I love poké bowls and have had some really good ones, but unfortunately, this one didnt quite hit the spot. The spicy mayo lacked spiciness in its entirety (tasted purely like mayonnaise) and the fish was rather gooey, if you can imagine that. Theres certainly potential here, as the experience with staff, toppings, pricing, and location are great, but there are certainly some areas with room for improvement.

The restaurant is very clean and follows strict covid guidelines. I got a sushi burrito, it had fresh avocado, onion, mango, ahi tuna and was very delicious! The service was so kind I also got a passionfruit smoothie and some ice cream and it was the perfect meal to start my week on a Monday. I arrived with my friend at 5 PM and we were welcomed immediately and I definitely would return. I posted photos below so make sure if you love fresh sushi bowls and to come here ! the sushi burrito was so yummy too!

I just discovered this place today and Im mad because it was amazing. I got the wild Salmon bowl and it was so delicious. I used to live in Hawaii and this bowl reminded me of there. The flavor was perfectly balanced. I will absolutely do the 35 min drive from my house to come back here again.

First time in and loved the poke bowl. Portions are large with a good variety of proteins and toppings. After that first visit I went back 2 more times in a week. So good!

I get a sense of relaxation, but not any ordernary relaxation, but a place where you just know that youre eating healthy, and something very fresh.

Poké has been there for a while now. I didn’t know because it’s tucked away at the end of a smaller plaza. This place is the absolute best! Coming from Arizona where there is a host of Poké places to pick from I have to admit this is right up there. Between the quality of the tuna and the toppings and that sushi rice! My son, who is picky loves it too. Since discovering it, I’ve been back at least three times this past two weeks. Pricing is fair and the food is spectacular. I would definitely recommend it.

Unbelievably fresh, the bowls are amazing. Hands down the best I’ve had so far! Would definitely recommend! Also the spicy fish classic bowl is out of this world!

Found this place wanting something different. So delicious and fresh! The young man who made it was super fast and took the time to answer our newbie questions. We will definitely return!

Im leaving this review after my 3rd visit to poke falls. My first two were during the grand opening, and once again a few weeks after. Initially I could sense their were some issues with training the staff, and growing pains of opening a location, so I returned again to see how things have sorted themselves out.They did an excellent job, and ordering is very seemless now. I like that they added the order sheets to make things easier to order. Everything I ordered was fresh and delicious, and there is ample variety available. I also enjoyed the large selection of beverages available. Ill definitely be swinging by more frequently now, and would highly recommend anyone else do the same.

Just came back from Hawaii and missed the poke bowls there. This did not disappoint. Every single bowl we ordered (4) was delicious and perfect. Fast, inexpensive, delicious. Cant wait to visit again.

Service and food is excellent 90% of the time.However to the owners of Poke Falls, the young man working there (seems in his teenage years), I applaud him working at his age as most dont these days.But whenever he makes my bowl, it is a mess, thrown together, and a little disappointing on the service aspect. I would train him a little more.Don’t mean to beat him up but it is every time he does it that the bowl and service is disappointing.Thank you for the great food though.

Nevwr had poke before and figured would try something new off Uber Eats and holy cow bells was I impressed. I did the build your own bowl with ahi tuna and salmon and it was absolutely phenomenal. 10/10 will eat here again and suggest if you havent tried it already youre missing out.

Well surpassed my expectations when driving by. I was amazed how fresh and delicious every single ingredient looked when I came in to check it out and wanted everything because it all looked so tempting! I had a spicy tuna, spicy salmon with regular ahi bowl with the sushi rice, pineapple, mango, avocado, Krab salad, jalapeños, cucumber, tempura flakes. I mixed the spiciest sauce with the sweet chili sauce and it was awesome!The mixture of crunchy and soft, sweet and spicy-I could eat this 1-3X a week! Highly recommend! Prefer to expensive sushi 🍣 much better protein to carb ratio and worth every penny. I love that I feel like I got a lot of nutrients with my meal, super happy 1st time customer who happens to drive by often and finally check this place out.

Loved my Rainbow burrito! Very clean, all the food is fresh and covered. Bowls, Burritos, and Salads available are all very beautifully presented and blend well. For me I’d like less sauce but everything is fully customizable. Decent price at $12ish dollars a person (depending on number of proteins). Loooove their Thai bubble tea! All in all will be back with bells on!

I just wanted to say that the customer service here was great. There was a young lady filling in at the store and I brought the wrong card and she was so patient and kind with me. We ended up figuring out a way for me to make the payment. This is my second experience here and it was an overall great experience ! Thank you so much! I got a sushi burrito ! I can’t sit to eat it. Also, the food looked fresh even though it was close to closing and I also appreciated that they had the door open to allowFresh air to come in the building! Great job! Thank you!

Doesnt compare to other poke places Ive tried, but its the only one close and satisfies my cravings. The fish just doesnt seem as fresh/cold as it should be and the sauce always seem watered down. The people there are very nice. Theyve gotten better about the portion of fish in the bowls, but they still put way too much base so that you cant mix it up (even when I ask for a half portion of base).

