I decided to treat myself to a bag for Valentine’s Day this year. I do not really buy a lot of designer anything but thought it would be a nice gift to myself. I shopped with Megan and another lady i cannot remember her name but they were both helpful and sweet. They gave great suggestions and made me feel comfortable with spending my money. Next time i am wanting to buy an expensive gift for myself i will totally go there..

Took my girlfriends watch to get a link added. Talk to the Store Manager Megan. She took sometime in the back adding the link. Come back out like 15 to 20 minutes later. She told me that the watch was all twisted up when I gave it to her to add the link and that she took out as many as she could. I told her that wasnt the case because my girlfriend put the watch on the night before and it was perfectly fine. I ask to speak with the District manager or corporate. She gave me the district manager email and the wrong number to corporate. I had to call another store to get the correct number. I will Never go back to this location. Strongly thinking about no even buying anymore MK products.

Great experience! Tracy went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the tote bag I wanted. I had gone to the store the night before and wasnt sure my laptop would fit. The tote bag I wanted was a maroon bag and they only had one. I took a chance and didnt buy it. I returned to the store and she remembered me from the previous evening and sadly said your bag was sold, she immediately said we can order it for you and the rest is history. I will be receiving my bag within a few days.Thank you Tracy for your outstanding customer service!

The young lady that helped my wife and I was awesome. Fast and efficient customer service. Treated us with kindness and a smile.

My coworker and I walked in to get her watch fixed, the two associates who were there did not greet us at all. They stared at us as we walked in. They didn’t even greet us when we walked up to them, my coworker had to say hi for them to acknowledge us. I don’t know if they treat different customers differently but if someone is going into your store you greet them. No matter who goes in. They were rude, never smiled didn’t ask us if we needed anything else. If we wanted to we could have each bought a purse that same moment but with the way we were treated I don’t even want to walk back into that store. Train your associates to greet everyone who walks in. Train them to smile. Train them to not be rude. I’ve worked retail since I started working, that is NOT how your treat your customers.
