My Grandparents used this pharmacy for many years when they were still alive. I have now used this Pharmacy for almost 7 years. The staff is always kind and courteous. They have always had my medication when they say. A special Thank You to Stephanie, As she seems the one to always help me. She is always on top of her game. 5 Stars all day long. I am sure if my Grandparents were still alive. They would have also given them 5 Stars.

I have been an active monthly customer of The Medicine Shoppe Brandon for 6 months now and in that time I have received professional and accommodating service each and every time! The Pharmacist, Mr. Patel, has always taken my phone calls personally and has had the utmost patience when dealing with my specific requests regarding my prescriptions. Mr. Patel has also found discounts and ordered specific brands of medication, per my request, and the medicines have always been available each month in a timely manner and at a competitive price. I highly recommend The Medicine Shoppe Brandon as I have always had a nice experience when dealing with Mr Patel and his staff, especially during this time of the new normal we are all experiencing. Professional staff. Knowledgeable, friendly with time to answer all your questions. In no time at all they will almost feel like family. This pharmacy deserves 20 stars. The customer service here is second to none. The staff here seems to know what you are there for and knows you by name. I have shopped at the big name pharmacies, which are fine, however, its nice to have personalized service here at the Medicine Shoppe.They will work with your insurance and let you know if there is a more economical approach to your medications. Besides medications, they have a wide selection of all your pharmacy needs. Kudos to Bhrat, Dan, Ashley, and Stephanie for making me feel like Im #1! I highly recommend this pharmacy as they are truly the best! This is no exaggeration! Try them!

I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone living in the area. I fill all my medications here and I have quite a few. The prices are a lot cheaper than local chain pharmacies. They have the fastest & most convenient service Ive ever experienced. The staff is caring and courteous, they truly go above and beyond for their patients. They will do what they can to make sure receiving your prescriptions is as hassle free as possible. Plus they have delivery service to some locations.

I absolutely love The Medicine Shoppe. As a disabled person that takes daily meds, I have used many different pharmacies. In my experience The Medicine Shoppe is the best. There staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I feel like they really care about me as a person,and not just a dollar sign like some other pharmacies that I have been to. This is a rare quality in any business these days, I absolutely recommend The Medicine Shoppe!

Ive been using this pharmacy for about 6 months, until today I had no problems filling my 1 prescription, today I was told he gave me 5 months to transfer my prescriptions, I have one I need filled monthly. Now I do support our local businesses, but for a pharmacy who I’m sure fills many controlled substances mine being Xanax ( for my anxiety,panic disorder) was told he will not fill any longer, because my significant other uses another pharmacy? He made me feel like I was some druggie off the street coming in monthly to get my prescription filled ..!!!!! Sad excuse, and felt like I was being discriminated for this .. I will never enter this establishment again ! He as well told me that other pharmacies in the area do the same thing, in my 35 years in Brandon,I don’t recall Bill’s Prescriptions or Publix mentioning this type of practice.. so I guess I’m a bit baffled over this, If I could give Zero stars I would ..

This is a great pharmacy! My mom gets her prescriptions filled here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They fill your prescriptions in 15 minutes. Thats awesome you dont have to wait long!
