NEVER pay full price for a Yankee Candle. You can get them half price at Walmart without having to deal with the snobby employees. Specifically, there is something off with the manager at this location, John. This company claims to care about the customer but John does not seem to give a darn. Bath and body works is where its at. They have better prices and you get more for what you spend.

Bought my partner’s mom a candle clipper here that I could not find anywhere else. Their candles are pricy, but food quality. Sometimes they have good sales on the big candles. The employees were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.

This store is like a diamond in the ruff for candle and home scent afficianatos. Amazing selection. Always clean and well organized. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Truly a memorable experience.

Fabulous customer service. I went in a few days ago to purchase some Wood Wick candles. I was prepared to pay full price, as I know they are rarely on sale. The service reps let me know that if I just waited a few days, they would be half price. They asked how many I wanted and let me know how many of each scent they had. They set them aside with my name on them. When I returned today, they remembered me! They are allowing people in the store at this time and allow people to smell what they want. If you don’t purchase what you touch, they ask that you set it in a basket to be sanitized. Excellent that they are doing that right now!

The store manager and Sheree (spelling?) were extremely thoughtful and helpful! I had several returns that I desperately needed cash for due to recent unemployment and was not aware of Yankee Candle making policy changes within days of my return. They couldve refused me( & lost my business) but they spent about 30 minutes working with me (& cooling my attitude) until after closing to resolve it. I am a very long time customer (& Yankee Candle collector) that will keep coming back for sure!

Yankee Candles! Enough said. This store is always a lovely alternative to braving parking, and walking into the mall. It is conveniently located in a shopping center outside. Visited today for humpeeth time and as always, I was greeted with friendly staff members, and the manager for the store. I bought a great air freshener for my car, and a room spray... but Fall Candle Time is coming!! CANNOT wait. Theres always some kind of deal or sale going on. Today, large jars were $10!! Insane. Ill have to go back before that sale is over. The store is always well stocked, clean and perfectly laid out. This is my favorite Yankee store in the Tampa Bay Area.

Store was ok but refused to give veterans discount. They said the only honor active duty ID. But company policy clearly states active and veterans discount accepted and policy states accepts various forms of ID including veterans ID.

OMG, this is usually my favorite store. I just walked in cause I have a coupon for 4 for $44. I was never greeted once I entered the store. After I picked out 3 CANDLES, the worker asked me if I needed anything. I said, I have a coupon, if I buy twice as many do I get the same price, she said IDK???? Let me ask, another lady comes out n says thats only for these Xmas CANDLES and the sign says 4 for $48. I said to her thats not the same coupon I have, she insisted it was. I said, thats too bad n I walked out. Never seen these 2 ladies before, but they sure were old enough to know what good customer service is. GINGER, WHERE ARE YOU WHEN I NEED YOU?!!!

It was the most uncomfortable store experience Ive had this year. As soon as I walked in the asked me if I was okay or needed help I said yes. Two minutes after Im looking at the fragrances they asked me about if I am still okay I say yes I walk around looking because Im not sure what I want and they ask me a third time so I found a candle Snuffer that I was very interested in. I looked online and advised them that online it was $6.50 I asked it to ring it up because she said those are regular price. I advised her thats odd online shows its on $6.50. Monisha then awkwardly stood there starring at me and said maam I have been selling these all day I would not lie to you. I said okay ... she scanned the item and bam.... it came out to $6.49 she then said, oh! I did tell you wrong, needless to say i will forever avoid this location from now on.
