Great selection, clean, overall friendly staff except for Nicole. She was extremely rude. She was irritated at the fact that the store was busy and she had to work a register. Soured my whole shopping experience.

The store was very clean and the staff was so friendly and attentive from the moment we walked through the door. We were given a nice greeting, followed by an offer for assistance from another staff member. The discounts were generous and they had a decent selection of food, despite the fact that they are not advertising as a food market. Overall, its a 5 🌟 review from me.

The people here were awesome! We needed a large (200#) tv console & 2 nightstands. Our salesman John went back 3 or 4 times checking stock for us and was very helpful. He & another guy that I didn’t get his name, explained how they would be happy to hold it for us until we could come back & get it. Super nice guys. When we came back to pick it all up we didn’t realize that they wouldn’t ALL be boxed to assemble later, the nightstands were already assembled and in bigger boxes, making it a very tight fit in the van! But Heather & the other John muscled the heavy box in & then the other 2 as well. They rock! We were an hour from home and now didn’t have to make a return trip. Kudos to all these employees who worked so hard & were so nice in helping us. You’re very much appreciated....THANK YOU!

The store was super clean, well stocked, organized and all of the staff was attentive and friendly. When a bit of a line formed at checkout, several employees immediately jumped in to take care of it. They have the best selection of home, fall and holiday decor. Kudos to the managers and staff at this location.

Great deals, a little bit cramped, but plenty of good home decor, especially for the Holidays. (Beautiful selection when they first get their inventory but it does not last long.) Also, the employees are always super nice.

This is a Big Lots store. Over all it is pretty good a nd had most of the items that were looking for THIS time. On the other hand there are some items that she knows they usually have and goes there. There is NOTHING that should make you stay away.

Variety of products to choose from at good prices. If your looking for Disinfectant spray you can find that item there @ $2.00 each and Sanitizing wipes

They are serving waffle fries now. Not bad. My daughter had the peanut butter milkshake. It was really good. The side of rice and beans was terrible. No flavor. We went because it was conveniently located. The experience was decent. The staff is always patient and professional.

They let customers in the store with service dogs without hassling them. Sales people were very helpful, primarily es were good and cashier was efficient.

Big lots was good still today is 3/17 /2020 no paper goods but they had everything else and the store was not pack. I walk in got what I needed and walk out prices are good also oh they have flavored water. I give them a 5🌟

I like how they have a variety of items at lower prices. The furniture people work hard to help everyone they can but it does get real busy.

A simple run to big lots to see if they had coconut oil and to my surprise they did. $12 bucks for this giant container when people pay that much for a very small one. Just for size comparison i set ot next to my 1 liter bottle of water

I tend to like the old Big Lots, because Im not looking for so much Furniture as theyre selling now. I liked when they had things like tablecloths and placemats for different seasons now it just seems to be furniture and groceries. I liked it the way it was before but the store now is much cleaner and always tidy that was not true before.

Have not been there in a long time. Am glad that we went there today!

The set up is similar to all the other Big Lots I have been to. All of their merchandise is decent prices and they eventually discount it even more. This seemed to have a lot of items. Their Christmas related items are already getting picked over.

Coupled with good customer service, we received awesome couch from this place. The place has wide range of nice furniture at pocket friendly prices. I recommend highly!

Big Lots used to be a great place to get a deal on things. Not any more! Prices on many household items exceed the big box stores. However, they do have some unique Halloween items as well as other holiday items. But again, be prepared for the price.

Big lots is good for certain items however, there prices have gotten a bit higher The main reason I go there is because the prices were alot lower but I think theyre changing! Most of help is friendly and very helpful most of the time.

Got in really quick found what I needed and check out went smooth as well. Really good prices on health products.

I would highly recommend NEVER renting a carpet cleaner from this location. I rented one this morning to find that it was filthy and smelled like something close to death! After calling and speaking to someone I returned it for a different one with the attachments and the attachment hose did not even work fully and properly!!! Highly dissatisfied and disappointed.... I will never rent from here again but will definitely rent them from Home Depot!! They actually fully clean and inspect their machines before and after each use and seem to take more pride in their customer service skills as well.

You can find great deals here but have to be willing to ship- there is so much packed into a smaller store. No clothes but they have food, housewares, toiletries and some electronics. I like to get my sunglasses here because I can usually get them under $10/ea

Very expensive. Been to much better big lots. This one was pretty small compared to others and most items were more expensive than Publix and it felt more like a convenience store rather than a big lots. Priced for convenience.

The Brandon and Ruskin locations are the best in the area. Keep in mind, if you find something you want, dont pause, it may not be there when you come back. Their rewards program is a must to save extra money.
