I used this company today for the very first time to put an exhaust system on my vehicle. The workmanship the friendliness was excellent. From the time from you walk in the door Michael and Michelle makes everyone welcome. Their father Bill who is the owner is very nice and helpful also. The employees also was very friendly.I would definitely recommend this company.

This shop took care of me when I couldnt find an opening anywhere else on short notice. Its a family owned and ran business with years of loyal customers. I see why now and I will be one as well. When you find an honest mechanic with reasonable prices, you need to hang onto them. Cant say enough, go see for yourself.

I went to them a couple times before welder did a good job on exhaust, recently went again an was completely ignored . Bunch of employees but ignored like I was a ghost when I asked about getting something done to a car . One replied quickly then was never followed through . From small business in towns like Brandon customer service should be number one . Attention to all customers no matter what race, appearance and time and day it is should be important. I felt like I was just out casted from service even though they were going to close soon it would of still been nice for one of them to see the vehicle and what I was talking about . Poor customer service .

Made an appointment and dropped my vehicle. Was quoted a price and then it changed from the quote. I declined the work and went to pick up my truck and they lost my keys. Luckily I had a spare set. The owner gave me $20 bucks but still, not cool to go back on your word.

Great service and company. These guys are so hilarious very down to earth and an absolute pleasure to be around. They ensure the best quality with the best prices. Such outstanding customer service. They inspect, diagnose, price quote, then reach out to the customer and go over what the options are and what should be done first. I would not trust a car in better hands. Ive been going to these guys for years! They must be in some kind of financial trouble. The mechanics are not of any quality at all. That is, if they show up to work. The place is running in to the ground. They are charging premiums and asking customers to pay cash so they dont have to pay taxes. Go somewhere else! Go to Bennetts Auto on Windhorst. Much better competent people. I saw a customer towing his car away from Sure Stop. They are the pits now!

My car was stuttering and breaking up. To me it sounded like a plug wire was not working or some type of electrical problem. Well, they charged me $725 and replaced parts that they never called me to okay with me. They have no customer service abilities and they had my vehicle for two weeks. I was so upset. Who can go without their vehicle for two weeks. My gosh! Definitely go somewhere else. These guys are no good. They make promises they cannot keep.

I have been going to Sure Stop for almost 15 years. I called last week to find out what they would charge me to put in a power steering pump, plugs and wires. I was quoted $150.00 to do the work. I was bringing the parts. I was told to bring it in on Friday morning.I get there Friday morning and was told no they can not do the work and not for the price I was told. Was told to call Monday, 08/24/2020 and see if they can fit me in this week.Needless to say I left and will not be back. Got the work done somewhere else.It is sad to see the shop go downhill after all if these years.

This place is like really dirty. Do you think these guys would clean the place? They dont have sanitizer and no one wears a mask. Go to another place. The second thing out of these guys mouths was if I could pay cash. What? Okay....this is not a shady business. No place to sit. No wifi and just dirty. Yuck!

My Land Rover discovery blew a head gasket late one night while I was on a job. I had my vehicle towed to this shop that night and they had already diagnosed and ordered the necessary parts by morning. I completely depend on my vehicle for work so I was expecting to be down for weeks, but I was able to be out and rolling by the beginning of next week. I can’t thank them enough for saving me and my small town business. God bless!

Theyve been in business and at this exact location for over 30 years. That alone speaks volumes. In a day and age of corporate chains, its refreshing to come to a legitimate mom and pop shop.

These people are the pits. They are rude. They dont know what they are doing. All I needed was an AC evac and recharge. The maching does this for you. How hard can it be? They charged me over $350 for it claiming how freon is so expensive. Go somewhere else for sure.

I knew these older gentlemen are running a scam operation when they asked if I would pay cash and they would not charge me state tax. I agreed since they had my car and worked on it. I know they overcharged me, but it was not to the extreme. I would go to another place if I were you. Not professional at all.

Always take care of me. Dont try to charge me for something I dont need.

These guys are the worst. There ar kids there who dont know what they are doing. Two old men will be at the door with no bed side manner. They have mis-diagnosed my car three times. Im tired of going back there and they do not make me a priority. Go to Bennetts Auto Repair.

I had a break line leaking and my water pump was leaking. I am from out of state and I have had issues with shops in the past taking advantage of the situation. He was friendly, gave a good price and repaired what needed to be done. I would definitely take my truck back there again.

My heat shield was rattling super loud & I needed it cut off, they got me in same day (huge for me) and had it done within 15 minutes. And beyond affordable!!!! I can’t recommend them enough. Very kind and professional. I’ll be going back for anything I need and telling family & friends!

My wifes car broke down in Tampa she had a problem with the battery somebody tried to jump it and jumped it the wrong way, and blow the battery and a main fuse, did not know any one in tampa being from deerfield beach, she had it towed to this place and they are the best.i myself being a retired mechanic and out of town made one phone call and i know i was in good hands just on how he talked to me and explained the problem. this place is very trustworthy and true to their word on what they fix and will not do anything without explaining to the customer what exactly is wrong and how to fix it THE RIGHT WAY.......

I dropped off my car at Sure Stop for a free diagnosis of the AC system. I was treated rudely by whom I believe is the owner.After I dropped my car off, I was called back with the diagnosis and cost to fix. I then decided not to go through with it at that time. When I returned to pick up my car I was told that there would be a $65 charge for freon that was added. I did not give any prior consent to any charges, and I told him that. He then said just take it and go in a rude manner. I did absolutely nothing wrong.I had them do a repair on my car just the day before. Incredibly stupid to treat a customer or potential customer that way. Business 101.

I had to have my drive shaft rebuilt. They were fair on the price and the turn around time was quick. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Paid 150$ for a muffler delete/ took them 2 full days for an hour procedure- after picking up my brand new bmw 428i it started to not run correctly and they told me I had to put my old muffler back on- something they couldn’t do for another 3 days. Terrible service never will go back again .

I cannot begin to fathom that this place has the audacity to charge $100+ dollars TO CHANGE A FUSE! My neighbor showed me the receipt and she paid $75 dollars for parts and labor for something that does not even take a minute to change. I was not available, and I am not a certified mechanic by any means, but just about anyone can change a fuse.First and foremost, a reputable and honest repair shop will always inform you of the charges and the service they will provide PRIOR to doing anything to your car. You are not obligated to do service in that shop if you do not feel comfortable!!!This is exactly why the mechanic industry obtains a bad rap, because of companies like this who take advantage of people who do not know any better. Even then, in this instance a non-english speaker.Please be weary of this place prior to taking your vehicle here for repair.

We paid them 2,700$ to pay for a salvage engine, and then 1,300$ for labor fees to put it in. Before they put the engine in they never did a check and put a BAD motor in our truck then let us pick it up making noises and shaking 20x worse than originally! So we called them and they said they’ll have to see what they can do. 1 week later and they are only giving us a refund for the 2,700$ motor and keeping the cost for the labor or charge us 2,100$ MORE for a factory new engine and MORE labor fees! This is insane and I will be taking my truck and the old motor and TOWING it back to my house because the motor they put in does not work and taking them to court for all these fees they will not refund us! THEY SUCK.

Welder on sight was rude, refused to set up exhaust the way me and my friend wanted and to top it off the exhaust he welded for us has exhaust holes and the welds look like they were done by a kindergartener.
