Great place! Excellent service! I was in and out in no time with an appointment. They have a great selection of accessories for your Apple products and the staff is really nice!PSA: if you are trying to figure out where to park around the mall to get to the Apple Brandon, just go around the mall till you find Books A Million store. Park anywhere around that store, go through Books A Million store (it’s an awesome store btw - do check it out as well) make a left, walk a few steps and it will be on your right side next to Spectrum store. My phone was completely useless to the point I needed a whole new phone. It was Monique that took the time to work the diagnostics and quickly swapped the phones. However I managed to forget my ICloud password but she still managed to get it recovered and took care of everything all within 20 minutes. She was truly exceptional!

Ill put it up front; be prepared to wait if you dont have an appointment. I had to wait a few hours, so I just went home and came back later. But I can see how this would be a negative experience for a lot of people.I opted to wait because it was a pressing issue and I needed my device for work.Marcie (I believe that was her name), was super helpful to me. Was able to resolve my issue quickly and fairly, and Ill still be able to use my device for work Monday with all my data on it. This visit was a make-it-or-break it experience for me an Apple, and I left happy :)

Great staff from the manager (Christine) to the two associates Nicole and Nicole. I forgot my wallet/ID at home 2 hours away and Christine was able to verify my identity using what authentication I had with me. I came in with my mothers iPhone as she had disabled it, hoping to get help factory resetting it. I walked into a packed store without an appointment expecting to be turned away. The nicest gentleman (I did not get his name Im sorry to say) helped me charge the phone and tried to get me an appointment before I left town. When he wasnt able to, he helped me reset the phone while he helped the other customers in the store. Great service!

This Apple location is not very welcoming. I went to this Apple store last weekend to see if they had the new iPhones on display and the security guard told me they were at capacity and that I “could just come back later”. So I asked how much later? 30 minutes, an hour? And she said she didn’t know. She clearly didn’t care if people got in or not. The logical thing to do would be to have a line outside and when 2 people come out, 2 more people can come in, etc… the treatment I received here was rude and unwelcoming. I’m never coming to this Apple store again. That security guard needs to be fired. Who is she to tell me I can “just come back later”? As if I had all day to just wait. Down right disrespectful!

Phenomenal service. It took two hours to reset my series 3 Apple Watch. Patience never faltered and she helped me cancel my current order for two new watches and reorder so I could get my military discount and pick up two new watches today. The long wait was absolutely no fault of hers. The entire staff was awesome!

I drove 30 mins to be told by some rent a cop that you had to have an appointment.So, I have to have an appointment to give Apple thousand of dollars.One week apple is open to the public and one week you have to have an appointment.Sorry apple, some other company got my computer business today.

This store went from an easy going, helpful environment to an absolutely ridiculous mess. I felt completely uncomfortable the last three times I visited this store. The wait times are 2.5-3.5 hours for a walk-in to speak to an apple store employee.Not having that kind of time to wait. I had to make an appointment for over a week out to get my phone looked at.When it came time for my appointment I was very awkwardly confronted by an employee for pulling my mask down (while sitting at a table completely alone, no one within 6+ feet of me) in order to unlock my phone.I got up to look at accessories on the wall while waiting for my phone to be worked on in the back, which of course happened to be near this certain employee and he recoiled away from me (very obviously) because “ I was too close to him”The only person who made me feel welcome was the Apple security guy at the entrance handing out masks…For the record this is NOT an anti-mask hate rant, I wore the mask as required by the gentleman at the door. In order to get my phone fixed.I left without my issue resolved and had to make an appointment for the following week. And was just emailed on 08-04-21 that my appointment was canceled “due to an unexpected store closure”Get it together Apple. I have been a customer since the VERY beginning. But am reluctantly researching for alternative phone providers at this time.My 12 pro max may as well be a brick. It does not have good enough signal to do simple things such as stream Apple Music or send a regular SMS text message. Verizon says it is a hardware issue with the phone.I left this store feeling extremely stressed each time I have visited the last 6 months. And I do not recommend anyone visit this store.

