Einstein Bros. Bagels has a lot more options here then just bagels 🥯. I love the creative ideas that they came up with to make Eating bagels feel like a new food. The bagels Burrito was fun treat that was tasty. If you love cream cheese you are in luck if you ask for it they really smother it all over the inside bagel. I am a cream cheese fan my self but I had to take some of it off because it was hard to taste the bagel with all that cream lol.They offer inside seating and a small out side sitting place to. You can use the drive through if you are on the go. The driver through was fast and our order was correct 👌. They were Patient with us as we looked at the menu. If was a good experiences.We will be coming here again.

Most of the time the service is great and the food is quite satisfying. Lots of sandwich and bagel choices and their scmears are fantastic! The franchise will always have a special place since it was my daily breakfast for most of my years in college.

I eat at Einsteins often, and used their catering services for the first time yesterday. They were wonderful! It was easy to order online, the order was on time, the bagels were all fresh and delicious (as always), and they included napkins, plates, and knives. Could not have had a better experience, and will be using their catering services again in the future!

As a environmental activist and someone that cares for earth your new system sucks! Though, I understand you are trying to imitate Other fast food chain systems, yours is super poor. How are you handing menus prior in the drive thru and not even recycling?!? Do you know how many trees you are wasting? I’m sure you have the financial capacity to do better, and you should.

This Einstein is average at best. Today the bagels did not taste fresh at all. Either made very early or yesterday. I came in at 1000 am. Also they cut most of the bagels when I told them uncut. This makes me think that they cut them for another customer otherwise they probably would have cut them all or left them all uncut. They often give me cut bagels and I always order uncut.

Their garlic bagel has sesame seeds on it - about a 4:1 ratio sesame seeds to garlic. It tasted more like a sesame bagel with a hint of garlic. Wont order that again.

This place used to be better. Now their bagels and sandwiches taste like they came out of a dunkin. The coffee they served me tasted like it had been scraped out of the bottom of the pot. Hit up an independent breakfast place instead. There are plenty in the area.

The staff is super friendly and efficient. Although the line can appear long when you first get their, the expedite getting you through and you’d think you were at Chick-fil-A with as quick as they are! I love the vanilla hazelnut coffee and all of their bagels are awesome. They recently started selling these gourmet donuts which I think is a great hidden gem if you ever want to step up your donut game if you bring them for coworkers!

This was a good nice location. It gives you that breakfast cafe feel. the food was fresh and always good. It is an old building that feels like an old diner or waffle house, so it has that feel to it, and is as clean as it can get for an old building. There is parking on the side and a drive through. We will definitely be returning to this location.

I ordered the avocado tomato bacon and egg sandwich. I asked for the spinach bagel instead of plain. Bagel ended up being $8 before tax etc for a sandwich advertised for $5.79. I would gladly pay for uncharges if I actually received them. It was a poorly made sandwich at that, barely any avocado and bacon. My son ordered a cranberry bagel and spread and there was hair on his bagel.Im only leaving 2 stars because my boyfriend said his bagels were actually decent. It was $22.29 for one bagel sandwich and a couple of bagels with spread. Definitely overpriced for what we got - I think a breakfast sandwich at McDonalds would have tasted better.

I had 2 coupons through the app and I had to order in 2 separate transactions with the app. First transaction was fine. However, the second transaction was made with the wrong type of bagel than what I ordered. Then, when I asked for a cup for the drink for the second order. I was asked by the employee didnt you get a cup with the first bagel? Um yes, that was my first order in the app, and I placed 2 orders. In my head, Im thinking didnt you look at the ticket with the oder on it? The sad part was it was the manager that was asking me this and I believe it was the manager who made the food with the wrong type of bagel. READ people!

Couple years ago was great place all fresh and delicious .I was today 3/16/2021 I come and ask if they have mutigrain beagle Older man says NO and walk away, I was like o maybe he have bad day.I wait little bit and young man come and asking if I need any thing he was nice, I decided for pumpernickel beagle and decaf. So I go to the car and taste my coffee was barely warm and disgusting old milk smell.Bagle was dray and probably week old.waist my 10 dollars .No more is disgusting please.

I havent been back here in over two years, be cause they are always slow and out of everything. So i decided I was in the area and wanted to give them another try. Well after sitting in line for 15 mins, I ordered, waited another 5 mins, just to get to the pay window for them to tell me they dont have want I want. Then got stuck in the parking lot to leave for another 5 mins because I was stuck behide the drive thru line that blocks the exit. I will never back. EVER.

