase. Thank you Brian, I will be back in the future.

I was a woman alone, at night with a battery that had been jumped but was going bad. I desperately needed to buy a battery and have it installed, but they told me they wouldnt install it in a Hyundai. They had done so before. I called over to Advanced Auto Parts on Parsons and 60 and they gladly sold me one and installed it. They have a new customer now.

I needed some plastic fender buttons and they had what I needed. Counter guys were helpful.

The service from before I stepped in the door was top notch. Monica S. worked with me over the phone to hold the windshield wipers I wanted and then even helped me install them after my purchase. I recommend her and the rest of the team to anyone!

Clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and if their store doesnt have what you want they give good advice.

Surprised to see such good reviews. Store manager barely knows a thing about cars. Just hangs around like a Christmas tree ornament. Cant get used to an employee here because the next time you come they are gone. Always feels like there isnt enough coverage. The tall guy Brian is always running around helping the customers putting out fires. I thought he was the store manager. Get it together...

Called Debby for an alternator and and some parts and she had them ready for pick up when I got there. She also recommended a mobile mechanic to come to my house and install all the parts. Nicest and friendliest staff at this auto zone. Came back the next day and bought a power steering pump, without hesitation. I would recommend this auto zone, and always ask for Debby. She genuinely cares for the customer and gives you personable service.

Today we went to this Auto Zone for help with something simple. They did not help & brushed us off. We have been a customer of Auto Zone for years. Rude Rude Rude. The other locations great. Not this one

While this stores employees are very friendly and helpful be cautious if they recommend a mechanic/mobile mechanic to work on your vehicle. (The reason for my 1 star) My car needed one part replaced and she suggested a tune up. She recommended a mobile mechanic, said he was very good etc. I took her at face value (my fault, should have done my research) and called the guy. He did a tune up as well as replaced the part. While performing the tune up he found the spark plugs to be bad and the wires needed to be changed. I provided all the parts at $120.00. While changing the spark plugs at the back of the motor he damaged the map sensor. (which he offered to pay for and replace at no charge but since the one he wanted to get was a $5.00 aftermarket one I opted to pay the difference to get one by the manufacturer) So, after a week with no car and more money for the sensor he installs it. The next day I had it towed to an automotive shop. What was once a working car with no issues at all, ever! (Been in my family since the day we drove it off the lot) Now it will not start and he has no idea what happened and he says he has done all he can. To sum this all up...I now have a bill of $1,100.00 and theyre not done yet. Be cautious and do your research before you trust who they recommend. If you dont, it could cost you a heck of a lot more like it did me.

Id consider adding a computerized search in the store so when,the counter is backed up,you could have your turn,hand them the print out statement with,price etc.No looking up on their part.Those of us that are savy on parts needed, would be of the greatest assistance.

Went in to buy brake pads and jack stands. The person that helped me was very helpful and nice. Having to walk past employees smoking cigarettes close to the front door was not ideal but I get it if they arent provided a shaded outside break area.

This Autozone was the only auto store that took my call right before closing when I found out my battery died after I got out of the grocery store, and installed it for me. Really cant thank the employees here staying past hours to help me out with my battery.

Debby is the definition of professional! Super helpful, informative, and as kind as a human can be. Ill be the first to admit Im not super knowledgable on car parts and repairs., but she helped me find the correct parts and even helped me install 3 different bulbs without me even asking! Could not recommend enough! If all customer service was like this, the world would be a much kinder place.

I went in to get my headlights changed. Bobbi was incredibly helpful even though I bought the wrong lights the first time. She even installed them in the rain. Awesome place will return.

Worst ever! Service if you can even call it that is the worst I’ve ever seen or been through! Now don’t even get me started on the lack of knowledge from the non-mechanically inclined people they have recently hired. We have 4 vehicles and have been coming here for several years multiple times per month! I wish they would bring back experienced and caring workers, such as Debbie, Steve, Peter, and Dee! They are probably going to close down soon since knowing about parts, engines, and terminology is half of the job, and the other half is great customer service... which they don’t have anymore!

