Went looking for s specific part that I knew they wouldn’t have but had to give it a try. The one thing all of these supply houses need to work on is better customer service. You can walk in the place and be standing at the counter for 10 min, and not even get a hello most of the time. I know we are mostly men coming into the store, and it’s rough construction workers, but in the end we are all human, and don’t mind a hello I’ll be right with you lol. Once I did get helped the guy was friendly enough, and of course they didn’t have the part...

I love the 50% to 100% mark up on their supplies. Apparently they dont rely on returning customers. Why go here when I can get the same items at The Home Depot for half the price. I wouldnt even recommend this place to someone I didnt like.

I sent a letter and asked a question and NO one got back with me... So I called the store and they said they had the part I needed. I drove 28 miles one way to get this part and it was the wrong part.. Not Cool..