As a new iPhone user coming from Galaxy, I am disgusted by how Apple treats their customers. My i11 i bought a year and a half ago is completely unusable bc it stopped recognizing my SIM. I was told by Apple support to go to the store and then was told by the store to go back to Apple support and then for Apple support to tell me to bring in the phone to the store and get trade value for the 11 and I would upgrade to the 12. After a 10 hour work day, i lugged my 2 year old toddler into the store as advised just for Apple to make me not only wait for 40 minutes but also they wouldn’t do anything to help me, nothing. The tech was quite rude and was borderline embarrassing. Such a bad experience.

Called the store and it goes to the online sales, I requested to talk to my business account manager in the Brandon store and was told that I would have to drive from Lakeland to go to the store because the sales person on the phone was not allowed to transfer me. She asked her supervisor and was told she was not ALLOWED, not incapable but not allowed. What kind of shady car sales business is Apple copying!

I was having trouble to upgrade my iMac from Yosemite to High Sierra, Apple support tried several times to fix it they were very nice e and helpful but couldnt fix it so they help me setting up an appointment with an apple technician. Juan was very nice and patient with me since I am hard of hearing impaired. I cant thanks enough his patient. I you have a problem with your device trust these people they are very professional and knowledgeable.

I would keep a zero if that was possible because they don’t serve a single star. My husband and are having problems we are 11,11pro Max iPhones. They gave me an appointment for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, we arrived before 11 because we like to be on time. We check with two people first, took our temperatures etc. and join the line who are the moment had about two people. The first person when in and then the second one. When we got to the front another person came to ask whether we had an appointment which I showed on my phone. We waited and somebody came out and call someone who was in the back and had joined the line after us, then another person came to us whether we have an appointment and again I him. This time they had called several people Who are behind us on the line and who definitely had came in after we did. I complain to someone and he had no answer to me no he did care. We are senior citizens and I have a back condition that won’t allow me to stand in one single place for a long time and I let someone know of that and again they didn’t even flinch. I have no idea what happen with “Go have a cup of coffee and we will text you when we ready for you”? After waiting for 45 minutes I finally lost my patience and left. What is a waste of time, gas getting there Not to mention the aggravation. We will never go back to that store, I don’t care if I had to drive an hour but so unprofessional such poor customer service I knew they had bad ratings but now I have experience it for myself they need to put their act together.PS. After writing this review I got an email from Apple with the survey for a person at the Genius Bar asking how have been my appointment, have this person fix my problem, to which I responded with 1s and tell them how dare sending a survey on something that never happened. It goes to show how well organized they are.

They have their own security there and they REFUSED! to even go into store and tell workers I wanted to make appointment. I went there for my girlfriend who was not feeling good that day. Bought the wife a iPhone 12. Went to the Apple store to get headphone jacks for the phone. Waited in line for 30 minutes just to buy the headphone jacks. Got home and found out they sold the wrong headphone jacks for a iPhone 12. Waiting in line again to exchange or return the headphone jacks. Worst store to do business with. The employees dont even know what are the correct headphone jacks to use on the phones they sell. No wonder the European Union filed a Antitrust suit against Apple. Make life easy on yourself, buy a Motorola Cell Phone

Dont buy from this Apple Store! I bought a cell phone there and the salesperson didnt transfer my old cell phone number and gave me a new cell phone number. I had to spend an hour at the Verizon wireless store cleaning up the mess to get my old phone number back and transferred over to my new Apple iPhone. What a nightmare.

So I get to the Apple store appointment is at 12. I arrive about 11:50 I was greeted by the reservation line and they advised to get temp check and then stand off to the side for a few moments to get me checked in. I see a couple people start entering the line after me and then the young lady said I could join the line with me seeing 2 other customers go in ahead of me I asked so they came after and they go ahead of me and then she replied with they had earlier appointments. After I responded I did realize I said it kind of snappy but this where it went left...I hear her tell the guy she working with at the line entrance did you hear how she talked to me? Once I heard that and realizing I did say it with an attitude I looked at her and said my apologies..from there she was saying ma’am I wasn’t talking to you and so I re-spoke what she said to her peer. From there she kept going threatening to have me taken from the line and such..so much she must have called her superior over and I hear them exchanging what occurred. This myThing yes initially when I said something I did say it abruptly but what happened after I said my apologies was uncalled for. Then instead of the person she relating the incident to approaching me to make sure everything was ok it was like they had hawk eyes on me.First off I’m a grown woman I do not have time to even ruin my nails hair or any of that to argue or fight with a young child. But they need to address how she reacts and continues to keep going and mumbling things under her breath with the customer right thereOh last thing as I leave the store she was then talking to another employee staring me down..like it’s 20min later and you still on me.