Pleasantly surprised by this impulse stop for Poke while in from out of town on business. The staff was exceptionally attentive to distancing protocol and to our safety as well. The food was amazingly fresh and well worth the stop.

Cut of fish could be way better. I dont enjoy looking at sinew. Sauces were tasty, as were the add-ins.Dining atmosphere is completely awkward. Our group of 4 couldnt hear each other because the workers were yelling in Chinese, hanging out next to the entrance for no reason or walking around. Screaming. We went out for dinner and expected a relaxing experience, not a yelling match that reverberated off walls.I asked to have my rice and toppings in separate containers for ease of mixing, and a male worker whispered to the female serving me take the small one.It was so petty and everything left a tacky taste that made the food taste bad. What a shame. Service makes the experience, and has people coming back. Please be courteous and professional.

Hope they stay in business... I miss having Poke bowls from California.

I liked it and would go back. The sauce names dont really indicate what they taste like, the service was a little slower than other places I have gone for poke, but the quality of the fish was good. The staff is really nice too.

The service was quick and the food was delicious. I had the Rainbow Bowl and replaced some of the items with my favorites, it was worth every penny! I also loved that they let me choose how much sauce to go on at the end, I love extra sauce!

Wasnt impressed, tuna in wrap was fishy and they charged me $5 for 2 cups of water. Got them to refund the water but then had to take food to go because I couldnt have water for free after spending $30 on 2 wraps. Should have just gone to KFC like I had originally planned when I pulled in. I wasnt prepared for this expensive disappointment. Ehrlich Rd location, not Brandon

EXCELLENT Poke. Fish is fresh and delicious. Extras and sauces are great. The staff were friendly and helpful. My daughters and I ate there on Sunday afternoon and we all cannot wait to go back! Only downside, it would be nice if they had a better location. The store used to be a subway, so it isnt a great eat in dining experience if youre expecting a nice sit down restaurant. For something super casual, its perfect.

It was absolutely wonderful. We had 2 different poke bowlsThey only charge extra for small amount of additions. Everything tasted amazingWe also had a Thai boba tea and the mocha ice cream, everything was absolutely wonderful. The workers were very nice and helpful in selection and explanation. Probably the best poke place around Tampa area.

Today was my first time eating Poke. It was amazing. I had the pick 3 protein option which was affordable and you can choose not only your meats but whatever toppings you like. Great customer service!

I was in the area for work and saw this new joint pop up and decided to try - not sure if I came on an off day or not based on the previous reviews... but the poke bowl was very average at best.Poke bowls have become so popular recently that new joints have popped up left and right - some which are doing poke a disservice... I’d rank the bowl I had here in the mid to lower tier - I believe the “pineapple” used is from a can. Friendly staff, mediocre at best bowl.If you’ve had authentic Hawaii poke, you’ll feel the same...

Good variety of fresh food! Sry healthy and fresh!! Some of the places they serve food you don’t really trust if it’s fresh or not. You don’t have to worry about that at this place, helpful stuff and gives you a bit extra than supposed to 😜👍🏼

Brandon location: Rice and toppings were good, but the raw proteins didnt taste fresh. Tried it twice and the same concern both times. Disappointing because I was hoping for a good Poké place in Brandon. Unfortunately I wont be back. To be precise, 2 1/2 stars.

This place reminds me of Chipotle, but instead of a burrito bowl Im making a sushi bowl. Good choices on stuff and pretty good pricing. I like the punch card system so I dont feel bad about being a frequent flyer.

Quick fresh poke bowls. We will be back!Update: I have come here quite a few times. Always fresh food. Polite staff. Yesterday I walked in with my kids, and sat them down ordered for dine in. Ordered 2 bowls,(one for the kids to share and mine) 3 cups of water, and a taro bubble tea. After I paid I had to ask for my cups. Then I had to ask someone on break for some straws. The young lady behind the counter was serving another couple. The other young lady whom I ordered from was gone in the back. I then had to ask again for my tea, as no one was making it and it had been a few minutes. As I was given the tea, I was asked if I paid. Yes, that is why I asked for my tea to be made. So then the gentleman who made the tea asked the young lady at the register(not the one that helped me) if I paid for my tea, in front of the other customers. I feel like he could he have looked at the receipts, or computer for the proof of my order instead of calling me out in front of other customers. Or asked his employee who ducked into the back that didnt give me what I paid for. Probably wont be back again.

I’m so glad Monica will never come back! As a customer I love this place so I am so glad I will never run into her negative attitude. Honestly.... I will make for her LOST business. Monica can kick rocks this place is pretty good.

My original year was from a year ago. This place still offers amazingly fresh sushi in their bowls. It’s on point every time I pick up food from here even after Covid. I highly recommend this place and wish I could go more often but now I live all the way in st Pete. Any time I’m in the area this is my go to :)Ordered from here twice. Both times excellent. Fresh and delicious fish. Fresh ingredients. Portioned nicely. I always get concerned ordering from somewhere a 2nd time if its sooo good the first and the 2nd time knocked of out the park as well.