I am fairly knowledgeable about my car and went in knowing exactly what 4 things I wanted, and I got them. But while I was being checked out by the sales manager, another employee came up to him to ask a question about a code reading they got from a customers car. The sales representative didnt know what the code meant and their system wasnt recomending a repair. Without looking at the report, the sales manager waved the representative away and said Sell them some fuel cleaner. This store would rather make a quick 8 bucks pushing a product than build customer loyalty through honest dealings. I will not return.

The best service today!!! Mr. Reagan was so awesome and super friendly. I had to replace the light to my car and he came out and all you did was shake it and it worked!!! I ended up buying windshield wipers too... I will also put this review on autozone... I will definitely be making this auto my home store

Every single time I go to the AutoZone and I have an amazing experience where theyre letting me know the exact part I need help with me out with saving money, or just making me feel better I walked in this AutoZone about 10 minutes to closing explain exactly what was going on with my car they grabbed the part and both gentlemen that work in the front and the back as cashiers and experts quickly pointed out things that need to be taken care of right away and things that could wait he even installed my pedal bumper for me with no extra charge this AutoZone I have been coming to for years and will continue to come

Excellent service. Arrived shortly before closing, since one of my break lights was out and had a long drive home. The salesman came outside to double check exactly what bulb blew out, looked up my vehicle, found the correct bulb and took the time to remove my entire taillight and replace the bulb. I would definitely recommend them.

The new employees seem to not know what they are doing and actually stated they do not like their job. I dont really shop here often so its not a bother but was pretty off putting and it took way too long for us to get what we needed.

I just want you to know that James Markin, store manager at store 1224 is a Saint! I went to store 3814 in Valrico, Florida to make a return and was told they did not have enough cash on hand and they could not do the return. I paid cash and the return was less than 300.00.Thank goodness that Mr. Markin at the 1224 store was kind enough to take care of me. I normally only shop at Mr. Markin’s store and now I know why! Customer service is more important than the bottom line. The items I bought were for my car that unfortunately was in a wreck and totaled. So I was already going through enough and didn’t really need any more aggravation.If you could clone Steve Markin to be all store managers, the Auto Zone world would be a better place!Major, major thanks to Steve Markin for helping me and making my day better!!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

I called to get information on a battery that I thought I purchased last year, Ms. Debbie assistanted me, I cant tell you how friendly and helpful she was, she took the time and checked in the system and gave me the information I was looking for.When I went to that store later that day, Mr Peters helped me, it tuned out I didnt purchase the battery in the after all.Mr Peters offered and told me one of his staff can take me to get the battery at the other company were I did buy the battery last year, and he would put in the battery in for me.I was having a bad day because of my situation, my car not being available but, Ms Debbie and Mr. Peters made my situation much better, they were helpful, informative and professional.I will always go back to that store.Thank you

A special shoutout to the lazy black man (probably Caribbean) I asked to replace my left rear brake bulb who told me he couldnt do it because the lamp encasing had to be pulled out. I knew he would give me trouble when he paused after I asked him about replacing the bulb. A quick google search and 5 minutes and I replaced the bulb myself. The rest of the staff is very friendly but I dont care for this particular guy, this being the second time I have dealt with him. This is not racial (Im black). I just want people who read this to know who Im referring to.Changing my review to 5 stars (6/11/2019) because on my last 2 visits Monica was very helpful when checking my check engine light, providing printouts of the problem and the parts without me asking.

I went in to buy a new headlight for my car. I found what I was looking for and went to purchase it. As I was checking out, Daniel said that, if I wanted, hed install it for me, despite it being close to 100 degrees. Now, changing a headlight bulb may not be the most technically difficult task to complete for most people, but what if I had been someone who didnt know how to do it? The thing that stood out was the principle behind the entire experience: service. If I had ordered the part off a website, I could have gotten it cheaper, but I saved time, in that I didnt have to do it myself, and left in an exceptional mood.

Ok shop, I went when my car battery was not charging they diagnosed it incorrectly and suggested major changes but same in showroom o got it fixed for free.

My car was over heating on my way home. One of my heater hoses blew, I stopped in for a repair hut they didnt have time but the service manager Michael stepped up and went above and beyond service and helped me out with repairing it himself and staying after he was supposed to leave what a great experience.