Horrible service and communication with apple support. Literally made an appointment to bring my mac computer in 4 days ahead of my actual appointments in which I had to carry the monitor all the way through the mall only for the customer service rep to me they cant do a simple software update, w which wasnt a problem. The problem was that the fact that I had to drive to Brandon mall carry the computer through the mall when I couldve been told over the phone that apple wouldnt be able to support me for whatever reason instead of wasting my time!

I went to pickup an Apple Watch I had bought online and I got the rudest and laziest employee. I was trading in my apple series 1 watch since when I bought my new Apple Watch online it said that I could trade it in and $30 would go towards my new watch. The employee couldn’t see the serial number on the watch since it was small so she grabbed a younger guy to read it out to her. With her rude attitude she asked the young guy “do we even trade these in anymore” and the young guy was like “yeah we should”. I know it is a series one watch but I wouldn’t have brought it in if it didn’t say I could when I bought my new one. There was no need for her condescending attitude especially if she hadn’t even enter the watch in the system. Also, my husband bought a new watch online and had to mail in his old watch for his trade in. Apple had sent him a box but since we were going to the Apple store he brought in his old watch to see if we could just turn it in instead of having to go to the post office. We asked the employee if we can just trade it in right now instead of mailing it in and she was like “uhhhhhhhh no mail it in”. The way she responded definitely showed she was unsure. It’s sad that she was too lazy to just ask a manager to get a certain answer. The rest of the visit was her being rude and demanding with her “no’s!”, “Put in your password!”, etc. I wish I knew her name but it is not on the receipt. She was an older black lady with glasses working Saturday at 7PM. Apple employees are always so nice and helpful and it is sad to see someone with this attitude represent the company.

Recommend going to Apple store in Tampa International Mall instead. At this Brandon Apple store, even if you have an appointment, they do not take you in on time. The process is tooo impersonal and leaves the customer waiting both to be seen and to have their issues resolved. Apple shoukd be able to issue customers replacement or loaner devices and the company should be the one waiting, not having paying customers inconvenienced and waiting to find out the issues with their devices or if Apple will fix them. Give customers replacements for non-working equipment and fix refurbish their non working equipment but customers should not leave your store being inconvenienced without their devices while waiting on Apple to assess and decide how to act. Bring back true customer service like craftsman tools use to have, if its broke or non working you should be able to bring it back to the manufacturer get a new one and go one with your life

The store has mishandled my MacBook pro. It was given in for repair under backlight program and somehow the repair process ended up damaging my SSD and losing all my data. I was not able to work for a week due to this faulty product and faulty service. I almost lost my job but Apple doesnt care. I have been using apple products for more than a decade now and I am happy to say that I am finally free of this manipulative company.... Android here I comeEDITING MY REVIEW: After a back and forth with apple customer care for a whole week they finally agreed to repair my Mac free of charge. The store is nice and it has everything Apple you could want, however its way too crowded and if you want help, it takes forever to get some help due to the overwhelming foot traffic into the store. They have very large displays so everyone has an opportunity to try their products, and the floor plan is nicely laid out to find the product youre looking for easily. Genius bar is in the back of the store, and its highly recommended you make an appointment for the genius bar. They dont do walk-ins. This is right inside the mall, so you have many other shopping and food options within walking distance. There are no public bathrooms in the store, you will have to use the mall restrooms.

As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by an associate who immediate made sure to get a specialist with my request. The buying transaction was seamless and I was on my way out in just minutes. The employee that greeted us cut us off in mid sentence to inform us they couldnt help with our issue, and offered no apologies, or interest. I know they are always busy and have well trained employees, and if what we needed was not offered, I can understand that, but it couldve been handled in a much more customer friendly manner. I would give less that 3 stars for the service we experienced, but I know they provide good service most of the time. We just encountered a bad apple in the bunch(pun intended). Fortunately, we found the help we needed elsewhere.