Ive been coming here for years with my dad, I decided to bring my sister and the manager was so rude to us!! I asked for honey butter (little bit of childhood nostalgia) and he was quick to tell me that it had been off of the menu for 2 years. I told him I was sorry but it had been a while since Ive been there. He was rushing us to order and just not friendly at all. The coffee my sister ordered was not sweetened at all. What a terrible experience!

Sold me six cheese bagel that were burnt and over proofed. Hollow inside. Wasted about $12 on inedible food. Drive 28 miles round trip to return, $5 in tolls only to find the store closes at 2:00pm. Never again will I waste money here. The golden rule- never sell something you wouldn’t eat yourself. Bad business.

Did not get order correct at all. Espresso was not even luke warm, no sugar was given although I asked twice for sugar. Bagel was burnt, no cream cheese was given although it was part of the order and a norm! I could go on but Im just not going back and do not recommend this restaurant.

Awesome bagels. I like the breakfast and pizza bagels. During quarantine they offered a pizza bagel kit. I believe they still have it. I even like a good ol peanut butter and jelly bagel from time to time. All delicious

Einstein Bros is a fast food casual bagel/coffee place that has tons of options. They have so many bagels to choose from you may experience option paralysis. They also have a nice selection of spreads or Shmear which add to the array of choices. Their drink menu includes Macchiatos, cold brew, teas, smoothies, and fruit juices. I ordered a cold brew black which was pretty good along with an everything bagel and avocado spread. My bagel was a solid cut above what you would expect from other restaurants in this same class. They also had hot brunchy sandwiches that looked pretty good as well.The service was quick and the staff was very helpful welcoming. The inside has a coffee shop vibe and seems like the kind of place that would be comfortable to sit inside and hang out for a while. The best part was this place wasnt super slammed with people either.All in all the food and cold brew were very enjoyable. I would definitely come back and recommend this place over Starbucks, DD, or Panera.

I am guessing the machine is broke through drive through. Me and my wife went through drive through and there was a lady manually taking orders giving it to the workers in the store via a Walkie/microphone. We confirmed our order with her-, we pull up and the order was never put in. We re order, get our food and it’s all messed up and wrong. We go inside to tell the manger, he completely dismissed us, barely even wanted to hear us speak- remakes the order and leaves. He tells me I need to throw away the old food Infront of him- Fast forward, my new order is done- the worker brings it out, literally walks right passed me- leaves the food by the trash area and tells me there’s your food. I would never come here again

This was my first visit to ANY Einstein Bros Bagels and I was impressed! My Farmhouse 2 egg bagel was ready on a flash, hot and tasty. I got a bakers dozen special and since they were out of one kind of bagel (honey wheat), I was guided to choose alternatives by Esmeralda. Angela has been the manager for 3 months, she tells me and all the employees I saw were cheerful and industrious. I will definitely return!

The speed of service was amazing! I had a hot sandwich and it came out very quickly. Sandwich was hot and delicious. Good place to go if you like bagels! Dont have one of these where we live, so when we come upon one wife always wants to go in! :-)

This place was the worst. If I could give it no stars I would. The girl at the register looked bothered and unprofessional. Seemed like she was in her kitchen versus a job. Got my order totally wrong and when I called to express this, the lady who answered said I remember you, you were charged for what you were given. Thats not the point. The point is, I was given what I did not order! Will never ever go there again.

They’re super friendly! Im visiting FL to help my friend move in for college, and while she was getting her car registered I went here to get breakfast for us. I was a little confused about the menu bc i wasnt familiar with how to order, but at the drive thru they answered my questions and were patient with me! Also, the vanilla sweet cream cold brew is BOMB! Better than dunkin for sure. Food is a m a z i n g, it hit the spot. So good service and good food = 5 stars for me! The best bagel in town.

I’m really upset with the downgrade in service and quality at this location. I used to treat myself every weekend to Einstein Bagels because they have caribou coffee (my favorite) and their bagels are the best. They aren’t cheap but that’s okay given what they offer. However, the last two times I’ve been there I haven’t even been able to enjoy it. My coffee tasted terrible again and was all sticky on the outside of the cup. I caught the cashier trying to clean it and she just gave up. I bought the Hummus Veg Out and they forgot the cucumber and the lettuce was brown. They also forgot my side (potato salad). I’m sad to say I’m now looking for a new weekend spot because I can’t justify spending that amount of money for sub par service and food.

