I brought my car in to check the brakes due to a strange noise and after they checked them out they told me they could find nothing to account for the noise, and in fact the noise went away. They were honest and professional. Will definitely go back when I need service in the future.

I stumbled along this place online while looking at a few different places and the reviews are really good. People have said that the owners are really nice and prices are reasonable in comparison with other shops. I completely agree with that. When I did my research, an average price to get brake pads changed and rotors resurfaced for both axels and brake fluid flushed would be approximately $570. And before taxes and fees it was about $50 under that. Also to change the oil it is very reasonably priced. I noticed they follow God and the way they treat customers prove that they not only talk the talk but also walk the walk. I will be coming here for future repairs. My experience was nothing but the best!! My Ac was blowing out nothing but hot air!!! I went in to see if I had to make a appointment but lucky me the gentleman behind the counter!! Went to diagnosing my AC issue right away…. I was in and out less then 30min and now my Car is back to blowing cold air!!! And the price was very reasonable.. def will go back if I run across any more issues

My family has 5 cars, all over 5 years old, so I need a good auto repair shop.There pricing is always the most competitive (and I always shop prices on the bigger repairs).And as important, they’ve never tried to sell me on a repair I didn’t need. Other shops always give me a list of several things that should be repaired, and Brian at A+ tells me, exactly what has to be repaired.

This is the first time that I use them and I found them on the web. I like their system of transparency, how they send you photos of the problem areas and how they give you a full recommendation report. I knew my Montego needed work, but I didnt know it would need $5000 worth of work. A+ also has SNAP finance, this made it easy for me to pay for the work needed. EXCEPTIONAL WORKMANSHIP!! I took my 2015 Jeep to A+ Brakes and well, they are A+!!! I had taken my Jeep to two other places that misdiagnosed the problem. My Jeep was leaking oil everywhere. They found the issue (The Rear Main Oil Seal $$$$$)and had my Jeep repaired in no time. The cost of the repairs were so far from what I was quoted from other repair shops I was shocked! My wallet also LOVES them! Brian, Jamie and their staff are Top Notch! Even though they are a bit out of the way for me, I WILL be using them for all of my future repairs. They found the engine and did a compete work up with water pump, radiator and all applicable hoses to and the Honda was reborn! I had an appointment for 2:00 and had to wait an hour...and when I inquired at 2:45 why I was still waiting, I overheard you tell the mechanic that I was ancy. I thought waiting 45 minutes before I asked was quite sufficient.

The mechanic goes out of his way to fully explain the recommended repairs, why they are needed and any potential alternatives. Service is great and reasonably priced.

Have owned cars for 50 years and worked on them before the electronics became so complex. A+ solves (and corrects) problems that other auto service companies (and dealers) in some cases created. I go there because they know what they are doing and I have found them honest and competent. One review comments on what a third party they referred told them. I have observed some pretty obnoxious customer behavior so I discount any review that doesnt describe what they personally experienced. I go for the excellent service provided. Smiley faces optional. I’ve been bringing my cars into Brian & Jami ‘s shop now for at least the last 5 years. They continue to do the job right the first time and charge a fair price for the work they do. Bringing my car in there is like bringing it to family to repair. I always have confidence and trust that I know it’s being done by someone who truly values my repeat business. I can’t get that consistently from a National Chain so that’s why I’ll never leave.

I hate going to a mechanic. I always feel like they are trying to hustle me, which makes me worried they will do something to my car to make me come back. They didnt do that at all here. It came to the same price he told me on the phone. It was all straight to the point... the way I like it.

Lady in the front is very rude, she runs the place with her husband or something and he is just as rude. They have no customers service whatsoever ever. Extremely unfriendly and no one is wearing a mask or taking covid19 precautions. Never going back again. Plus they’re a rip off.

Jami was able to give me a reasonable quote before I even brought my car in which they have really good prices. I was almost sure I needed new brake pads, but instead of taking advantage of what i didnt know, they explained the whistle noise and set my mind at ease by letting me know how much padding was left.Thank you guys! This shop is a wonderful find. They are honest and explain what needs to be done and will not do anything that is not needed. This has become our family auto shop. Just got my brakes fixed and Brian was able to save me hundreds of dollars by researching and discovering we still had a warranty on some of the parts! There are a lot of shady mechanics out there who will over charge you blind, but Jamie and Brian refuse to fit that mold. They are incredibly honest people who will make sure you understand whats going on with your car and what its going to cost you before they start doing work. From oil changes to more advance part replacements or repairs, there is no where else I will go if my check engine light comes on.

Very disappointing experience. Saw very good reviews and went there for the first time today. Made a 7AM appointment because my time was limited. Got there about 6:50AM, and no one there. At 7AM Brian arrived and opened the door to enter, then locked it for another 10 or 15 minutes, then proceeded to open the bay doors and move vehicles left in the bays overnight. Finally took me and another customer at almost 7:30. I was there first in the parking lot, but he took the other customer first. Finally moved our vehicles into the bay areas. Proceeded to work on the other customers vehicle, even though I had made a 7AM appointment.It was 7:50 before my vehicle was worked on. By this time other customers were coming in and I couldnt tell how much time was spent on mine versus other customers. I didnt get out of the shop until almost 9AM, for a job that should have taken 30 or 40 minutes.When I told Brian that I was frustrated by what had happened, he offered absolutely no apology, and proceeded to tell me he had to work on someone elses vehicle first (this was the one he took ahead of mine). What appalls me more than the way my appointment was minimized was the lack of courtesy to issue any type of apology for the way my appointment was marginalized. My next car repair will be at a shop that understands the importance of a customers appointment.

Just picked up my truck this morning and have nothing but great things to say about the crew at A+. They went above and beyond in accomodating my request. They even worked longer than the quoted time and didnt change the estimated amount. Brian kept a great line of communication during the install of my aftermarket parts and even when the install became rough, he kept his composure and professionalism. I was surprised they were able to finish all the work requested in one day. Their quoted price was more than fair and I will be returning to their shop, if theyd let me. Dont worry Brian and Jami, I wont bring anymore troublesome aftermarket parts. Thanks again. Oh, and for the skeptical customers whove read the poor reviews, I really think the customers had been taken advantage of by other shops and already were in the defensive. A+ will tell you exactly what you need and nothing more, theyre business is based off repetitive customers. Spent $1,000 on brakes and rotors and the technician broke my mirror and the lady in the office started yelling at me and refused to replace the mirror.I was appalled with the lack of professionalism. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere.

Extremely honest and reliable service!!I was planning a long road trip so I decided to stop in and get my car inspected and prepared before I had left. I came in expecting to get a full brake job and for them to hopefully figure out why the car was giving off a burnt plastic smell (I figured it was an oil leak)They were extremely honest and showed me pictures of my brakes and informed me I only needed to replace the front pads and the rotors were good. They also identified the burning plastic smell as a plastic bag that had gotten stuck under the car and started melting!Extremely honest and they didnt try and charge me for anything I didnt need, I would recommend them to anyone!
