What a great shopping experience. The staff at the Oakley in Brandon Town Center are the best! I was looking for a new swim suit and found the perfect one with the help of Oakley. I also bought a pair of sun glasses for my wife and myself. Oakley has the best quality of sunglasses. The staff took their time helping me and made sure I liked them before I purchased them. The store is always neat and clean. Awesome job Oakley!!!!

I came in with my wife to purchase us each a new pair of sunglasses. We were promptly welcomed, asked if we needed assistance and had the incentives that were going on that day explained to us. We were kindly assisted by a friendly and knowledgeable store associate in picking out our glasses. We were even offered to be escorted outdoors to test the glasses put in real light conditions to make sure we would be happy with our purchase. We also were offered extended warranties and accessories. All were properly explained and we purchased both extended warranties, hard Oakley cases for both pair of glasses and a cleaning kit. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. We were thanked for our business and asked to please come back in if we had any questions or were in need of any service. Retail sales at its finest! Thank you!

When you are in this store you must ask for Allison, she goes by the nickname Cannon... She is one of the best employees this company has, she is very informative and really knows her stuff. super friendly and helpful.

I walked in, really not knowing what I wanted. My sales rep was awesome. Listened intently and came up with the perfect solution for my sporty 17 year old son for his Birthday, that appeased his girlfriend AND his 2 sisters. He was patient, kind, super helpful and a sure joy to work with.

Katie, the store manager is who all companies should learn from with her awesome personality. She is the most professional accommodating person I have ever dealt with. She is a true asset. When I came into the store, she had everything ready for me. I didnt have to wait long and I was offered several options to try to make sure I am happy with my choice. She remembered that I am a triathlete from our meeting over 8 months ago. That is truly impressive as I am sure she has helped many customers since. Beyond furious!! Husband bought me a pair of sunglasses. They made them right in front of him. When I tried them on 1time t knew they were too small so he says take them back so I did, only to be told NO sorry there’s a scratch on them. I put them in for 2 seconds put them back in the box so they must have been sold to him with the scratch on them. His vision is not 20/20 so no shock it didn’t see it. So now stuck with a $200 pair of sunglasses I can’t wear and can’t return!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

I traded-in my old Oakley and received 25% off on a new pair of Rev Up, which I ended up returning the next day because I didn’t like them that much. I was told that I couldn’t get my old pair back, I couldn’t get the 25% coupon, and I couldn’t get a gift card for my old pair of glasses that I traded-in. I lost my old pair of Oakley sunglasses just because, but the saleswoman -S133SKIN- never mentioned this to me when I was trading them in. Not cool.

Fast courteous service and a military discount.

No question that Oakley has got some quality products, the main one being their sunglasses. Their merchandise is smart, snappy, chic and not inexpensive. Great place to shop for Christmas gifts and whomever the recipients are will surely like their gifts. Recommended for a visit.

My gift cards wouldnt work on Saturday so they told me to come back Monday. I came back Monday and they still didnt work, but JR and his coworker at the Brandon Westfield Mall location went all out and fixed the issue for me and were nothing but extremely nice the entire time. Amazing store, amazing associates, a well deserved 5 stars.

Am a huge fan of Oakley. My first visit to this store was desapointed. Key holder or manager on duty, did not say hi or offer some help. I like some of the selection but no price tag. I guess he felt that I was not a real buyer so I decided to leave.. as a fan it was a really bad experience. Visit 06-24 around 12 pm

Worst customer service ever - if you can even call it that. Went to the store with the intention of buying a pair of sunglasses. Walked out empty handed. Didnt get approached once. Not even so much as a hello. Walked out after 20 minutes of nothingness. Oh well, I guess thats what Amazons for - to put places like this out of business.

Love the glasses had many pairs to out my life on many pairs of shoes just wish they still sold them.

I had a pretty pleasant experience shopping here. Selection was fair and the employees were very helpful.

The employees at this location is extremely rude and makes false claims to not except a return . I was returning a pair of sunglasses in perfect condition. After them questioning and accusing me of damaging the glasses, they claimed that there was a scratch on the lenses. I asked where is the scratch? Employee replied and person with eyes can see it right there! I just took my glasses and left before I lose my cool. So I went to the store at the ellenton outlets and they were really nice and respectful. They checked out the glasses and said it was in great condition with NO scratches on the lenses. Long story short I was able to return my glasses there with no issue . If you are going to shop at Oakley in this area go to the ellenton location. For me, they have lost a customer.

I’m actually having a horrible experience with this location I Went in Saturday October 27 And bought two pairs of glasses one I had to order off their stupid tablet The total came out to like $350 And The lady behind the counter told me 5 to 7 business days so I went back The following Sunday And tried to give the guy the receipt before he went into the back of the store and he kept telling me no I don’t need your receipt spent about 10 minutes in the back of the store and then came back to the front of the store to me and asked me for my receipt and And then went back to the back of the store thought about another 10 15 minutes And then comes back to me and he’s like oh well our computer just crashed And wasn’t able to help me and then told me he can’t give me your number I’ll look into it and I’ll call you before the end of the day and nobody’s called me yet I’ve called the store about 5 6 times and nothing and And I just tried calling customer service and got the same answer their systems are down crappy customer service for expensive glasses