I absolutely love this place and their bagel selections. I like their choices better than a popular chair. My mom and I have been coming to Einsteins for years. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. The place needs a little sprucing up since its been in the same place for years.

Only place to go for good bagels and smears as well as sandwich options. The Nova Lox is incredibly refreshing and of you enjoy sushi this is a beautiful option.

I am here visiting from California and let me tell you. I’ve never seen such a dirty Einstein in Cali EVER! The floors were super dirty and counters as well. I know it gets busy but the place was empty and the dirt along the bottom of the walls looks like it’s been there a long time. The sandwiches I ordered didn’t taste fresh for some reason. The people were nice.

The coffee and bagels are the best, of course. The only problem: this place (in Brandon) needs a better ventilation (hoods and exhaust fans).

I was at the Einstein Bagel on W Brandon. I ordered two bagels very simple order I get at every bagel place I go to. We waited over 20 minutes for our food and they didn’t even make my food right. I made sure to ask them twice to ensure they understood what I wanted, I drive away after waiting so long and my bagel is wrong. The recipe says exactly what I order but it was made wrong. If you are going to charge $7 for a simple sandwich and make someone wait 20 minutes, the least that could be done would be to ensure the orders are hot and correct.

Bagel bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Bacon wasnt heated up or cheese so it was like eating raw. That sandwich, plus vanilla latte and bagel with cream cheese and chocolate milk was almost $20. Definitely not going back

The food is always great and tastes fresh. They made a mistake on my order and were very quick to fix it and very apologetic. Ive never had issues before today so Ill definitely be back.

This place used to be fantastic - friendly and fast service and they always had all of their menu items available despite the busy Sunday morning rush. However, the last several weeks have been the complete opposite. On average we’ve waited over a half hour for our simple orders to be ready - and that’s after trying to figure out what to get because 75% of their menu items are not available. The younger staff working the cash registers are very polite and doing the best they can, but there’s an older woman in the back who screams all day behind the counter and is rather rude when You ask why an item that you ordered and was told was available was no longer available after a half hour of waiting. Also, the food was never hot by the time we received it. I’m not sure what change happened, but after several chances, we will not be returning here.

Very busy place, staff are very friendly. Very sanitary, great variety of food, you must get there early to get what you want because it goes quick. Breakfast menu is awesome. Selection is awesome, coffee Amazing. They have Hot Bagels sandwiches, I had the Farmhouse with 2 eggs and the 6 cheese bagel instead of the hash brown bun that it comes with and I could only eat half (awesome) I will be back. 10 times better than MacDonalds, Burger King or Wendys.

Einstein Bagels are not boiled before baking like in the old country or even in New York delis, which makes them a little bit softer, but not short on taste. They are way better than those bagel-shaped bread rolls that you get in stores, and you can get them with a schmear! Its also my favorite coffee place in town.

I used to really enjoy going to Einsteins, but recently something changed. My last 3 visits within the past couple of months has been horrible with respect to not only the inexperienced staff but the quality and the quantity of my orders. For the cost of a sandwich, you would expect a full serving! The bagel sandwich was SO ridiculously dry as if they rationing the cream cheese. My daughter was told at the Dale Mabrys location to share a straw with her husband because they ran out of straws! You cant make this stuff up!

Wish we had one where I live now! This was the best place for after church (or anytime) breakfast!

UPDATE: Ive been going to this establishment for years now. In the beginning, everything had been good with the exception that the building could use some TLC. Unfortunately, as the years have gone on, the service and quality have gone down. I continue to go but if I order anything other than a bagel, there is almost always an issue. This place is great if you just want a bagel, but beyond that, I am taking my business elsewhere.3 years ago: Its a bagel shop. Cant really screw up bagels. The staff is friendly but the outside of the building could use some reno. The bagels were delicious!

Almost 6 bucks for a ham and swiss bagel. Waited more than 10 minutes. Ordered it toasted. Not toasted. Ordered it hot. Not hot. Very disappointed, since last time I was here (different location) it was very good.

A true place for nostalgia for someone who wants to kick back and enjoy a fresh bagel or bagel sandwhich and read a paper and drink a coffee. Places like this are few and far between but are nice to frequent when you get an opportunity. Only negative is this is more expensive than a traditional breakfast but you wont regret that in the ambiance either.

As good as u can get in Tampa. Not a New York bagel, but definitely a good bagel down here. Monday is bagel special day. Get a bakers dozen for only $7.00. freeze them in the cheap bag they give u. It really makes a difference.
